We would highly reccommend DHT as their service is excellent. We were introduced to DHT cleaning services when they cleaned our house after extensive insurance work was done. They did such a great job we have continued with them. Bec our regular cleaner is amazing and we have also had others from DHT who all set a high standard, and are quick and efficient. Bec will help us with domestic chores as requested and is unobtrusive working in areas of the house that are not occupied first. She is punctual, reliable , positive and trustworthy. We would highly reccommend DHT as their service is excellent.

We have been with Don’t Have Time now for 6 months and are really pleased with our housekeeper Bec who is reliable, professional, lovely, and “no dramas”. DHT is run very carefully and thoroughly, and Lauren, who stood in for Bec once, was also excellent. From beginning to end, in setting up the schedule, allocating staff, billing, and checking on service, DHT gets a big tick of approval from us. Couldn’t ask for more.

DHT have provided our cleaning services for a couple of years. We are very grateful to Lauren for the wonderful work she does for us, looking after the house and cheerfully helping us in various ways beyond the usual routines. She comes to us for 2 hours/week and always keeps the place spotless and tidy. She has a knack of working around my brother and I so if I leave a room to get a coffee, she'll whip in to clean and vacuum before I return! She has our complete trust and respect. And, since she is such a regular visitor, she has become a friend. We have used DHT for gardening services for a few months since our former gardener moved out of the area. Guy and his offsiders come every 2 weeks in summer, every 4 weeks in winter. Guy manages his little team (2 offsiders) gently and professionally, and they do an excellent job together. Mostly it's just the usual maintenance - lawns, edges, a little weeding, blowing the paths. But Guy will also take initiative and do extra jobs to keep the place tidy and in good shape. A few weeks back, for instance, the team got behind some shrubs to take out armfuls of weeds that had been invisible, but were likely to spread their seeds and lead to future weed problems. We're very happy with the service DHT provides in our garden. DHT sends reminders of upcoming visits, and immediate post-visit reports on work done. Very easy to do business with! Thank you, DHT!

We have been using Don't have time for probably 6 years or more. We first got them in because we were so overwhelmed with the amount of stuff we had accumulated, we didn't have any order in our house - with 3 young kids, it was stressing us out. They came and took charge, putting our minds at ease and helping us make some tough decisions. We then found out they offered cleaning too and we've been using them ever since. They helped with garden maintenance when we were looking to sell too. We moved houses a few years ago and we continued using them - our fortnightly visits from Lauren are a godsend, she doesn't just clean, but tidies as she goes so when we come home it feels like a brand new home. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for housekeeping, cleaning, or any sort of house maintenance activity. They are angels!

The best housekeeping company on the Central coast! I have been with Don't have time for a few months after having tried a couple of other companies, and these guys are awesome! Jess always does such an amazing job, she goes out of her way to make your house super clean and very welcoming. She often manages to do a little bit extra and often arranges things in a cute or very thoughtful way that always brings a smile to our faces when we are back home from work. I know that I can trust Don't have time with doing an excellent job every single time. They are also very flexible and happy to change the cleaning routine if you need something different done. Would highly recommend to anyone, they always listen and accommodate you the best they can, leaving the house sparkling clean!

If you’re looking for a friendly, reliable and impeccable cleaning service don’t have time are the best choice. We’ve recently been lucky enough to have them look after our home, Letka is amazing & it’s just wonderful to come home after she is done. Communication is also excellent from Jenny & Jess, so prompt to reply they are just lovely. It’s the thoughtful touches and how much our little dog loves her that really seals the deal for us. Fantastic business

We have been using DHT for a couple of years now across two different houses. Everyone we have had had been flexible to our needs each clean and always go above and beyond to do added tasks such as unpack the dishwasher or hang out the washing or wash the tea towels. We also have a scared indoor cat who they work around and go out of their way to say hello too as well as clean up after him! It’s my favourite day of the week coming home after work after DHT have been! The management team are also extremely accomodating when changes need to be made such as home isolation and rescheduling. Would recommend end to anyone in my area looking for a cleaner! Either regular or for special occasions like moving/spring cleaning.

On top of that, I love that Don't Have Time have reminders for each clean and it's so easy to change things if need be. Absolutely love this business and can't recommend them enough!

Jenny was amazing at coming to our aid in urgently lining up two wonderful cleaners Ben and Kristine, who together cleaned off what felt like 25 years of grime from our kitchen and ceiling fans. Both were so lovely to deal with. I'd highly recommend them anytime.

We've been with DHT for over 2yrs now. Jess & Jenny have been amazing in responding to requests for additional assistance or changes to our needs. Christina, our cleaning goddess, has become part of the family. No matter what is going on here, from ongoing renovations, major health issues, the number or ages of visitors staying (including family fur babies), she has been there for us keeping our home healthily clean & tidy, picking up scripts or basic groceries when I've not been able to, dodging physios and other support folk; providing words and acts of kindness in the most timely way. I don't know how we'd have managed without her.

