We had a new part installed in our air conditioner but it failed after a month and we had to have it replaced. We were expected to pay to have the second part installed even though we had already paid for the first installation. We were in the opinion that the supplier should have paid as it was their part that failed. This was not the case! It was during the peak of a summer heatwave and this company came out and decided not to charge us for the second installation because I was one of the few customers who did not abuse him for the supplier's disgusting attitude towards our problem.
