Unfortunately, service was average at best.
Very high quality and delicious food!
"5 star"restaurant with 5 star prices so I expected the service and food to be fantastic!
At the end of the night I left broke and bitterly disappointed.

The food is really nice if you like pub food, $11 cook your own steaks.
It's a great place to meet up with friends and have a drink.
I like the fire place and even the outdoor area's are heated and its a very clean place.
You can't beat this place for the value and comfort.

The service is always fast, food is very cheap and really good.Most dishes are around the $9-$12 mark.
The place is always full or at least busy, but there's usually a table because people eat and leave fairly fast here. Ambience, who cares, its not that kind of place.
In terms of value...I can't ask for anything cheaper than $16 for two delicious meals!

Family owned & run, the service was very poor and the Staff need to learn about customer service.
Thai Boom Take Away is the poorest example of Sydney Thai restaurants at which we've eaten so far.
Ingredients were fresh and the servings large but flavour and authenticity was poor.

My very first time at this Chinese Restaurant and I was very happy with the service and Quality of the food.
The owner was very good and made us feel very welcome.
They're always packed with groups and families and the food is good.
The good thing about this restaurant is that the food is fresh and not oily.
Great place to eat with friends and very casual.

Having positive memories of this restaurant when I used to go there more regularly, I was very disappointed with my experience recently.
The service was slow and the food was not that tasty.
This restaurant needs to change the menu more and Decor.
Felt it was overpriced! Very Disappointing!

Great food and consistently good service, home-style cooking, hearty serves.
A pleasure to have good meals served in decent proportions and under $25 each.
The eye fillet steak was cooked how I like it and was very tender.
The staff are freindly and attentive and the spot is a great place to eat out.

Tried Alio for dinner and had the degustation menu. Food was delicious! Service was very welcoming, and the food was great.
I had the Oven roasted rack of lamb with eggplant funghetto and salsa verde & Roasted barramundi fillet green asparagus and sauce vierge.
Cant wait to go back again soon.

Probably the best restuarants in the Pyrmont/Star City Area.
The unusual touch of having the waitresses tell you the menu can be a little intimidating at first but the food is definitely worth it!
It's a regular favourite for myself and many of my friends. Sometimes we will venture and try somewhere different, but always go back to XXII for the exciting new flavours/creations as well as the delicious desserts!

Did the $55 out before 8 pre- theater deal.
Service is excellent, it is very cosy, well isolated from street noise. The food was great, we had: risotto and rump, salad and potatoes
