Much, much cheaper than double glazing, and less intrusive as they don't remove the existing windows. Has reduced noise in our apartment located in a very noisy building, but the main difference is that it's so much warmer. It will be great in Summer as well. Great customer service from Danielle and from the guys who installed it. Overall very happy and definitely would not hesitate in recommending them.

Outstanding! Darren did a highly professional job and went well beyond what he was required to do. He arrived when he said he would, offered excellent advice, and came up with innovative ideas for a couple problems we had with our lighting. We cannot recommend Darren highly enough, and will only use Respect from now on.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who are always happy to help, especially when you're looking for something outside of the norm. A good range of organic foods as well.

After a horrifying experience at another Brunswick West hair salon left me in tears and my hair with thick, yellow slabs of foils, I walked into Platinum in absolute desperation. Connie sat me down straight away and I was immediately confident she was going to be able to fix my hair. She talked me through what she could do to reduce the yellow and applied a toner, which greatly improved the colour. She was lovely and friendly - I can't recommend them enough.

A bewildering experience which reduced me to tears. The hairdresser openly laughed at my at home dye job and berated me non-stop. This is in spite of my telling them I'd dyed my hair to make myself feel better after being seriously ill. At first I thought they were just joking around, but it soon became apparent they were actually being plain nasty. Unfortunately my head was already covered in foils so I was unable to leave. Rude and bullying, the hairdresser went out of their way to humiliate me, while the wooden-faced assistant just stared at me. To top off this horrifying experience the hairdresser poked me in the corner of my eye with the sharp end of the comb they were roughly using through my hair. I'm on anti-coagulants - if my eye hadn't closed as a reflex I could have ended up with a bleeding eye. When I told them how disgusted I was at their attitude, and at the whole experience, they claimed I had misunderstood them. When I went to pay they then told me I had to go up the road to get money out of the post office as it's cash only. No apology or discount for the appalling behaviour. My hair ended up with thick slabs of bright yellow foils, a good inch from my scalp. Hair dye also down each side of my face & a spot of dye on my forehead. Stay away, well away. I ended up going straight to another salon & they applied a toner straight away to try to make it look less freakish.

Friendly, efficient and trustworthy - Camille and Belinda were awesome. The inspections were very detailed, and the reports were available very quickly. They went well out of their way to fit us in to suit our very tight time-frame. We'll be using them for ongoing 6 monthly inspections. Highly recommend!

Amended review 1/10/14: Back in July I wrote a very favourable review about Bluebell because our conveyancer was fantastic. Unfortunately things have greatly changed in the interim, so I've edited this to reflect on the new ownership.

For the second time in a few weeks we engaged Bluebell again for the sale of our property. The fantastic conveyancer who was handling the sale, the same one who handled the previous purchase, left a few weeks ago. At no point did the new owner of the business bother informing us. It was only when I asked point blank where the person was that he bothered to tell me she'd left. His communication is appalling, and his manner is condescending and arrogant. He was too busy to talk to me and cut me off when I was following up on a previously unanswered query. This guy has a serious superiority complex. His unprofessional attitude is the catalyst for us to change to a different conveyancing firm during the middle of the sale because we have no confidence in his ability to work for us. We were incredulous that he charged us a further $110 on the quoted fee with the lame excuse that it was for having to photocopy the files for us to pick up to take away with us. On the hand, his assistant is the epitome of professionalism and decorum. We feel very sorry for her.

Right from the start we were impressed by Jackie's professionalism and attention to detail in organising our bond clean with Elisha, even replying to my late-night email inquiry. Elisha was the epitome of professionalism and efficiency, and we were very happy with the results. We're so happy that Elisha will be doing a regular clean at our new place.

We had lunch there today and used a voucher. We thought the food was superb, the service impeccable and the decor gorgeous. We loved it so much we've booked dinner there.

We shared a savoury tasting plate and a dessert tasting plate, along with a glass each of champagne cocktail. Absolutely fantastic! It's the best french restaurant we have been to and I can't praise it enough!!
