We bought our business through Klemms Business Brokers in Kew Vic. we offered a reasonable amount and it was accepted. the agent was going to Bali the next so wanted to wrap it up quickly,
When it came time to sell the business, we trusted our old friend again. Sanjay was most helpful.

the sale fell through from finance & refused to relist is it and went hunting us for the commission. Did not want to mediate any price at mediation. The cost has been staggering.
They have many whip lawyers, so please be careful when you sign.

If you are thinking of selling your business through this incompetent company...heed the warning signs!!! I tried to get an appointment to buy a business,they have not returned emails or calls and basically couldn't care less. It stated "keen vendor" in the advertisement too,so take this as a warning...if you want to ACTUALLY sell your business,avoid this group.

I highly recommend Ross Morelli, he was very thorough and helpful, I would also highly recommend Tim Erguder who did a great job selling the business. Together they made a great team, very professional.

We have dealt with Klemms in order to re lease a shop for us and they have been wonderful! You can negotiate a percentage rate with them so that if you sell/re lease, you won't be paying them an arm and a leg like some companies out there.
