I had the carpets in our living area steam cleaned. When I called to make the booking, the staff member I spoke to was fantastic - friendly and professional and happy to work with me to book in the most suitable time. The technician who came out and did the work was brilliant - John arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, moved all the furniture, spot cleaned stubborn stains, and did a thorough job on the whole area. He then put everything back exactly as he found it. I would DEFINITELY use them again.
