My elderly grandmother of 97 years had a water tank issue. She called this disgrace of a company for assistance not knowing any better. Long story short they charged her over 4k for a water tank replacement worth much less. They are con artists looking for a target.

These Guys were excellent , timely and efficient and polite too, they took a good while to fix blocked sewer pipe from tree root debris and checked thoroughly to make sure all was cleared, Thankyou Dillon and Barry , great job !!! worth every dollar spent!

I will never use this company again. I needed a cracked toilet replaced. Yes, it was a right handed skewed toilet, which meant the toilet alone was just over $500. But when I got a quote for $1797, I was a little taken aback. I questioned the price from the outset. The plumber stated, the quote was based on 4hr minimum job plus parts. He said he entered the job on his ipad and thats what came up. When i asked if there was a breakdown of the quote he said, " oh, well im not sure exactly what the seals etc will come in, but there's my labour aswell included". When he had finished the job in 3 hrs (including going off and sourcing all the materials) i questioned whether I could be refunded the hr he didnt work, yet seemingly charged me for. I rang the company, again voicing my concern at the high price ( because by now, I had a few plumbers tell me the job shouldve been around $1000 absolutely maximum) The receptionist stated that the original quote can only evere be an estimate....well, when i spoke to the manager, Matt, He informed me that his plumbers didnt work on hourly rate or estimates, and because i signed off on the quote, i was agreeing to the price. My problem is, yes i signed, but i was signing in good faith, believing i wasnt being robbed blind. I had on several occasions asked for a breakdown of the invoice, even before signing, but i was always steered away with misleading comments. Matts explanation was ridiculous. He stated the 3hr job, was really an 8hr job when you consider the plumbers travelling time and removal of materials. In the end my partner spoke with the manager and Matt got quite hostile.... this is written on their front page "We will walk you through the cost of the work to enable total transparency and gain agreement on a quote from you before any work commences." An absolute crock. I am currently living at my parents in Kirribilli, and yes the view is outstanding, but as a result of covid, like many, i have lost alot of work. Its obvious this worker looked at the address and thought dollar signs. He even wrote up another quote (that i didnt ask for or discuss at all) to replace my taps...came in over $300. ?? really?? Where they did make a mistake, was I had told him, i wasnt interested in going for an expensive replacement as my parents will be redoing the whole bathroom some time in the next year...this could have been their job down the track, but not now. ...I feel i have been completely RHEEMED...well done Chiswicks! i will certainly be using my 98,000+ readers on social media to inform friends, family and followers, what a shoddy experience i have had with you.

I called for shower outlet block I called and booked an appointment for the next day morning The plumber came on time and spend 5-10 minutes for inspection He did the work for 15 minutes and charged me more than $320 even though I had a service agreement with them He didn’t use any special equipment or material and unable to give guarantee for his work I was disappointed and paid the amount

Overpriced and ridiculous costs. (June 2020). To supply and install 2 basic cross tap assembly tap sets that required a visit of 30 minutes a cost of $400 and no receipt issued. Value of items supplied $75 ... so $325 for less than 30 minutes work.

Nicholas C from Chiswick plumbing attended to our blocked toilet last week. He was very helpful, explained what he needed to do clearly, was courteous and quiet around our place with us having a new baby . Even gave helpful tips. Was prompt , clean and friendly. Would recommend nicholas c again for anyone needing plumbing work done.

This was the second time I've used Chiswick Plumbing for a blockage and both Adam & Steven were great. I was greatly disappointed when I asked Steven for a washer change in my bathroom and was shocked by the quote as he was already on sight. I would recommend for plumbing work.

Nicholas arrived when I was told he would. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently. He overcame problems without fuss. He was properly prepared to come in and out of the house without leaving a mark. He was polite and courteous. He left the place in a clean and tidy.

$4000 for 3 hour job outrageous! For Sunday fallout I fully expect a surcharge, but not 4K! Followed up rate card with parent company for an explanation and Customer service is very poor on the phone and a bad representation of their company. There is no clarity in their quotations, and they will not tell you that there are other fees. Would not recommend.

We called Chiswick Plumbing to fix our hot water system which was not working. The technician came timely onsite however did not have the skills to fix the fault. On top of that, the expectation was to pay the service charges to show up which were about $178. This is ridiculous. Ended up paying $95 just for the technician to show up and tell us he is not qualified to fix it :(

I can not reccomend Chiswick plumbing highly enough, 2 months ago we used them when we needed a new hot water system indstalled. They came in a timly manner, were extremley professional, clean and tidy and had competive prices which they quoted before they began the job. So when our toilet needed replacing yesterday it was a no brainer and we rang Chiswick straight away, once again we were blown away by there service, knowledge, prices and professionalisim. Would never use another plumber again.

I have been a prior satisfied customer of Chiswick Plumbing. I recently had a sudden leak in my HWH. Within an hour, Laurie sent Francesco out and he did an amazing job taking my old HWH out and replacing it. All done within a few hours. I am grateful it was fixed so quickly and efficiently.

I can't rate Chiswick too highly. I've had a warranty agreement with them or over five years now and every time we've had a plumbing problem its been fixed promptly and efficiently. You can rest assured with Chiswick, they don't rip you of and give you good options or resolving the problem.

Toilet got blocked and there's visitors coming over in less than 3hours.I called chiswick plumbing and they sent someone over within 50mins. best part is he fixed the issue in 20mins(kids tried to flush their underwear) and checked and inspected the gas and other common pipelines. sweeeeeeeeeeet.

the guy straight away tried to talk me into having a new tap installed when there was nothing wrong with the existing tap, in the end I had a leaking part replaced quite cheaply by another plumber after paying the $68 call out fee and sending him away. He was going to charge $465 for the new tap, and when I rang local supplier the cost was $139. I heard they have to charge $300/hour labour and pump up the prices of "parts" to cover up.They did come quickly but I preferred to wait for proper honest service.

After previously using Chiswick Plumbing, I was confident that I would be happy with their service - and I was. The plumber politely phoned me, letting me know when he was on his way. He was efficient in fixing the toilet and left the bathroom in a tidy state. Could not have been more happy with the service!

We had two showers leaking and when Chiswick came over, they found out that it was a disintegrating washer behind the cold water taps. They quickly replaced them, and once done, they also did a free check of all the water fixtures in the house. They even advised me that the dishwasher hose my husband used was not bendable and recommended another brand. They even too their shoes off before walking on the cream carpet. Great service!

I had a major plumbing job at my flat recently and they had to rip holes in my wall in 3 different rooms. I was however very impressed with the job they did. They were fast and professional, cleaned up the mess, helped me out with temporary hot water while the problem was being fixed and even hired someone to clean up the mess and holes in the walls once they were finished. They made a major disaster for me so much easier to deal with
