Easy to deal with. Arrived at scheduled time for pickup and dropoff. Staff were efficient at both locations and furniture was transported without any damage. Note we packed our own boxes, only furniture was packed and unpacked by the experts. Transported from W.A. to Vic faster than estimated so that was nice given the rain disruptions to transport. Gladly recommend them to anyone wanting a removal company.

I have used Fragile Removals twice now, once to move my piano from Perth to regional Victoria (which went smoothly) and most recently to move all our belongings from Victoria back to Perth. Overall we are happy with our experience - could not speak more highly of the 2 removalists we dealt with in Sale, Vic, they were very professional and careful. The two in Perth required more training as they had obviously not moved a piano before and caused some minor damage to the doorway. We were also missing one box. However, customer service was excellent in rectifying both of these issues promptly. Thank you Fragile Removals!

Great communication about where things went at my new place with nothing missing or broken. They made the whole move pleasant and as stress free as moving could possibly be. It’s rare that you want to write an amazing review for a removal company however I have nothing but positive experiences to share. From the moment I contacted the company everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, honest and hard working. Jherome was so helpful in making sure I quoted everything correctly , Brandon was amazing ensuring everything went smoothly once it left Perth, the uplift crew were so courteous friendly and polite and went above and beyond making sure everything was wrapped well and finally Mark and his crew on the Tweed Heads end were so patient given the difficult access and I never felt like we were a burden. Can’t recommend this company enough for short or long haul Moves.

The level of care and professionalism by both pick up and delivery teams was exceptional for my move from a Melbourne storage unit to my new home in Perth. Each and every item was recorded and carefully wrapped so I felt confident my belongings would arrive free from damage. From my initial quote to delivery I can’t fault the customer service received from Fragile’s administration team and multicultural teams doing the hard packing and unpacking work. From initial enquiry, right through to the final delivery of my furniture and personal belongings, the staff and team at Fragile Removals and Storage were extremely helpful, thoroughly communicative, and treated my furniture and belongings with the utmost care and attention. I chose to use the services of this business to move a smallish consignment of furniture and personal belongings from a Storage facility in Brisbane, to my apartment interstate in Melbourne. Pricing was competitive and reasonable, and the flexibility of being able to hold my goods in Storage at either, or both ends ( Queensland, and Melbourne) made planning and flexibility extremely easy. The removal teams at both Brisbane, for pick up and Melbourne, for final delivery, were extremely polite, friendly and professional in the handling of my belongings, and kept me informed at all times as to their progress in the pick-up and delivery process. nothing appears to have been broken. The guys in Melbourne did a fantastic job fitting everything in the container and deserved special praise. They must be masters of Tetris :). They worked very hard making sure everything was properly wrapped and secured. I had a cleaner working in the house on pick-up day and she expressed to me how good a service I was getting from you company. Seamless experience from Quotation up to Delivery. The only company I could find that quoted me for actual volume used to transport belongings from Brisbane to Perth. Staff at both ends (Brisbane and Perth) were courteous, professional, and efficient. I can also confirm my once loaded at Brisbane, my things in the container were not moved or disturbed until delivery in Perth. Admin team was also pleasant and efficient. Price was one of the best I could find, after getting quoted by about 5 or 6 different companies.

The crew at Fragile made an otherwise stressful day run smoothly, efficiently and fast. They arrived on time and checked every room, garage and outside to decide which should be packed on the truck first and then went carefully but full speed to have us ready to go in 3 hours. At our new address they made a similar assessment and then started everything in reverse. We were super impressed, relieved and thankful. One day to be completely moved and sleeping in our new house. Fantastic company and after three moves with Fragile in 3 years we can find no faults. Fragile Removals are consistent with their service and admin support and that is why we keep using them.

