This outlines all the figures involved with the process from start to finish, so there are no surprises, and you know exactly how much you are dealing with. This gives you a clear view of your budget right from the start, and a great sense of confidence to be looking at properties in the right price bracket.

Katrina has always recommends arranging a pre-approval with the best suited financial product, which means you are ready to go as soon as you find something you like. This preparation was so helpful to me as I listed my property, had an offer, and made an offer on my new house all within 2 weeks!
