We had moved 15 minutes down the road between our houses. We had a 3 bedroom house with most goods prepacked by us and ready to move.
The staff were all young boys and not much muscle to move anything. I had paid for 3 guys and a truck, thinking I would have received 2 experienced movers.
Oh how wrong I was...

Their staff were slow, lazy, incompetent, arrogant, abusive, spoke in foreign languages in front of me, abused my wife.
Damage to fragile marked boxes, electrical equipment was left on wet grass in front of the house, items were left at the house which they say they forgot to bring. Bookcases were damaged, fitness equipment was damaged.

This was the worst moving experience I have ever endured and will NOT recommend that anyone suffer in the manner that I was when dealing with this incompetent unprofessional company.

As a regular at this local ice creamery I have come to expect better level of service than has been received lately.
The 2 young girls - not much older than 15, continued an uninterrupted gossip session while myself and my wife waited for service. the establishment had no other customers except for a full table of already served patrons. once they had finished their chat session with each other we were asked if we were ready for them. This was after waiting patiently for 5 minutes, as regulars we know what we want prior to arriving. the servings were barely filling the cup they were provided in, with teh excess ice cream left on the rock for disposal rather than serve to customers who had paid good money. The attitute of the servers was disgraceful with money being slammed onto the counter when receiving change from them and then when checking their change was correct found them to be short $10 with no apology offered.

I do not accept such poor rude service by any means and as such do to their lack of customer service they will not be gaining any further customers from my recommendations.

Having ordered through the less than ordinary website and being informed by email that I would be "lucky" to receive half my ordered stock "when" they got around to my order. In frustration I decided to pop into the store in person. I bought what I wanted and then some. I had followed up via email in regards to my initial web order requesting amendment before store opening hours and received no response. Later in the afternoon I sent another email requesting cancellation of the web order due to lack of response. I was then given a sad story of how the order was ready to be posted and that it had to be picked out of the cage. If USA Foods were more proactive with their customer service there would not have been this issue. The customer service received from online communication is about on par with a Thailand jail.