The removalists packing the truck in Melbourne and unpacking the truck in Perth were all very professional and listened to any queries or concerns we had. - several items missing - several items are broken - heavy boxes placed on fragile items - they chase you for money you already paid - different employees will contact you multiple times per day with the same questions that you already answered (no internal communication or reporting it seems) and when you point out the amount of time you’re spending from your day because of their mishaps, you’ll get a giggle or laugh - insurance is non existent with fragile, regardless your payment and documentation _ if you request them to pack your stuff, be also prepared to pay triple as they will pack large boxes half full so you end up paying for air If you don’t value your stuff and would just like to waste your money on a business that promise a lot, but doesn’t deliver and ends up taking lots of your time away, this is the company you should choose. If not, stay the hell away. Plenty of honest and trustworthy removals out there.. but Fragile Removals whom do not care what happens to your stuff after you already paid their hefty price. To Darren: you were the one who got your employees to dump/throw our stuff into the unit, whilst the agreement was that you would call so that we would be there to check delivery. Instead it was a quick dump and then call to advise our stuff have been “delivered” so as we weren’t there to check, insurance doesn’t count right? So please, stop with your pretence of customer service with your apologies for “any inconvenience”

Fantastic experience with Fragile Removals and Storage! They came right on time for my move and there was no dillydallying by the boys who came. They took utmost care with every piece of furniture and were very organised with paper work and how they loaded the truck. Not a single damage done to the property we were moving out of and the property we moved into. They are a little pricey but the level of expertise they have is worth every cent. Very professional service and would highly recommend. Moving of 3.75 hours plus 30 mins for travel on a weekday.

We moved our 3 bedroom house about 35 mins away from Previous place in south east Melbourne area. We also used the packing service as I’m recovering from operation. Both the moving and packing crews as well as the depo manager (shout out to Ash for saving us on the day and Jherome) were on time, followed instruction, professional, very helpful and friendly. Everything was handled with absolutely care and oh&s compliance. I’ve also obtained other quotes (all companies were AFRA registered) and Fragile came out on top. Highly recommend! Thank you team! Interstate move in May 2021 - smashed a bookcase in the truck, seriously chipped a custom hardwood buffet, and scratched outdoor table. Despite two of these itemised in the insurance, it has been over 12 months with no resolution. This included months of no contact or response from customer service despite repeated follow ups. Have only now been told the claim is being handballed to their insurer.

The two guys from Fragile turned up early, worked very hard throughout the entire day, no complaining was made - and we had a lot of very heavy boxes to carry up stairs, and they were both very professional from start to end of the day. They also managed the space in the van extremely well to minimise the number of trips required, and handled all fragile boxes with care - there were no breakages. The return call and follow up to my initial enquiry for a quote was very quick, and the quote was made in a very clear and professional manner. after a shoddy removalists couldn't get my fridge up my stairs, the next day I called Fragile. Unfortunately Fragile was fully booked the day of my move which I couldn't change. Fragile came to the rescue and with absolute ease, my fridge is upstairs with the upmost care. Discussed with each other the steps to take to ensure Fridge got to its final position. Highly recommend.

Their hourly rate was really competitive compared to other removalists and my dealings with Peter in the preparation phase were really easy. On move day, the three gents in the truck were friendly, professional, got all my belongings in the one truck load through careful packing, and got everything delivered safely.

Moved from a 3 bed unit to a 3 bed two-storey townhouse. They called to say they were on their way and gave an approximate arrival time - arrive 10 minutes earlier than anticipated - tick. They had to manoeuvre a large truck around overhanging branches of a tree - successful - tick. We have a lot of furniture and they moved all of it without a hiccup - tick. Included in my furniture is an extremely heavy solid granite table - seats 6-8 - they managed it beautifully - tick. The distance we moved was not far - maybe 4 k's. No storage needed. They did have to navigate a tight, steep staircase that turns back on itself - must admit it did concern me somewhat. However, they handled it very well. A couple of marks on one wall - all which came off very easily. There were 3 men and each one was very polite, very helpful and most considerate. I would use this company again.

