went In the shop for a simple inquiry but the line was very Long and waiting for only 2 staff members to process persons was very unreasonable. lack of seating for older persons

The staff are friendly but the refunds are not always very much compared to costs incurred. But HBF is very reasonable. They will interact with you and help you to their ability, and if they can't help you at that stage, they will phone you from headoffice as soon as the problem's reported to them!

HBF are so busy trimming rebates, not increasing them. They need a good dose of Epsom Salts to get rid of their Faceless Men who have hijacked the very principles that led to their initial success. They are destined for the financial scrapheap as heaps of 30-40 year members change funds. Their dentist prefered provider sham stinks
