Bought my wedding dress from this business....loved my dress and came to the shop to get my dress altered by the alterations lady they recommended when I bought the dress....things were ok until the alterations lady decided to cut my dress before pinning it!!! Not only was the dress then way too short (and they asked if I would be happy wearing flat shoes ...NO!) it was cut longer at the sides and got shorter and shorter towards the middle till it was above ankle length. I was so upset and the shop assistant was fantastic and said they would replace the dress....I was happy with that until on the Tuesday (after being told someone would call be about it the Friday before!) ringing to speak to the manager and being told this would certainly not happen and she argued with me for 15 mins sayind her shop assistant would never have told me that - only to ring me back a couple of hours later to say they would replace it and it would come the day before my weding!!! still needing alterations and by the same lady!!!! anyway after many angry calls from my mother to the head office the dress came 3 days before the wedding, they had ordered the wrong size (a size smaller but lucky it fit me but had to have the bust let out) but I had the dress for the day - not worth all the stress and hassle and dress didn't look as nice as it should have due to my boobs being sqwashed into a smaller size but on the day I felt great anyway but it was a horrible experience you don't want with your wedding gown!!

We ordered a croquembuche (however you spell it) or pofiterole cake through this company for our wedding....their prices were great compared to other places and they even made purple african violets to put on as decoration. They were easy to book, pay and delivered on time...no problems at all!! great service and all the guests commented on how yummy the pofiteroles were! yum!

Got my wedding flowers from here....they seemed great and were really helpful before hand and even got flowers in a month before so I could confirm I liked them. In that trial some of the flowers were dried and shriveled and I asked if they would be like that on the day and they said no that they use the best quality flowers etc etc etc...I also asked them to do some urn flowers in some pots I bought and gave to them on their request....on the day the the boquet flowers were shriveled and dying, looking old and the urn pots were in a plastic container blu tacked above the top of the pots so you could see the blutack etc and were so top heavy because of this that the flowers were falling out (for some reason they filled the pots totally with water and put the flowers at the top of the pot rather than sitting them further inside the pots - the flowers then fell over in the middle of the wedding ceremony!!!! Just lucky we had a good sense of humour on the day and just laughed it off but I was very dissapointed after being lead to believe they knew what they were doing....

We had our small 60 people wedding in the chapel at the back if this restaurant and it was the perfect venue for us, quaint, beautiful and created a beautiful atmosphere...it is non-denominational so we had a civil service and we had so many guests comment on how it was such a beautiful and different venue with character...one guest was also a celebrant and commented they wish there was a venue like that near where they practice interstate as it was fantastic. Just made our day special and was the perfect venue for us, great acoustics and Catherine is so helpful and even controls the music for you on the day....they are very accommodating and you can have your reception in the chapel or in the restaurant for pretty good prices as well!!

We had our wedding reception at Occasions and it was better than I ever could have imagined. Julie that I dealt with was happy to talk to me and answer my many queries before the day and made me feel very secure in leaving smaller details up to her knowledge to make decisions. We had a few vegans and vegetarians and other than the fact that we had to pay quite a bit extra for them (for a change in menu) the food was absolutely amazing. I have never had such beautiful food at a wedding and it was my own!! the portions were huge, quality was fantastic and taste was amazing....we were so happy with the outcome. Service was impeccable on the night and couldn't have been better!! Our guests were just so amazed by this venue
