must be a new management team took over. Renovation done with a new entrance open up more spaces and shop looks much better. Goods are at bargain prices. Customer Service is much better. Overall is good. A large range of Philippines,African, oriental products are available. Worth to pay a visit guys....

i found that the price of the meat had skyrocketed although the quality had improved slightly the fruit and vegetables section had items well past their quality time still on the shelves, mouldy tomatoes, pumpkin and strawberries. dried up mushrooms onions sprouting and only a self serve delicatessen therefore unable to purchase what i want. the roast chickens were the size of pigeons, overall i will shop elsewhere and only use this store for convenience purchases after hours

I shopped here during the week to buy a couple of things and i found most of what i was looking for but the prices are all over the place, some shelves were empty or nearly empty especially the milk and fridge/freezer sections. The fruit and veg section was a mess. By the time i got to the checkout i had to wait because the employees were talking to each other and a friend. Wasn't to impressed that day.

I only shop here occasionally on my way home from work but i try to avoid it as best i can. The place is always very untidy with boxes of stock littering every aisle. Service is satisfactory, but don't expect a friendly "have a nice day". The staff members are all very young and seem to be more interested in telling each other about their social lives. It used to be a nice store. On the good side i like that it is open til late and they do sometimes have good specials.

I shop at Farmer Jacks every week as I love the value! They have the best bargains on everyday items. Don't shop there on Sundays though as they don't have the main specials on sale. The checkout people are 80% of the time very pleasent.
