I have been coming here for a fair few years now, Yvonne is my dentist and as a nervous patient she is just fantastic she is so caring and will make sure I’m going ok with any treatment being done and she does the best cleans I’ve been elsewhere before I started coming here and nobody does a clean like her she’s really thorough as are her checkups the nurses are fantastic as are the reception staff 5 stars

OK, so I hurt...but that is because I just had a double filling on my very back tooth. But seriously I cannot recommend Dr Ron and his team highly enough. They are all incredible, reception, the dentists and all staff. You really are looked after and cared for at Mitcham. Such a great team. Highly recommend switching to these guys. I did and I don't regret it.

I can honestly say that the dentists at Mitcham Dental Clinic are committed to delivering excellent service at the best possible price. I found that the dentists i have seen at the clinic explain thoroughly what is been done to my teeth and that adds much reassurance. It is comforting to know that in today's world, some people don't just operate for money but actually care about people and their needs! Mitcham Dental Clinic is an example of such people. I fell down and chipped my front tooth so I was desperately looking for a dental clinic that's still open. although it was very last minute, the clinic remained opened to see me which was such a nice gesture. Dr Trinh was very compassionate and friendly and immediately filled the tooth which now looks amazing. can't even tell the difference now! i usually am scared to go see a dentist but i felt very comfortable this time! thank you again!

I see the outstanding Dr David Trinh and my kids see Dr Sarah Nguyen. Honestly the best dentists by far. From the moment we switched dental clinics my kids have loved coming to visit the dentist. I know my family is in the best hands and honestly my husband is happy with any dentist at mitcham dental clinic because everyone is so lovely. The receptionists are also so friendly and accommodating! from making your appointment to having your treatment, i can see why they get alot of reviews. Very Pleasant experience from the moment I walked in the door. Reception Staff very friendly and laughed at my dad jokes. I feel known and welcome in fact my nickname is wasabi man here and i enjoy that. Treatment was comfortable and reassuring. Everything was explained and there was no discomfort even with injections. I am very satisfied.

From the moment I walked in, it was a completely different environment from the typical sterile environment I've had from other dental practices. The ambience (yes, ambience!) was warm, friendly and scented with candles and immediately I felt at ease. Everyone, from the lovely receptionists to David and Sam were welcoming and friendly, and it's clear their priority is to give you outstanding service and answering any questions to calm any anxiety. Would highly recommend.

I live in SHEPPARTON so after prising around I found the cheapest dentist here 4 teeth @1800 a tooth so before going ahead I looked at the Melbourne dentist and God or some one was guiding me as I found a dentist and crew like never before,Ron and staff !!!! I thought on first visit ,I felt like royalist ,compared to other dentist !! so after finding out I could have 8 teeth for the same price as 4 done in SHEPPARTON ,I went ahead with it all,jumped in ,after all was done I looked like I had A Million dollar smile. .!pain free ',,,no pain for cleaning that's. What I hated about having my teeth cleaned. Else where the pain !!he has been my dentist since then !! I have been going back since then,not only that he has helped me out with my daughters teeth with recomeomding what she needed to have done and she has not ever been a patient of his never,!!!! she is older and never. Had good teeth unfortunately I have recommended Ron and team to who ever will listen to me !!thanks to Ron!!she is getting good advice!! And I have never been happier !!

I have been coming to Mitcham Dental Clinic for many years. I have always felt heard and respected. I get very anxious when I go to the dentist, even after all these years, however knowing that 'they' (Staff and dentist - Ron) work with me and allow for my needs has meant that I regularly attend and keep a healthy mouth and teeth. I had not been to the dentist in a very long time. I was scared and worried about the cost. Ron was amazing. I felt no pain at all. He is so comforting and kind. As someone who has a phobia & anxiety about going to the dentist I was nervous to go in. I shouldn't have been. The staff are lovely and welcoming and I did not hesitate to go back, unlike other dentists I've seen in the past. I'm now all back to having no pain and looking forward to going to my 6 monthly check up in February!

After moving to Mitcham, we needed to find a new family dentist. Their services are thorough and extensive, from reception through to the examination room. I generally am terrified of the dentist chair. [redacted clinical content] My 6 year old daughter gets to watch kids' TV whilst being treated, and the dentist's manner with children is superb. Would highly recommend this clinic to all.

