Expensive, they don't honor certain promotions or deals or promotional tickets. Used to be nice and clean and now it's dirty and gross. Not a fan at all. If the experience wasn't so bad maybe people would stop downloading... just a thought! The only good thing is the Gold Class but still too expensive...

The food is hardly ever fresh, even in the morning. Staff get upset when you ask for something to be made fresh, which is how it should be. AS the person below said, the McCafe is actually ok and yeah, the toilets are pretty gross but that's to be expected, McDonald's isn't the epitome of fine dining and someone looking for such an experience wouldn't be going there.

Better then Starbucks in terms of a homely feel, but because it is in a new developing area the staff are usually high school kids who aren't overly experiences in customer service or anything like that. Normal prices for such a chain, the coffee is good, but the chai isn't...

Nothing overly special about this service station. It's prices are as expected, high, but really, there isn't much they can do about that. Clean store, usually friendly staff, everyone has their bad days, but that's rare. Usually quick service, except during peak hour when it can get really busy.
