We had a major problem with our computer and could barely use it at all. We'd checked on-line blogs and help sites and no-one had been able to resolve it - other people we spoke to suggested we had a virus or would need to wipe our computer and reinstall everything - something we dreaded having to do. I called Simon in the afternoon and he arrived promptly the next morning. He worked through many different fixes over a two and a half hour period with no luck. Over the next few days he accessed our computer remotely several times and tried many other fixes - all with no luck. However he was determined to resolve it and spent a lot of time researching and looking for possible fixes. This morning he was able to do what no-one else had managed. It was an easy fix in the end, but the fact that he took the time and dedication to give us back use of our computer without resorting to drastic measures means a very happy resolution for us. The price he charged was peanuts in relation to the amount of work he did on this job and less than others had quoted if we'd taken it in to a computer store to have the entire window systems wiped.

After a friend gave up a heavy smoking habit after just two visits with Deidre Rolfe, I decided i had nothing to lose, except some cash and hopefully some weight, after struggling with weight loss over many years. David and his team completed a very complex rain water tank installation, including connection to three toilets (two upstairs) and a laundry, and well as a new corrugated roof. The work required considerable planning along with timing to coincide with other tradespeople, which all went smoothly. After receiving a very unrealistic quote from our usual plumber, we were more than happy with David's quote, and were delighted with the quality of his work, the politeness of his team, as well as the respect they showed to us and our home. We can't praise them highly enough, and will use them whenever we require plumbing work