I have a phobia (I am petrified) of the Dentist which stems back to when I was little. Sarah has been fanatic, she is professional and kind, I couldn't recommend her highly enough. In fact the whole team at Mitcham Dental Clinic have been warm and welcoming. I don't like the dentist, but I am not concerned about going to this Dental Clinic. I have to say the dental care package they offer is also a bonus.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone at the clinic that I have encountered this past week. ( I have had three appointments!) I was so (so very) nervous walking in to have my tooth repaired on Monday morning. From the very first greeting at the reception desk, to frequent reassurance from the dental nurse and then the gentle professional care from the dentist, I felt everyone went above and beyond in making the experience as stress free and pleasant as possible. This was so greatly appreciated. Thank you. I also made good use of the QDP plan already which is fabulous and comprehensive. My tooth is feeling great, no more pain, I also had my very first clean and have the whitening kit which I'm looking forward to using. Thanks again. I will be back soon with my daughters.

The team here are great, they are always putting you first and asking if everything is ok. Dr. Fulop genuinely listened very attentively to my concerns and explained what he was going to do. Very honest dentist! He gave me the straight scoop on what was going on, [redacted due to breach of AHPRA guidelines] at a very reasonable price and didn't try to sell me unneeded expensive procedures. The Assistant showed me their sterilizing equipment and explained their stringent sterilizing procedures from start to finish. Thank You Dr. Fulop and Mitcham Dental Clinic!

I was recommended by a friend to Mitcham Dental for a possible crown. I found that the staff were really helpful and the dentist listened carefully to my concerns and questions. Further as I have an aversion to needles I was pleasantly surprised to see that my operation could be done without the use of needles through the a piece of equipment called the "magic wand"- I think that's what its called. Basically it rests on the outside of the gum and the anesthetic passes through the gum without the use of needles. So far I have had a great experience and will be taking my whole family there from now on.

Really appreciated the whole experience from start to finish. The staff were kind and friendly. Dr Melissa Chew explained everything really well and made me feel at ease about the whole process. I don't usually like going to the dentist however am now more than comfortable to see these guys for all my regular dental needs. Loved the way they gave me a quote for my next appointment so I know how much it's going to cost as well.

I'd been looking a new dentist for a while and was recommended by a friend. Both the staff and the dentist were extremely informative and transparent about the potential work I needed done. They showed me x-rays and photos (taken with a small camera inside my mouth) of each tooth that needed a filling and where the decay was starting to occur. Possibly the least painful experience I've had at the dentist, my comfort a top priority. Very committed to making sure any questions I had were answered. Would definitely recommend them to friends/family.

I came to this Dentist as my regular Dentist was away and I needed my teenagers to have a check-up from the first phone call to book the appointment to seeing Dr Melissa Chew it was such a easy and stress-free experience I will be going to the Mitcham Dental Clinic from now on. Well done on great customer service and professionalism. My daughter has staining on her teeth and no one was ever able to help me until now Dr Chew has put plans in place for us to fix this problem easily and inexpensively I am so happy I decided to take a chance on a new dentist.

Very friendly staff and professional service. Dr Mel and her hygienist were lovely and efficient and made my tooth repair as painless as possible! Best dentist clinic I've ever attended! All the staff were friendly, caring and professional. The dentist, Melissa, was very competent and explained everything she was doing and what would come next. I really liked being able to get digital X-rays done on site in the dental chair as well as being given a treatment plan for future visits with the costs clearly stated. She also didn't recommend unnecessary dental work and instead put a "watch" on some potential problem areas.

I only go to the dentist when I really have too, my last visit to the clinic was 2005. Fortunately I am blessed with healthy gums and teeth. I entered the clinic with huge butterflies in my stomach. I was greeted very politely at the reception desk as I requested an emergency appointment as I had broken one of my wisdom teeth and wanted an extraction. I could not get in that day but returned the next. I had x-rays to see what was going on, Ron agreed the best option was an extraction. It was going to be a tricky one for a number of reasons so I had to go back the next day for an hour appointment. The butterflies had flown away without me realising and I went back the next day quite calmly knowing that I was going to go through a difficult procedure. Ron has such a wonderful chair manner that I will now go back to the clinic on a regular basis for checks and not just when a problem occurs. Thank you.

What I had arranged for turned out not to be suitable - Dr Fulop was most gracious in his understanding and compassionate in the way he handled the whole situation. I was quite happy to pay the additional charges involved, but he would not hear of it. I have never encountered such a person as Dr Fulop - one who works towards achieving the best he can for his patients - not just his bottom line.

Dr Ron Fulop and his team have totally restored my faith in dentistry. After many years of bad experiences with other dentists, I don't mind going to the dentist anymore. When you find a good Dentist, your quality of life immediately improves. I should know, my poor teeth have required attention all my life. The fact is, I've lost count of all the Dentists I have tried and never gone back to. Then I broke both my front teeth, I was really desperate, thus attending Mitcham Dental Clinic, first time here, so I was exceptionally concerned. I've been a patient at Mitcham Dental Clinic for about 3 years now, and in that time I have received check ups and cleans. I am always extremely happy and impressed by the level of service of this dental practice. When I walk into the waiting room, the girls are always so friendly and it feels like a family. Ron (Dr Fulop) is exceptionally good at his job and always makes me feel at ease. The hygienist, Sophie, always does an amazing clean on my teeth and I always walk out feeling better about myself. I especially like the berry flavoured polishing paste she uses!

