Nathan provided an excellent service. He was prompt, very pleasant and meticulous in cleaning our hallway and bedrooms which had become very grubby and spot cleaning just didn't work. The carpets are now totally stain free and beautiful. He did a great job.

I've been using Stainbusters in Canberra for over ten years. They've always done a brilliant job but Nathan outdid himself today. Our 3 year old twins and 10 month old had really giving the carpets a hiding but Nathan worked hard to make them like new. After dealing with another dodgy cleaning service and being charged for cleaning that never occurred, I contacted Stain Busters who not only cleaned our carpet to perfection but only charged me after my landlord was happy with the job ! Great staff to deal with and kind to boot !!

I love these guys. They have helped me out at short notice for a pet 'incident' on more than one occasion, even on a Sunday night once. Today it was only a matter of hours before they showed up. Carpets are never all wet like other carpet cleaners either and much cheaper than dry cleaners.

My neighbour and I had our carpets cleaned yesterday in our walk up style units. We both had numerous stains that had been annoying us for a while, and 3 years ago when we had the carpets cleaned (by a different company), it didnt remove the stains. I had my carpets cleaned this morning by Clinton. He was very polite and arrived a few minutes early (which was great ). Very happy with the finished results. He placed protectors around corners and on furniture corners so the hose would not damage, so we can not fault his attention to detail. Very good value for an excellent job. Have been s Stain Busters customer for a long time after trying many other companies. Had Clinton clean my very badly stained (with puppy piddle and other child and dog stains) and he did a brilliant job. I could tell as he was cleaning that it was requiring more than the usual effort and he was determined to do the very best he could. I seriously didn't think the lounge was salvageable but it looks fantastic. Thanks Clinton for the great job you did!

I had the carpeted areas cleaned in our home. (5 bedrooms & lounge room) Clinton's communication with us prior to the job was terrific, even phoning to let us know he had been delayed at a previous job and would be about 10 minutes late. He went through the house with me prior to commencing to clean to see any areas of concern I had. With our adult children living at home and Grandson there everyday, there were a couple of areas I was worried about. eg. the leg wax on the floor on the floor in our daughter's bedroom & a red wine stain in the centre of the lounge room.) Upon completion of the job, Clinton again went through the house with me and showed me how he had been able to remove the stains I was worried about, as well as stains previous companies had been unable to remove. What really topped it off was the awesome scent of the carpets upon completion of the job. Clinton was terrific and we will definitely be using him again.

Stains removed in two areas of carpet (spilled tea and food stains) and from one fabric chair (herb butter). Ryan was very helpful courteous and thorough and not only removed the stains from our wool carpet but provided quality advice for ongoing stain removal, especially the fabric dinner chairs. He also advised on how best to dry carpets as it was a very cold day in Canberra. Nothing was too much trouble. I am very happy with the quick response and quality service of Stain Busters.

After a mix up with a sick staff member not being able to attend to the job, the problem was quickly addressed by John who offered a generous complimentary clean the next day by Ryan. Ryan was early, friendly, professional and did a fantastic job. He also told me about a product stain busters sell that will be very handy (the little general spot cleaner). He demonstrated how to apply and use it. I would certainly recommend Ryan to friends and family looking to clean their carpets.

Ok you expect a carpet cleaning business to clean your carpets. You might, if you are lucky, get them to get a stain out here and there. But what about a company that does both, does it well first time and it some cases gets stains out that other people have given up on? What about a company that cares about the whole experience, so much so that they give free advice that actually works! Well I had my carpet cleaned recently and they got stains out that had been bugging me for years. But then, two days later, my cat bled all over their good work. I called to get it redone but they talked me through a simple process using water and a towel and the problem was fixed. Just awesome from beginning to end.

we have a large house and had a very dirty carpet which we had thought we may need to replace it was looking so bad. We contacted Stainbusters who were very efficient and quoted promptly. We booked and the night before it was due to be cleaned I had to cancel, I felt very bad as I rang them at 5pm which was pretty short notice. They were incredibly polite and not at all difficult about it and I am sure I inconvenienced them. So on the grounds of service even before they came I was pretty impressed. They arrived promptly on time, and worked solidly - the carpet is like new and looks amazing. Service, quality of the job and value for money all excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I used Stain Busters twice in the last month in two different properties. In one the carpet was particularly bad. They took plenty of time to do the job properly, even going back to the workshop and returing with some extra equipment to work on some particularly stubborn stains. The price was more than reasonable and the carpet came up really well. I will use them all the time now.

I have been dealing with Stain Busters for at least the past five years. I have cream-coloured carpet (stupid choice but looks nice!) which is usually pretty grotty before Stain Busters arrive. With teenagers, a baby and two beagles, after three years without professional cleaning, I didn't think anything could revive our cream carpet - but I was wrong! I had 5 rooms and 2 rugs cleaned. The carpets came up far better than I expected (2 children under the age of 5 and 2 large dogs had taken it's toll) and the whole lot was only $195 including vanilla deodoriser throughout. Nick was a pleasure to deal with and willingly gave me great advice on how to help prevent further damage as well as what the best type of carpet would be to get if/when we replace it in the future. We tried one of the living social deals for carpet cleaning recently as it was much cheaper. The results were terrible, I think the guy just vacuumed! So I went straight back to Stainbusters (who I've used or a few years now) a week later my carpets are clean. So clean that my 5 year old son asked me how we'd got a new house!!!!

