I used this service a couple of times with my first child. The nurses on the phone are helpful but it does take a long time to get through to speak to someone; I once waited 1 1/4 hrs (on speakerphone. After having my 2nd child, it was just too hard to wait so long on the phone with a crying baby and demanding toddler.

After getting quotes from 3 other roller shutter companies for electric roller shutters, we thought they were a bit pricey for us. Then a neighbour recommended John's roller shutters so we got a quote from them and to our surprise they were much cheaper (almost half the price of our dearest quote). We have had them for almost 5 years now and haven't had any problems (they came with a 10 yr warranty). We need new security doors soon and will be calling John's for a quote on those too.

When our Fisher & Paykel washing machine broke down i called JMK Appliance Repairs. After explaining that we needed the machine fixed ASAP they were able to fit us in later that same day which was great. The serviceman, Jason, arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He explained the problem well, and best of all was able to fix the washing machine on the spot.

Good food, friendly service. They also have some Chinese dishes on the menu which is handy for the kids (non-spicy) or if you're eating with people who don't eat Thai.

Staff are friendly and do the best they can, however communication between management & staff is poor. I provided info about my child but it just didn't seem to get passed on to the staff caring for him. I also found a lack of communication with parents: no info regarding what is going on in the centre, no current menu displayed to show what my child is eating, and I didn't even receive an account statement each week/fortnight so i could pay my fees (I had to ask for one each time)

Have had consistently good meals here, both eating in and take-away. Nice peaceful location by a lake. Service is great too, but it can get really busy on Fri/Sat nights. Its a pity they don't do home delivery though.

Had a great evening at Finz. The seafood was beautiful, the service was even better. They were also great with the kids: friendly and quick to bring out their meals, and nothing was too much trouble.

My 4 yr old has loved his experience at Kingston Kids. On his "kinder" days, he can't wait to go. They have a registered Kindergarten program 3 days a week, which is great being able to have full days of Kinder rather than only a couple of hours.

Great staff always willing to help. Before coming here I'd never been to a gym before so it was great to find a place where the staff take the time to show me how to use the equipment properly and help with workout ideas to motivate and keep things interesting