My family come to this clinic for few years and we always were very happy with the service. This time I brought with me my dad (he is a pensioner). Everything was explained to him so well and he decided to fix his tooth here. Because we have travelled from another side of city the longer appointment was booked and we both were able to fixed everything within 2 visits, what was so convenient for us. The job was done with a lot of care. My dad also get excellent advice with appropriate recommendation for dentures. Both of us me and my dad are very happy with the service in this clinic!! Quality service and all staff very kind, always ready to help!

I was made to feel very comfortable and very relaxed given that I was feeling quite apprehensive about going to the dentist as I had not ben for a long time. Everybody at the clinic from reception to the dentist (Ron) and his assistant(Michelle) had a calming influence on me to such an extent that my self consciousness about the condition of my teeth quickly evaporated. I left the clinic with a far more positive attitude about wanting to get my teeth fixed. Since the first appointment I had another visit where Sarah was my dentist this time, again it was a very pleasurable experience with Sarah and the whole process went painlessly which again reinforced my desire to get my teeth fixed once and for all. This is a great dental clinic for the whole family. I have been coming to Mitcham Dental Clinic for check-ups and dental work in the last 6 months and highly rate my experience. My Dentist Sarah is thorough, attentive and makes me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend this wonderful dental practice for their professional and personal care, they even kindly looked after my little one for me during my visit (thanks again Sharon)!.

I have been a customer (and a regular one I regret to say) for over 10 years and Ron and his team provide an excellent service. Appointments are mostly on time, and Ron explains everything he's doing. If you are nervous going to the dentist I'd recommend this practice. The building has been recently refurbished and they appear to have the latest equipment. The office staff are friendly and efficient. I'm sure I'll be back there again - I doubt there's a better practice in the area.

Although I hate going to the dentist, I love going here to get a good clean. The hygienist Sophie is so gentle and informative so if your scared she usually can see that and will talk you though it. I really enjoy going to get my teeth cleaned/checked now. After she cleans them the dentist (i see dr Ronald Fulop) comes in and checks usually all good! It's a bit pricey but what dentist isn't?

I have a pretty bad dental phobia which I'd more less gotten on top of with a great dentist I found in Sydney... but then I moved to Melbourne. Finding a new dentist was a daunting prospect for me and I am embarrassed to say I put it off for five years. Then I found Mitcham Dental Clinic online and read some reviews on WOMO - it seemed like it might be a place to try. I am happy to report that I could not be happier that I did. Ron and his staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and were patient and understanding. I really could not recommend these people highly enough. The clinic is friendly and comfortable, all the staff extremely helpful and the care is of the highest standard. Many businesses that use WOMO actively solicit reviews, but Mitcham Dental Clinic doesn't - I think it's simply because they don't need to. This is a great business doing things properly and I am happy to support them.

You will not find people as friendly and helpful as they are. The whole experience is just so comforting and actually makes you want to go back for another visit.

Professional from the desk to the chair and back to the desk again. Caring staff make sure your experience is good, every step of every visit is explained in detail before start and then as they go along. Visit is finalized with a plan for future care and contingencies are discussed. Nothing is left to chance. So nice to be in good hands.

Due to a previous bad experience, I had not been to the dentist in years & the only reason I decided to go on this occasion was because I had a serious toothache. My previous dentist was unable to fit me in for a few days but I needed to see someone now! I found Mitcham Dental Clinic on WOMO & after reading a few of the reviews I decided it was the place to allay my fears. I was right! Deepan was fantastic! He explained the work that needed to be done clearly and was extremely gentle every step of the way. My toothache ended up being an infection in one of my teeth and after being given a script for antibiotics, I was given the option of either a root canal or extraction. As this was my first visit to the dentist in years, I was most distressed by this news so Deepan suggested taking some time to think about my decision. The following week I returned to have a root canal only to find the tooth hadn't completely died. Instead of continuing with the root canal (like many dentists would have), Deepan didn't. Instead, that tooth now has a filling. I had another 2 appointments to have a broken filling & a crack repaired and a couple of small areas of decay removed. Each and every time the staff at Mitcham Dental were fantastic. I will now be visiting Mitcham Dental EVERY 6 months. Thanks Deepan and team!!!

