Michael has just finished painting our exterior, and he's done an absolutely fantastic job. In fact, I'm even wondering what else we can get painted, now that I know there's someone out there who's that good!

Sent my car there for a logbook service, as the location was convenient. They seem to position themselves as a performance car specialist, but was assured that my Nissan would be well looked after. They talked me through some issues they found, which was all well and good, but the eventual bill was way, way more than expected, and way way more than I've ever paid anywhere else, even with Nissan themselves. Also, my logbook disappeared after that service; I can't be sure it was their fault, of course, and I'm sure it wasn't intentional. But when I went back to ask whether they happened to have it, I didn't get any kind of help whatsoever.

Replaced electric cooktop with a gas one, and replaced kitchen sink with a larger one too. Both these jobs involved cutting stainless steel benchtops, which several other plumbers refused to do. Did everything professionally and efficiently.

We wanted an awning window installed in our ensuite bathroom, and the quote we got through our plumber's contact was, shall we say, exploitative. Found Accent Windows through the local Leader newspaper and they turned out to be a great find. When they found out we were getting the bathroom tiled, they worked quickly to get the window made and installed to make it easier for the tiler. Thanks guys!

Michael tiled our ensuite bathroom, handling the job with professionalism, efficiency, courtesy, punctuality and patience. I say patience because he also had to deal with an unreliable and incompetent plumber, as well as disillusioned clients (us!).
