Wonderful vic roads! supportive staff when I went for my test! Lovely atmosphere! A great place

I've always had good experiences here. They have a very efficient system with different queues for different things meaning you can always get seen quickly. My teens recently got their driver's licences at this centre. Even though it's not the closest one to us, we do all our VicRoads business here because they are convenient, there's always parking and they're efficent.

Moved to Vic Oct last year and all the dealings we have had with them since have been good. Licence changes, number plate replacements, driving lessons for our daughter. Service is very good, but can get busy at lunchtime!

So, Turns out I don't know anything about selling a car, and apparently theres paperwork that needed to be done. So i popped in through passing, and suprisly there wasn't a huge crowd, people were being seen quite quickly and all my questions were answered by a lovely young girl at the desk. Very Pleased!

I have had a lot of good experiences with VicRoads in Burwood East. They are very good with what they do and know all about Registration and Licensing as well as Construction, Planning, Administration and all the bits and pieces.

The service there is generally quick and the staff are eager to help you.

FINALLY a Government department that gets that we have better time to spend than waiting in endless mindless queues wating to be served! I went there this morning, greeted by a friendly lady, given a ticket accrding to my appropriate need and sat down to wait the long wait...not here, I couldn't even finish a text message and my number got called, the place was packed but seriously efficiently run! Take note all other Government departments see how it is done!
