First time customer today for waxing & first ever XXX wax! Was a bit nervous but the staff were great - very polite, professional and careful, and helping you to relax. Things all went smoothly ;) Decent pricing too. A quality beauty salon is a rare find, especially so far out in the Eastern Suburbs. Will be back!

Good first time experience at the King Bean Cafe. Fun and easygoing style. Nice simple food & specials. Nice eating area out front in good weather. And the waiter with curly hair is hot :)

These guys are a really healthy delicious option for lunch when you are out shopping at Eastland. They have an awesome selection of gourmet focaccias - chicken and avocado, tandoori chicken, crispy chicken strips, lamb, beef, vegetarian, they come toasted and they are $6.90 each or you can get them in a combo with a drink etc. They also sell make-your-own sandwiches, hot meat, yoghurt, & other things! Also available for catering!

Very funky Brunswick-Street-type shop in the Croydon main street! Looks intriguing from the outside & has bunches of little tables inside and a few out and some cute green old-style couches inside! The shop is decorated well - very arty! There is lots to choose from on the menu from hot and cold drinks and food, handmade chocolates, cakes and sweets.

Dodgy nightclub full of just-if-not-18s and old men trying to pick them up. Gross! The hotel might be ok - i didn't check it out - but avoid Daisey's on a Thursday night! No air con either! And huge line to get in!

I have got my hair cut, coloured, foiled and styled at Valerio in Eastland three times now and I love it! A very experienced, high quality hair salon!! I would recommend Shayne or Anthony!

My first time at Zodiac to get my eyelashes tinted!. Together you choose the best colour suited, then you get vasoline put under your eyes, then the tint is applied, left for 8 minutes, then wetted off. A great result!!
