Didn't get the pre call that was promised. That was ok, but it was so expensive to fix the issue. I got a quote from another plumber, as we had to get something else looked at and basically realised that Wilco Plumbing definitely over charged. As Wilco were the ones to fix I emailed to ask a proper breakdown of cost, and i didn't hear from them. Would never get them out again. Wilco's 20min visit was more expensive that the plumber that did work for us for over an hr including call out fee, and chrome pipe to sink. I called Wilco Plumbing on the Wed, they came on the Friday, so it wasn't even like we expected emergency. Couple of tap washers and a part in cistern.
