This is honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with, I have purchased things and the never put them in my shipment and when I let them know about the simple packing error they called me a liar and didn't want anything to do with me, so now I'm out of pocket a grand and still don't have a new phone. They have also committed invoice fraud by saying it was lesser value them what I paid and now Customs NZ are asking me questions