We had requested a large 8T truck and 3 Removalists in order to make the move with 2 very young children quick and efficient. What we received on the day was the complete opposite. The morning of the move a truck half the size of what we requested and only 2 men turned up at our house. I initially questioned if a bigger truck or another mover was coming to assist, and all we were told is the office would call us if anything changes. I never received a call so had to call the office myself to see what was happening. All I was told was the truck had broken down and no other movers were available. At the end of a long winded move, although some discount was agreed upon, we were coerced into settling the bill as some of our goods were being held on the truck so ultimately we had no other option but to agree. At the end of the long day we then discovered some of our items were damaged from being crammed into the small truck. After complaint to head office we were initially advised our items would be repaired and we would be compensated. After a few emails back and forth we stopped receiving responses and to date we have not had any response back from fragile or any offer of compensation. An overall very poor experience. Could not discourage anyone enough from using using their services

With attention to detail approach, I consider too many factors while someone provides service to me and especially when it's the interstate relocation, all can understand the anticipated delays, breakage, discourteous attitude after you book some removalist and pay off..... Absolutely fantastic! This is the second time we have used Fragile - the guys were polite, efficient, careful and worked well as a team. Our “garage to shed” move ended up being bigger than we expected, and the team was able to quickly send out an extra mover to help with the job. They moved items quickly, yet carefully, in a 3 story house with a steep driveway - they worked constantly over the 10hr move. Customer service was also fantastic, as we changed our needs a few times before moving, and they were very accommodating to our needs. They will be coming back again this week to move the “house to house” items and I feel confident that the move will go smoothly and we are in capable hands. Will use again!

We recently moved from Sydney to Perth in the middle of Covid-19 and decided to choose Fragile Removals. We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and efficiency Fragile displayed. Not only were they competitive with their pricing ($1,000 cheaper than another company that was recommended to us), but they made the stressful move from Sydney to Perth relatively stress free. The boys were punctual, polite, respectful and careful. Everything that hadn’t been put into boxes were carefully wrapped (with no extra charge), and all our requests were happily dealt with in a timely manner. We were pleasantly surprised when three boys showed up to load the truck, and again when they delivered them back in Perth. With three sets of hands the process of loading and unloading couldn’t be quicker. We must thank the boys at the Sydney end for working their butts off that day. They made sure our items were carefully handled and were there for close to eight hours with hardly a break. Nothing seemed too hard and it really put our mind at ease knowing our goods were in good hands. We were contacted shortly after reaching Perth to inform us of when our delivery was due. The communication and follow up was excellent. We couldn’t be happier with the whole process. We’re still unpacking, but so far nothing appears to be damaged. All fragile items arrived in perfect condition - so it’s fitting the company would be called Fragile Removals! Head office was easy to deal with too. Thank you Fragile Removals for looking after us! We will use your company again without hesitation, and will refer you to everyone we know :)

Staff were rude when I suggested how to carry unique couches. Damaged a $4000 buffet, their repair of the buffet was not acceptable and Fragile refuse to replace. Would of preferred to of done the moving myself as I care for my stuff and Fragile don’t.

We recently had our storage unit in WA packed up and transported to the Gold Coast by Fragile Removals. As we were not in WA at the time, we had to trust that everything was going to go OK, from the emptying of the storage unit to our stuff arriving safely in QLD. We were very impressed by the entire process. All of our stuff arrived, packed up professionally. The two men that unpacked the container here in QLD were fantastic and very prompt. Used fragile 8 years ago to move homes and they did a great job. Eight years later their service has been just as good. Used them this time to move heavy furniture from my home into the 4 storage boxes I had delivered to my place. They took the time and care to wrap my items during the move to avoid damage. They put thought into how they would stack things inside the storage boxes. Ultimately I only used the minimum 2 hour hire to move the heavy stuff (fridge, buffet, washing machine, sofa etc) and in the end I had to rejig things a bit after they left to be able to fit other small things into the storage box. But otherwise they did an awesome job. Punctual, polite and professional.

We moved from Perth to Melbourne I’ve the last two weeks. On both ends the blokes that wrapped, packed and carried did an absolutely amazing job! They were friendly and professional with the paperwork, and thorough in keeping everything safe. We were able to store our stuff in Melbourne while we found a house, and when we did it had multiple flights of stairs. The guys tackled with no complaining or whinging (I would have) and were cheerful and so so polite! Thank you so much!