I contacted Mitcham Dental after not having a great experience with another dentist to fix the gap between my front two front teeth. The appointment was made in a suitable timeframe (around my working hours). From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by very friendly, professional staff, very relaxed atmosphere. Great experience, high standard of expertise, fantastic quality & value. I couldnt be happier with my new smile & feel confident I've found a dentist that I can trust. Highly recommend!

Since childhood I have been phobic about dentists which resulted in not having my teeth attended to for a very long time. However, after losing an old filling I had to face my very worst fear, bite the bullet and attend the dentist....horror of all horrors!!!! I did a Google search and found the WOMO website on which Mitcham Dental Clinic had many great reviews so I decided that this would be the clinic for me. Dentist Sarah did a fantastic job with both my confidence and my teeth. I've now had a number of old fillings removed and replaced and not once did I feel any pain or discomfort. My teeth look and feel fantastic and my fear of the dentist has gone forever...big smiles! :o)

Best dentist I have been to in Australia. Saw Ron and Sophie, both were professional but also personable. Very little pain felt during examination and cleaning. Will be going back again in the future and recommending to friends.

I was treated very well, had everything explained and planned out so I was more than aware of the costs etc for the four fillings I needed. As I am a nervous patient I was given the option of the Penthrox inhaler which made the experience a breeze and completely pain free - highly recommended. Great treatment from Dr Arasu and I will be recommending him to friends and family for treatments.

Dr Ron Fulop and the team at Mitcham dental are great. We live on the other side of the city and make a regular pilgrimage to Mitcham for our dental care. Ron is gentle, friendly, patient and accomplished. Even my young children look forward to our long drives out to see Dr Ron.

She is very re-assuring that procedures will be OK, and best outcome for me is her priority. Will be with her forever. Don't know what I would do if she retires.

Ron and his team at Mitcham Dental provide a prompt, family friendly service in a clean and relaxed environment. Ron is fast and efficient, but also manages to listen to your concerns and give good advice. Sophie, the dental hygenist is the best ever. She talks you through everything she is doing to make you feel at ease, and was so gentle, I never experienced even the slightest of discomfort and that is saying a lot given I have receding gums and hence have very sensitive teeth! I will be telling all my family and friends to come here.

I have been seeing Dr Effie Panagiotopoulos for the past 4 years. She is lovely, really genuine. The hygienist Sophie is lovely, really gentle and very informative. They are great with my children too. Only down side is the wait at times to get an appointment.

When I returned from Sydney last year I was in need of a new dentist. My daughter recommended Dr Fulop at Mitcham Dental Clinic and I had my first check up with him last October. I also like the practice as they have a hygienist and I had developed some gum problems whilst in Sydney and needed to add the hygienist to my annual checkup. Dr Fulop is fantastic, very gentle and does over service and happy to involve you in your treatment plan. Sophie, the hygienist is also fantastic, much better than the one I was using in Sydney, she is gets you involved in your treatment plan. Overall an excellent practice and great value for moneyl

I have spent many terrible painful hours in dentist chairs over the last 45 years. I was recommended to Ron Fulop at Mitcham Dental Clinic by a friend. From the moment I walked into the reception I knew this was no ordinary Dentist. Modern, bright and the receptionist met me with a welcoming smile and made me feel at ease and I felt this was a dental Clinic that cared. Doctor Fulop came to receive me in the reception and took me through to the surgery. WOW - what technology this guy has - unbelievable - this dentist has the most up to date latest tools available to him - couldn't believe the equipment he has - thought I was transported 50 years into the future compared to what all the other dentists had to offer (and it did not cost any more) and all to make the experience MUCH more comfortable than ever! My tooth ache was dealt with professionally with a minimum of discomfort and when finished Dr Fulop went further. He didn't shove me out the door as quick as he could, he checked everything else and cleaned my teeth and gums and asked relevant questions that would enable him to look after my personal Dental hygiene in the future. I'm going back â€“ I would travel Â½ way across Melbourne to have this guy look after my teeth. Very very satisfied.

I had a long time fear of going to the dentist until I went here. They made me feel really comfortable, explained the procedures before hand and answered all my questions. I felt no discomfort and was able to watch a good show on TV while the work was done. I was really happy with the results and it was also good value foe money.

my old dentist went on extended maternity leave and I tried this new dentist on a recommendation of a friend and was very impressed. I have had a few bad experiences but found the dentist I saw at this group to be very patient and gentle. Asked if I was okay or needed a break and was happy to wait for me to have break before proceeding.

Dr Ron Fulop is excellent in relating with teens and young children. He is able to put them at ease at making them look forward to their next dental appointment! My hard to please son will not see any other dentist now. He has a device that allows my children to see their teeth on the TV screen. He is also uses an actual toothbrush and teeth-model to demonstrate proper dental hygiene procedure. He is also quite helpful in explaining various treatment options.