End of lease cleaning of carpets. Nathan came to my home and performed end of lease cleaning for me. He was punctual and did his job professionally and he was friendly. I could not comment on his job as I was not allowed to come into the house after the cleaning as required by the property manager. However, there has been no complain of any issue with the carpet cleaning by the property manager. I booked the job online and it is good to get a response quickly as some other online bookings failed to even respond to my query. One more thing, the cost was provided upfront which is good as I can effectively make my decision without hesitation. Thank you.

We had 2 rugs which hadn't been cleaned in years in which one was badly stained, a chair with a water stain, a stained mattress and a deep, dirty & smelly stain on our carpet. Before Nick the Stain Buster Service man arrived he called to not only let us know that he was on his way but also to inform us that he could come earlier if needed. We had some dirty marks on our loungeroom floor which we stupidly tried to home remedy clean - we ended up making the marks ten times worse! Nathan was great to deal with, very personable and knows what he is doing. He did a good job in making the marks look much better and was only too happy to come back out for a second application when the stain started showing through again.

Berber family room carpet and lounge room feature wool rug cleaned. Carpet was soiled from the garden and cats - come up shining as did the lounge rug. Service was on time. I had a small child have a very BIG accident in our master bedroom and then walk/crawl it up our hallway... It was poo lots n lots of poo!!! And Nick was great he explained everything to me from the procedure to the cost... The stains were removed 99% there is still the slightest bit of yellow but you can only see it if you are looking for it...

I had my carpets cleaned, they were stained with drink spills, they were a bit grubby. The young man was extremly professional, he did a great job of getting out the stains. The carpet was left clean and was dry enough to walk on about 5 hours later. I was very happy with the service given and would have no problem recommending them to others.

they are a good service. our carpet was dry cleaned once before (by another business)with unsatisfactory results. but stain busters did a good job of getting rid of hard built in stains. our carpet is a little old but now its come up pretty well. would definitely recommend them.

Nick from Stain Busters Canberra did a great job on my carpets in a rental property. He was in and out within an hour for a 2 bedroom townhouse with Carpet in 3 rooms plus a hallway. On top of that Nick managed to remove around 90% of a terrible stain in the carpet from stained Merbau timber that had leaked into the carpet and sat in there for around 9 months. Nick had never removed anything like that before but it come up a treat and is barely noticeable. Would definitely recommend.

My partner and I have been in our place for 3 yrs and this is the first time we had our carpets done. I had the entry, family living and 1 bedroom cleaned. There were plenty of stains in the enrty and Nick did a great job in removing ALL stains. Nick was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice in future care of my carpets. From start to finish was about an hour and half and the carpets were dry within 4hrs. I will definitely get my carpets cleaned through Stain Busters again.

I had a 2 Bedroom unit carpet cleaned. (more like replaced,it looks brand new now.) We have 3 boys 9,2 and 5 months, so you could only imagine what state the carpets were in. It started with the professional and polite manner I was dealt with over the phone. I was given a date and a time. Nathan the stain busting man was right on time, he presented himself well and was polite, he was quick but his attention to detail on every spot was plain and simply amazing. After he was finished the carpet really looked "brand new" again. Now I have been waiting for over two weeks for the stains to return as the carpet totally dried. Unlike the other "carpet cleaning " companies the stains have not in any way returned (we have new ones....kids) the stains have truly been "busted" Your only wasting money going anywhere eles.

Fantastic! I had looked up carpet cleaners on this website and there were some great reviews so I thought that I would give them a go and they didn't disappoint. Nathan had a friendly manner and did the work with a minimum of fuss. We had badly stained carpets and they now look almost brand new and definitely 100 per cent better than before the cleaning. Would highly recommend this service and get Nathan again.

Nathan steam cleaned the floor tiles throughout the house and did the shower stall tiles in the ensuite. As usual, he did a phenomenal job, the grout is absolutely sparkling. In the shower he was able to remove those last stubborn mold spots that no amount of cleaning will shift. He moved all the furniture. He undertook his job in a pleasant, cheerful, highly professional manner, cleaned up after himself and was very helpful in the areas I can't attend to due to my disability. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to have their tiles done.

On the first occasion, a product called, Wet and Wait', was applied to a soiled canvas awning; the result was excellent. Some two years later, the awning was not only dirty, it had areas of mould. The result was, overall, very good indeed, but the mould did not come off satisfactorily. The fault may have been mine but, Stain Busters insisted on a second application, free of charge. The management is excellent and, as far as service goes, ask for Nathan - he's marvellous.

Purchased a Groupon Deal for 3 x rooms steam cleaned plus cleaning solution - all for $69 (which comprised lounge/dining & one bedroom. Extra bedroom & large mat in Family Room were extra but very reasonable. Our operator, Nathan, arrived on time, was extremely polite, friendly & courteous and did a marvellous job. He asked what we wanted done, told us the extra $$ upfront, advised what he would be doing and what he needed and had the job done within an hour & a half.