I can’t speak highly enough of Fragile Removals. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and went the extra mile to make my life easier at a really stressful time. They were able to confirm my job over the phone at short notice, including storage as part of the move. They also coordinated my car transfer through a partner company. The guys who moved us on the day were very efficient and made me feel like everything was in hand. I thought the communication was excellent and they were also the best value. Very positive experience. The two guys were friendly, professional, efficient. I would recommend them. The only setback was they didn't hook up the washing machine - apparently because of liability, but I've always had that done by a removalist, so not sure why it's changed in the last two years. Apart from that, very happy with the service.

I received excellent and exemplary service from your employees Matthew Good and Waqas Azmat when I ordered a removal of my belongings from my home to Frys Storage. It is difficult to find first class client focussed service these days but this is what Matthew and Vaqas delivered to me. They were attentive, aware, responsive to my quests and went beyond the call duty by removing three hard rubbish pieces of furniture (one of which was a large, heavy and cumbersome couch). They were agile and communicative and worked quickly and effectively. They delivered my boxes and furniture to my storage unit intact and in good order. They should both be recognised for their excellent client services. They both had a positive attitude and listened with care to my instructions. In footy terms they should be awarded the ‘Best and Fairest’. We need more companies in Australia that deliver service of this high caliber. The journey to move from Perth to Brisbane started by going for quotes. We settled for Fragile because David took the time to explain in detail about interstate moving. We made the booking. Aicha took over from David and the date was fixed. Alessio and Mohammed moved everything very professionally. Got an email stating that the delivery date has been booked. Alberto, Arthur and Harvey delivered the goods. They came 1 hour earlier!! They just took 45 minutes to unload. Again very professional. The crews from both ends were very nice. Always with a smile. Please call when you get an email stating that the delivery has been "booked". They expect a call to confirm. I did not call and the delivery was moved from Friday to Tuesday. After speaking with Aicha, she managed to revert back to Friday. Will I use them again? Of course. Well done Fragile. Nothing was broken!!!

We were so glad we used them. They were not only very accommodating to our needs but flexible to changes we had to make at the last minute . I would like to particularly mention Aicha Kid who always had a listening ear for me & even went out of her way to help me in every way she could. Little story I moved a year ago... I followed a google review it took the removalist company from 7am until 6pm to move me. I had to help them lift and if I was moving into my brand new home I would of told them to leave. Today I had removalist show up in time. Move things in a professional way. Not mark my walls not make me stressed. And they moved the same furniture to the new house (which is further than my last move) by 2pm. The price was less than half than the move beforehand. I will definitely be using fragile removers again. Can't recommend highly enough.

I have today used Fragile Removals to move half our household into storage. The two guys who did the work were excellent. They did not cut corners or rush, although they completed the job quickly. They were very careful. When they were packing the goods into storage they were happy to reorganise so that stuff that we'd need soonest was near the front.

After a number of moves over the years, it was refreshing to encounter a professional, courteous and timely company! Constant SMS messages to update us on their arrival, Both movers, Owen and Doug, were obliging, friendly and totally professional in their attitudes and workmanship - nothing was too big an ask, and the move across several suburbs went unhindered, with not a single breakage or damage issue. Unlike the movers engaged by my son's roomate - over 2 hours late, complaints about items to be moved, tediously slow, unable to carry more than 1 item at a time, (even though they had 2 hands), and only $10 an hour less than Fragile! Would we recommend Fragile Removals? Definitely! Would we use them again? In a heartbeat!

