I loved the organic products and the fact that it was great value for money! The best part was when I first came in I was greeted with genuine enthusiasm by the house of obsidian team and got made a great coffee which made the atmosphere feel very welcoming and friendly! When I came in I told Chiquita the senior stylist that I had screwed up my hair by bleaching it at home to get the black out and needed it fixed! I wanted something cool and different for summer! She saved my hair, leaving it trendy with some cool red and blonde high-lights with a nice deep brown running through it. While waiting for my colour to process I had a lovely hand massage by the beauty therapist which made the experience even more relaxing and that I wasn't just a rushed number! Chiquita helped my hair look more summery and trendy rather than what I begun with and my cut looked fresher after a good re-styling, relaxing head massage with a treatment and fresher ends. Overall the service was great and I loved the new look! Definitely worth trying out!
