I wish to express my fervent thanks to PPAH and all the staff for the kind and professional care shown to Kayla over the almost 9 years of her life. She unfortunately recently transferred to rainbow bridge where she now waits patiently for me.

Take you PPAH

Again went to the vet yesterday with Kayla in a panic because I had discovered a lump in her side and immediately thought cancer....oh noooo. Within 5 minutes of seeing the vet, the vet said it seemed to be a fatty cyst and did a biopsy with a nurse holding Kayla. Turns out it was a fatty cyst and again I was pleased to have the PPAH there to help me.

All the staff there but especially Matt on our last visit were tremendous. I was panicking with my 8yo Labrador Kayla showing vomiting and she was treated for this. Unfortunately over night she developed diahorrea, pain (she was crying) and went off all food. But the staff and Matt talked me through all her problems and within two days she was improving and has not looked back since.
The treatment she received this time as in all times in the past was excellent and knowledgeable in the extreme. They obviously did only the tests and investigations that they considered warranted and were there to soothe down the over active brain of Kayla's dad.
Again many many thanks to Matt and all the staff at the centre. You will certainly have us for all time.

My 5 year old Labrador had been chronically vomiting for about 4 months and unable to pin down a diagnosis. Craig recently agreed to a full work up (ultrasound and endoscopy) to determine the cause. I dreaded that it was a cancer of some sort. Craig rang me to say that Kayla had swallowed some mass of material and it could not be endoscopically removed so she would need surgery. Craig and all the staff pulled her through with flying colours and after 24 hours she has showed signs of recovery that one would not expect. Thank you to all at Port Phillip Animal Hospital

I had my Labrador Kayla walked for about 3-4 weeks by a walker and I was most satisfied by the services of the walker and Kayla was more than happy with the walks.