I have just used Fragile Removals & Storage to move house for the third time in as many years. This time around I didn't even shop around for other quotes. I trust this company completely! Their services are top-of-the-range from beginning to end. The process of getting a quote online is easy, filling in the inventory of all the things that need moving really helps the the person moving to be organised as to not to forget anything behind, on the day of the move the guys were very punctual on arrival and they worked quickly & efficiently without wasting time or damaging the furtinture. Fragile is amazing. They were nice and honest, and after a stressful week of moving, I almost cried when I saw the bill and shook their hands. First of all, their representative did a great job of asking a lot of details about our move to make sure that he gave us a good estimate. We had a fairly uncomplicated request -- we needed some guys to help us get my piano onto truck without breaking off the legs. These movers were terrific and better than their word. 3 guys showed up that morning, on time, very friendly. They wrapped up our piano in furniture pads, shrink-wrapped it, and loaded it on to the truck. Then, the guys said it had only taken them a few minutes to do the piano, so they offered to help us with a few other things quickly. They wrapped up our couch and our TV, and even offered to do our mattress. We gave each of the movers a nice tip, because they were just awesome and they could have easily charged me more for the services they provided.

I looked at several moving companies, compared Google reviews, prices, and even looked into options of renting my own truck + just getting load/unload help. Fragile not only gave me the best flat rate deal, but also let me be flexible with my schedule. Two weeks ago they were able to pick up, pack up everything in my 2 bedroom apartment, in about 3-4 hours with 2 guys and deliver to the new 2 bedroom without me lifting much of anything. I just made sure my furniture was put back the same way it was dismantled. Thank you

Then on the day of my relocation the 3 man showed up on time, they even called me when they left their office! So didnt have to wait around for them to show up. Fragile Removals was introduced by a friend who used their service around the same time last year. They appreciated that Fragile Removals was a reputable company in mine communities, who took care of every single item they moved with quickness and items were insured for peace of mind. Based on their recommendation, we were willing to engage Fragile Glen Waverley despite the premium price paid. Word of mouth is very important in all. Unfortunately, we have been very disappointed and frustrated with the move provided by Fragile Glen Waverley recently: 1. Prior to Fragile's arrival at 2pm on that date, we had picked/packed most (98%) of our items into boxes and our furniture/TV set/bedframes/Dishwasher/washing machine had all been nicely arranged close to the entrance of our house ready for the move. I would expect all this would take no more than 2 hours to complete. When the move was finished, it was about 6pm. This was ridiculous and it was a joke. 2. After the move we were asked for travel cost of $50 dollars by the removalists, which we were not informed and did not agree upon prior to this engagement; 3. Both removalists were inexperienced and unprofessional and I was told that both were here on working holidays; 4. Both removalists did not put on personal protection gears while the move was being carried out. Most noticeable was that one of them were wearing sport shoes; 5. They both took their own sweet time to think as to what to wrap, particularly so with our sofa's and glass table, worst of all they kept on wrapping and rewrapping them over and over again; 6. The whole move took 4 hours which really most of the time we were helping them to hold the furniture and doing the wrapping; Based on our personal experience with Fragile, we would not engage Fragile Removals Glen Waverley again nor would I recommend Fragile to my communities or friends.

The men showed up with a big truck with plenty of space for my 3 bedroom furniture. Ben and Chris did a great job protection all my items and was amazed by the speed! In a good few hours my entire house was empty, packed in the truck and even faster unloaded in my new house. Household furniture, an entire garage gym and your normal packaged boxes. We moved on a rainy day, but these guys were great, wrapped furniture in thick blanketing and mattresses in a clear film. Very good with moving us into our new house, very careful and meticulous to not bump into anything. Very good experience with these guys :-)

The service I received was awesome. That service was hourly rate one so I had been worried about whether 2 men work as quickly as I want them to do. But there was nothing to worry about. Even though my removal was the third time of the day for them, they worked very hard with sensible cares such as never drawing furniture on the floor and always watch out at every corner not to chip walls. Not only their work on the day was good but also customer service dealt with by sales persons was good. They gave me a booking confirmation via email. Most of booking process was done through email.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, across all industries. When quoting they said they charge by cubic meters, and that door to door delivery from Perth to Melbourne would be 1-2 weeks. After they loaded everything in the truck I was charged for the empty space in the truck which was not occupied by me. In effect they overcharged me by 100%, and because the Melbourne office was closed at that time I could not call in to complain, I had to pay the subcontractors who would not move until I paid the full amount. There was no subsequent response from the office after numerous phone calls and emails to complain, and they only called me back after I wrote to threaten legal action, demanding a refund. They promised to refund the balance, but by this time (2 weeks after they took my stuff) I found out everything was still sitting in Perth, and they have no intention on shipping it until they get a full container. It is 4 weeks since I've moved out of my Perth home, and I still haven't gotten a confirmation of when I will be getting my things (last quoted, at least another week or 2, or more). AND they've not refunded like they said they would! DEFINITELY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, A TOTAL SCAM AND RIP OFF. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.

