Disappointed. I went to this branch recently to ask about seeing a financial advisor for advice on what to do with my savings. The teller asked personal details about how much money and what I wanted to do and why (fair enough to a degree) but was insensitive and rude when discussing the amount of savings I had stating "I'm not sure you can do much with that".
I ended up making an appointment at another branch who were fantastic and made me feel like an important customer, despite how much money I have today (single mum - one income).
I won't be going back to this branch despite it being my local.

Hi Serenity, Thanks for the detail. In our opinion, any single mother able to meet her family’s needs and additionally save a little extra, is a genius and should be held in high esteem. A little less negativity from ignorant employees would not go astray. Very disappointing! Reeces

They need to have more tellers working at this branch , alot of the time you are keeped there waiting and waiting and waiting and it gets to alot of people when only 1 or 2 people are working with a line of 7 to 8 , because sometimes someone needs more time then others.

From daily banking needs, to the set up of relevant customer accounts through to assistance when it comes to financing a mortgage. All my dealings with this branch of the NAB have been handled very well and their customer service is excellent.
