We bought through these agents a few years ago.

The agent was incredibly cunning and manipulative and we sensed he was only rewarded by the agency for this behaviour.

We have since sold three properties in Ballarat through different agencies and have even driven past houses that we thought we might like but havent even shortlisted them so as to aviod dealing with hayden real estate.

Cant actually believe they are still in business

Love the food here. Frequently ordered take away until recently we decided to eat in. Pretty dingy. For the prices they charge perhaps they could improve their restaurant, particulary the toilets. Also not the greatest atmosphere but the staff are lovely.

We dined here on a friday night when only the 4 course set menu was available.

We were a bit unsure about 'getting what we were given' but neither myself or my partner are too familiar with Japanese so we were keen to try it out. The food was amasing, our only complaint is the amount of salmon. Three courses were salmon which im not really a fan of so a bit more variety wouldve been great. That said, it was still really good food and the service was great. Efficient, friendly and polite.

Brilliant atmosphere, fantastic service (staff tried their best to seat our party on our arrival despite- understandably- the place being packed), food was absolutely fantastic, will go here again for sure

Despite the fact that this salon is incredibly over priced it is quite a nice atmosphere. The staff seem pretty friendly and relaxed which was nice. I think its fine to pay a lot of money for a great haircut but my cut was really, really average and i wont go back. The hairdresser I had seemed to think she'd worked some sort of magic on my hair when really it was an incredibly average haircut and a style that didnt even last a few hours definetly not worth a triple figure sum.

Approximate cost: $110

Total rip off. Very, very bad coffee. Asked for a take away cappucino, waited almost ten minutes (i was the only customer??) The staff member mucked around doing god knows what before charging me 5 dollars for tge worst cup of coffee I have ever had. Also seemed pretty filthy. Will never go here again.