They did a terrific job for us and really took care of our more precious furniture. When I have used removalists previously they have had to stop for a smoke break every hour and take their time. The Fragile guys, particularly the 2 guys arrived on time (apologies, given all the moving I have forgotten their names) came in and introduced themselves and were very personalised and committed. They even asked permission to have a break and stop to grab lunch on the way to the new house, which of course was fine by me. The fact that they asked was a nice touch. They worked a very long day and they worked with urgency. The team leader on the day (Irish guy) was superb and a real ambassador of the cmpany â€“ he set the pace for the others and represented Fragile very well!!! Thanks for helping with the move and we have already let others know about this positive experience with Fragile Removals.

I was checking my bank accout yesterday and have noted you have charged me twice for my move. I paid $200.00 cash and had $252.00 on my credit card which was taken out twice could you please put it back and let me know when this has been done.

We were really pleased with the service. The guys did arrive 45 mins late, however, they did ring to let us know they were running late. We were particularly impressed with the leader, Max, he managed the move really well. There were no breakages and they were careful with our goods. They also worked efficiently. when the guys turned up with the van and began to unload it wasn't my furniture! luckily at the back half of the truck there was some of my stuff but not all. This meant the guys had to return to the storage facility and collect the rest of my things. this added an extra hour and half to unloading and consequently taking me further into an already exhausting day as i was ill and was helping to unload as well to hurry things up. then after unwrapping my coffee table it had been damaged with a hole in the centre. i will send a photo of this with an estimate of price, one of the guys took a photo on his phone as well. i had also organised a time to access storage at clayton at 1130am where i was told shauns stuff was but noone had put me in the book and i had to return at 230pm to dingley however having said all that, the staff have been very cheerful and friendly and apologetic, as long as i can be reimbursed for the coffee table i will be happy and would use you again

I just wanted to offer a huge thanks to the two guys who did my moving on Tuesday afternoon from Heathmont to Heathmont. They were wet and poor conditions, and in those conditions they didn't take a single break from the job. Am more than happy to refer anypne to Fragile removals again.

I would like to pass on my appreciation for the efforts of Elome, Mitchell and Steve on Saturday when they moved my house contents from 14 Fennell Street. It turned out to be a much bigger job than expected and I am grateful for the way they kept working, without much downtime. They worked from 8am till midnight, often moving heavy furniture down a tricky flight of stairs. Their commitment to get the job done never waivered and Elome was great in reassuring me of this as the day got longer and longer. I was pleasantly surprised at how much care the guys took in moving objects through the house, moreso than I expected from a company called Fragile Removals. I was pleasantly surprised and reassured. After reading some of the good reviews as well as their very competitive prices I decided to use these guys for my recent relocation from Perth to Melbourne. I also took advantage of their packing service as I work fly in fly out and am only home for a short time. I am very pleased to say that all my things survived the long journey and they even held them in storage for a week for free until I got the keys to my new place. Top company, great service and great price! Highly recommend

I have used this company on two occasions. The first time was from our property in Mansfield to Caufield. We had a big 4 bedroom house with study and two living rooms. They arrived on time despite the two and a half hour drive. The truck was huge and with some clever placement into the truck we fitted everything includng the surfski. It took a whole day to load as I hadn't packed everything from the garage into boxes so the guys helped me. I was very impressed with the move. The base of my lamp broke and despite it being a $400 lamp they had it repaired without to much fuss.

