paid loan out on 9th may 2014. last month received a bill for interest from 1st may to 9th may 2014 + monthly interest since. total sum $230.00 emailed them twice about it with one answer from the first email and no answer from the second email. today received info that they have sold loans to Peppers and to contact anchorage before 22nd november 2014. so i phoned them only to be told that my solicitor asked for a balance on 9th may and not for a final pay out. Seems there is a difference, balance owed does not include any interest owing in that month. It was obvious the person I spoke to had this same query many many times as he rattled off answers straight away. No time needed to think. So I thought I would pay it and get rid of loan altogether. Not possible as I have to fill in forms that he has to post to me. Seems I have to take the issue up with the new owners, Peppers as of Monday.
CONCLUSION, IF YOU ASK FOR A BALANCE ON YOUR HOME LOAN OR ANY OTHER LOAN, JUST CHECK IF IT INCLUDES ANY INTEREST FOR THAT MONTH.
I wonder if NAB sold the business to Pepper Australia p/l or just sold the Loans to Pepper Australia p/l. Whichever or whomever you deal with , to clarify what the balance means????

took picnic lunch, only needed a filler. bought chips and went to park across road. chips were freshly cooked and tasted perfect.

another good lot of pizzas. wish they would fix their order site. at the end it always tells me there is an error and to phone shop. but never gives me the phone number. when I phone they tell me nothing is wrong. next time i won't phone I will just turn up. my pizzas are always ready when i get there....really confusing.

always polite staff. always very helpful. even mnageress is a happy sole which is different. you know what i mean. normally chicken is tops thats why i go out of my way to glenmore park. i pass another kfc to get to glenmore park. chicken usually tops but last night it tasted good but wasn't crisp skin. such good staff and patient, they have to be with me. sometimes my disability makes it difficult to communicate. keep up the good attitudes. cheers

sometimes staff are friendly and helpful. other times they are not. need to be more consistent with helping. prices are normal with some good specials. products are varied which is good. some things are available there but are not available in the other big stores, which is iga's attraction. all in all i will still shop there.
