Years ago this place was great - happy, friendly staff and the best Greek food. Lately it seems like massed produced food with unattentive, boring staff.

These guys have a fantastic site that offers hundreds of designer fashion sunglasses, all the latest season stuff. They don't have a shop front so that is how they apparently keep their prices down. They order them from overseas so you do have to wait up to a month for delivery, but they are definitely cheaper than the stores. They also offer a full refund if you don't like your sunglasses and want to return them.

Menu list was short but offerred a good range, good wine list and attentive staff. The waiter answered all our questions including our query about a piece of artwork displayed. He was jovial and informative. The atmosphere is fantastic, wouldn't think you were sitting in Altona but the food was a little pricey and the serves not very generous.

Fantastic experience entering this warm and friendly salon. The decor is fabulous, fresh and inviting. The staff are polite and make you feel welcome.

I have had numerous problems with Optus over the past year. I have been a customer for over ten years but have noticed a steady decline in their customer service. Mobile phone delivered faulty, arranged to have Optus Pay TV installed before Christmas 06, by the end of Jan 07 told them to cancel it (they apparently lost the application), had son's mobile cancelled over a $1.40 outstanding fee and resolving this took five phone calls trying to find someone in Australia to talk to - all customer service calls go overseas to call centres (they didn't even know the area code for Melbourne!!). The final straw is the extra charge they are enforcing if I choose to pay my bills by credit card - within the next four months I am moving the lot to another provider. I've had it.

Neat and clean waiting room and consulting rooms. Friendly staff and Dr Yacono was pleasant, polite and made sure we understood everything. He was very thorough and explained what was the problem and the various options available to alleviate this.

This shop has everything I need to cover all my gift giving needs. I always manage to find something special or unique in this store. The staff are friendly and always keen to help in any way. They have handbags, jewellery, homewares, silverware, baby gifts, glassware, crystal products, ornaments, home decorating items and ideas, they have everything covered.

What a shopping experience - the manager at this store treats you like you are something special. She was warm and interested and seems to know exactly what I need. She even finds me that little extra thing that has been marked down that she thinks I may like. Fantastic service.

Enjoy going to the gym - staff are friendly and the members are non- threatening. There is a broad range of classes on offer, early in the morning right through to evening and the treadmills etc have easy viewing to various tvs/programs. Specific area for ladies only is a great option for those who prefer to workout without men. Change rooms are large and clean.

Absolutely fabulous! A little hidden gem. Theresa is professional and friendly. Her waxing was thorough and painless. Her spray tans are so natural looking. And the facials - heavenly. She offers a good range of services at reasonable rates. She has also done my daughter's make up for her school formal and Theresa did a natural look that did not make my daughter look "over done" or older than she should.
