I walked into the fragrance department of the store and was greeted by a staff member who asked if i needed assistance. I told her i was browsing and she told me that when i was ready, to call her and she would look after me.

Every single time I need to fill up for petrol I find that the service i get from a particular cashier is hopeless. She is either on the phone, or talking to the other cashier instead of serving customers. So many people have to wait outside to pay
