The Pets Hotel is THE BEST pet hotel in Melbourne! I nervously sent my staffy there for an 11 day stay. He had never, ever stayed away from home by himself prior and I was dreading the drop-off day. On the day, the staff were wonderful and didn't mind at all when I called that afternoon to check-in on him before departing overseas. They knew exactly which dog I was asking about straight away and commented on some of his funny little quirks accurately, which showed me that they really pay attention to your pet. The Central Bark webcam was amazing and gave me peace of mind, and my dog was returned to me happy, healthy and excited - and washed! I have since booked another 2 weeks over new years, and will also be booking again next year. I would never go anywhere else. You get what you pay for - yes it is expensive, but you can't really put a price on having your pet being cared for so professionally.
