Words can't express the gratitude we feel for everything Carly and Greenhaven funerals have done to help our family after the sudden and tragic loss of my husband. Carly is an absolutely beautiful human being. Compassionate, empathetic, totally supporting, genuine, kind and caring. She has a heart of gold. Right from my first conversation with her she put my concerns to rest using her compassion, experience and expertise to manage all the many things needed to be organised at a very emotional time. She gently guided us to an understanding of what we needed to make our farewell perfect for my husband and my family and planned everything to perfection. I didnt need to concern myself with anything but my family on the day of the funeral. So many people have commented on how beautiful and perfect the day was. The lovely cremation jewellery and beautiful timber box for my husbands ashes, were organised with care and were delivered by Carly as soon as they arrived. They have been such a comfort for us. My husband was taken from us suddenly and unexpectedly. One of the most difficult things I've ever had to do emotionally was to organise his funeral. It was extremely important to my sons and I that that we respected what he would have wanted but also balanced that with a fitting tribute to the man we knew and loved. Jacqui was wonderful.