I have to say that I agree with the previous reviewer - we used Fragile for our move two weeks ago, and everything was excellent. Booking was quick and easy, they called the Saturday before to confirm the time, Darren and Colin were quick, efficient and didn't complain even once about the massive volume of stuff we have. We did get charged for tape and bubble-wrap, but frankly, this was probably our fault for not wrapping things as securely as we should've. We were asked if we'd mind if they bubble-wrapped things, and while no charge was discussed, we fully expected to pay for it. There was also no charge for travel time or any sort of depot charge, which we really liked especially as the two venues are on opposite sides of the city. The only criticism I can offer is that they were late - our projected 1pm start turned into a 2.20 start, but to their credit, they did call before 1 to let us know that they were running half an hour late, then again at about quarter to two to apologise and let us know what time to expect them. All in all, the service was professional and I was very happy with them. Though I don't ever ever EVER want to move again, at least we'll know who to call!

Have read the other reviews i thought I'd share a different experience. My partner and I received quite the opposite experience, all was clearly laid out about costs and extra charges that we could incur. They sent out boxes via courier directly to my work which was also convenient. The move did take longer than expected, but hey these things happen and seeing as the the half-hourly rate was a lot cheaper than most it still ended up being quite cost effective. The actual movers themselves were great, friendly and quite attentive to our requirements. We didnt have a full house move so I would definitely recommend for smaller moves.

Used them to move furniture, guys who did the actual moving were terrific. However, when booking I expressed doubt about going with them as they require a 2 hour minimum and then charge an extra half hour for the return to the depot. I was assured that the extra half hour would be included in the 2 hour minumum. On moving day, it wasn't, we were charged and when queried were told it was policy. So had no choice but to pay them. Another small thing, we were also charged for tape, which they then took with them!!

Moved from Storage centre in South Melbourne to apartment in North Melbourne. The two removalists they sent were very nice guys and did a great good in a difficult multi-story apartment, with no damage to any of our stuff, however they did take a very long time. This was because the office sent the wrong sized truck 3 tonnes rather than 4.5 tonnes which I requested and was on my booking confirmation, this meant that they spent way too long trying to fit everything in the truck, and eventually had to make two trip anyway (the second one we didn't pay for) this resulted in what should have been a 6-7 hour move, taking 11 hours. So in summary the actually movers were great the office staff were hopeless.

They sent a truck that was way to small!!! I provided an inventory of items to be moved. Admin said they didn't get it. I found out from the guys that were moving us that a bigger truck was sent but it broke down. Why would they have sent a bigger truck if they didn't ge the inventory? We were setteling 2 houses on the day so the move had to go off without a hitch. Back office supervisor was a Bi%tch and said we can provide you with another truck but you'll have to pay for it - implying I was somehow at fault. Move cost almost twice as much as I was originally quoted. Should have been around $700. Actual cost $1300 approx. Tried to follow up with company but strangly no one would talk to us and the Bi%tch was never around either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! On a positive note: The guys that moved us were great!!

"These guys were excellent" We used them for a small move, but a difficult one. We moved out two rooms of furniture on a third floor town house that wouldn't fit down the narrow stairwell. They took all furniture out through a balcony three flights up without damage to the furniture or to the walls and did it in less than an hour! These guys were excellent, and I know who I will be using the next time we move. They moved extremely heavy and fragile furniture out a balcony three stories high. There was no extra charge for this. Engaged Fragile for a complex, staged office move, remove a pool table, dismantle and move a gym and heaps of other bits and pieces between South Melbourne, St Kilda Road and South Gippsland location. The company provided a VERY COMPETITIVE fixed price quote and despite the job taking more than one day due to issues with our office lift availability the guys completing all work perfectly and did not grumble once. Turned up on time each day and went over and above. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

They moved our house - turned up 5 hours late without the proper equipment to move us up stairs! They took 40 minutes to drive 10mins down the road - apparently were waiting in the wrong street but didn't bother to call us. We did most of the moving ourselves over the following couple of days and we paid them for the inconvenience. They have a cheap hourly rate but wasn't worth it in our case.
