We purchased a Fuji Xerox CM205 2 years ago and took out the extended warranty.

First time it broke down the "Hardly Normal" service centre was not very good at attending to the problem. It took about 2 months of complaining before the machine was fixed and returned.

Second time now the machine has broken down. Again after almost 2 months. No action. I have called and they said "OH - we will get back to you". And they do NOT KEEP their promise.

Approximate cost: $400

Had a one hour theraputic massage by one of the expert staff. I have sore back and neck and the massage was great. It was the right combination of deep, theraputic as well as relaxing. The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing in her new shop.

UPDATE

Coldflow finally gave us a quote, $2,596.!! However, the problem was fixed by another organisation for under $500.! Our A/C unit has now been working very effectively since Feb, thanks to another business.

Firstly THANKYOU for dealing with our earlier complaint. The problem was eventually solved.

HOWEVER, based upon fixing the last complaint, in good faith we contacted ColdFlow again to fix our old AirCon at home. We told ColdFlow that the unit was not working and we needed a quote for repairs.

A rep came out and for $145 told us "your unit isnt working". ie he told us what we already knew. Then he did NOT give us any quotes for repair options.

I rang the maintenance manager and there was NO RESPONSE.

I emailed the Manager and there was NO RESPONSE.

Clearly they have no interest.
