This is a review about their customer service. Moved house last year and I signed up for a water account. After 4 months (and using water) I still had no bill or account number. I had to ring them and ask what was going on.

A completely disinterested call centre operator umm'ed and ahh'ed her way through my query.

Turns out my body corporate pays the water bills (pretty happy over that as a renter).

I asked why that info was on their system but no one had sent me a quick note about it - she started getting aggressive so I quickly said goodbye. Shame. I was only asking.

I tend to grab the occasional meal here. Service can be pretty slow during peak times and we usually have to end up seating ourselves. Food is hit and miss. Last few times my meals have been bland, overcooked and cold. Likely because the other person I was with was having steak or a parma and my food sat getting cold waiting for theirs.

Really clean and friendly venue otherwise. Car park out the back is a tight squeeze and a number of spots will leave you blocked in when someone parks near you.

Good for a quite pint of cider though.

Went here to get pizza for fathers day. Knew there would be a wait but was told it would be 30 minutes so waited out the front. 90 minutes later we were given under cooked pizza (my partner had an Aussie and the egg white was still clear) and only after I'd stood in the restaurant for 20 minutes asking what was going on.

I find myself always coming back here for a relaxed dinner with friends. Huge menu, everything is pretty good. Service can be a bit average when busy but they're attentive when not rushed. Vegetarian hot pot is really tasty. Slightly expensive but just so reliably good.

Really enjoy the food from here. It's cheap, super tasty, can easily order rice and a main then have plenty left over for a second meal. The vegetarian fried rice is yum.

Had a very late weekend breakfast here out in their courtyard. Service was great, super friendly staff. Food was quick and amazing tasty. Wish I got more relish with my food as it's divine. Definitely worth a visit here and head out the back for seating.

Found they keyed in my tax return incorrectly with the ATO after I signed off on the correct figures. Tried to email the accountant who blamed me and called the situation unfortunate. The entire business then stopped returning my emails after I scanned copies of all my documents asking where I was at fault. Now stuck with a tax bill.
