Have been using these guys for a couple of years now & HIGHLY recommend them. Kevin is a very honest mechanic, no crap or overcharging, he has fixed little things on my car for no charge. Paul, his assistant is great & they are so nice. Had a major problem with my car on Tuesday am, rang Kevin who said he would do what he could & try to fit me in. Dropped it in at 8.30, he had a quick look & thought maybe it needed a new Coil Pack. I was going to catch bus to station, he offered me a lift to the station, which helped me get to work on time. Rang him at 3pm & he told me it was all fixed & that it was the EGR that needed replacing in my Barina. All at what I think is a very reasonable price $360.00 & was able to pick up car at 4.30pm. I trust these guys 100% with any of my car problems.

The only place to shop for my pets. These guys are very, very helpful & very friendly, place is extremely Pet Friendly, they have great specials on each month. Well done to everyone who works there.

Had to wait over 15mins just to find someone to serve me in the Record Dept as there was no staff in site over 3 departments. Finally found staff who came to help, asked a question which she then had to go all the way back to her own dept to use computer as they have taken the register/computer out of this department, due to theft. I commented that maybe if they had staff in the area this wouldn't have happened. This is not the 1st time the service in David Jones music/entertainment area at Parramatta has been this bad. What makes me laugh though is the CEO of DJ's whinges about them losing money & blames online shopping, open your eyes it's because you no longer give good service.

IF YOU WISH TO BE ABUSED AS A CUSTOMER GO TO THIS PLACE:
I purchased a voucher through CUDO for a Complete Beauty Package. After finally getting through to them on the phone after quite a few days of trying, I booked an appointment to have my Hair dyed last Friday. I was quite happy with the job done, though I found the place to be overly loud & crowded. Whilst there I made an appointment for Thursday (tonight), but had to cancel it. I tried ringing them for 2 hours today & couldn't get through, so popped in there on my way home from work. When I arrived, there were 3 staff outside the door smoking to which I had to walk through. Once inside the Girl on the desk was on the phone, once she was finished I said "oh good the phone is working" & explained I had been trying to get through for 2hrs, she said that they were extremely busy. I commented that they might need to put people on hold instead of letting the phone ring out. Then from nowhere comes "the owner" who says "well you coud've sent an email" in a tone that was very nasty, I replied no I couldn't as I was at work & that there was no reason to speak to me in that tone. He then proceeded to yell at me to "Get out of my shop you Ugly Junkie". To say I was shocked & horrified is an understatment. I wont go into what happened after that, suffice to say I will never step foot in or near this establishment again & will let all & sundry know of this attrocious business & the way they treat there customers. This was not the 1st time I had encountered his rudeness, the other time had been when I originally rang to book my first appointment, he was extremely rude. I also want to add that when I was there last Friday, they had a client commenting on how she looked like a N#gger after coming out of the Tanning Booth, the staff laughed at this until I expressed my disgust at the use of the word.