I have been a customer since the beginning of the year and I’m so glad I found this wonderful company. I was returning to work full time after being on maternity leave and knew I’d need a bit of help to keep the house under control! This is where Don’t Have Time come in... I know when I get home after a service my home is guaranteed to be sparking clean. Nothing is too much trouble and they are super flexible with any tasks you request. My kitchen sink is so sparkly thanks to the wonderful Laura!! I never knew it could be that clean! I will admit that at first I had some reservations about spending the money on the service but I can tell you it’s money well spent - it has been such a relief knowing that the big cleaning tasks are taken care of and when the weekend rolls around I can spend my time with my husband and son rather than needing to scrub a shower screen! Just recently we arranged for an extra service for our windows to be given some love. They had lots of dirt, fingerprints and even a bit of mould in some places. Ew! Lucas came to our house and he did such a great job! When we got home that afternoon the windows were so clean and sparkly, it was like the glass wasn’t there! I can’t speak highly enough of the Don’t Have Time angels - engaging their services is one of the best things I’ve done in 2020 so far!

Wet started using Don't Have Time's cleaning services earlier this year, and the commencement process with Jenny & Jess was very positive and then Lucas visited for our first clean. He did a wonderful job and returned until we were settled into a routine. We seem to have been very lucky in finding such a thoroughly professional, conscientious and courteous team! Laura has now taken over regular cleaning and she is wonderful - we are so grateful to have her taking care of our home!

Always go above and beyond the basics to make cleaning day my favourite day of the week! Katy from Dont Have Time does extra little things to make our life easier like taking out the recycling and cleaning the lint filer on the dryer and folding dry washing on the clothes line for us. I have no problems at all with the service and love it!! Would highly recommend!

I've experienced a range of service from the managers/admin & staff - one in particular. I can only applaud Jen & Jess for their empathy & professionalism in dealing with some challengiing circumstances on the management side (outside my control) - they've gone above & beyond. As to my specific angel - Christina, well, she has been looking after our home for over 2 yrs now, with the odd assistance from Leska & others when she's been on deserved breaks. Christina has become, not only the angel who keeps our home clean & welcoming, but a part of the family - although I know that's not usually an expected component of the excellent service DHT offer. Christina though, has been here throough a range of challenges we all face last year (previously posted) & some more, less serious ones this year. Throughout, she has offered not only her professional services, but an empathetic ear, the unexpected coffee in front of me, to a range of unrequested help or the thought to arrange cleaning in time for other medical services to be unaffected by her work. Our family have come to know and trust her, even my oldest grandson wanting to share his art or other current favourite toy for her admiration. She never fails to go above what helps us keep going, no matter what has happened to rearrange our lives in any week. Regardless of what is happening in her own life, she is there for us every time - a professional in every way, but also, a hell of a lot more to us, & I'm sure, to her other clients. I couldn't go higher in my recommendations of the company, but as to Christina - I'd probably have to say she's the worst - but only because I truly dread her leaving us! :)

Ashleigh again did an outstanding job for us this week, she continues to work to a very high standard. I don't feel the need to leave Ashleigh lists of things to do around the house as she just knows. She sees what needs to be done and just gets on with it. No job - it seems, is too big or too small. We couldn't be happier. I've now started to highly recommend Don't Have Time, and in particular Ashleigh, to friends and family. Using Don't Have Time was the best decision we made.

I’m a little disappointed that’s why I’m leaving this review. After a rocky start to trying to get a declutter booked when it was booked everyone I hired 2 people and the lovely Jenny came on time and were absolutely amazing lovely lady’s. Got straight into the job and didn’t stop. Great work ethics, attention to detail and truly genuine sweet people. Got half the house done and looked and felt amazing. The next week another amazing lady came to do my 3rd bedroom again excellent job. But that’s where it stops. Knowing I still had a 4th bedroom and a kitchen to be done I never heard from them again. I paid $900 dollars in total first payment in advance and second visit on the day, you would think someone would have contacted me to get the job finished not to mention I wanted a fortnight cleaning after the house was done. So I had to hire another company to finish the job. So 4 stars for amazing work and beautiful bunch of gals, but terrible at returning your call. But I do appreciate what you did do feels like a weight has lifted.

DHT needed to change the time for our service as our housekeeper wanted to make her son's Easter Hat Parade: I said, that’s ok, she worth working around, she is probably the best cleaner I’ve had, don’t get me wrong the others have been good, but Laura just gets it, she’s sees and cleans all the things that you see when living in the house, always doing the extra and she’s getting to know the house now and has a routine of what she does.

Jess & Jen have been wonderful from the first time I contacted them. They've been supportive & understanding and excellent communicators. On the rare occasion Christina has been unavailable, they have organised someone who works in well with us. Christina, who regularly looks after us, is our amazing angel. This has been a difficult year for my wider family. Early in the year my father had to undergo multiple, extensive surgeries and almost lost a leg; followed mid-year by a heart issue. During the same period, my partner was recovering from a stroke and 2 subsequent heart surgeries, our 2nd grandchild was born; and my mum, a long term Parkinson's sufferer, passed away. While we've become used to & grateful for Christina's care & special little touches, her wider efforts this year to help me cope with everything by keeping our home clean and cared for; her efforts this year have been outstanding. She has been there quietly supportive, empathetic in everything she's done. Knowing that when we've been called away urgently, I have nothing to worry about, that Christina will just do what she does - it eases the stress. To come home to well presented beds, to have my grandson's bed caringly made with his favourite sleep toys ready by his pillow (with his favourite pillow & doona cover). And if that wasn't enough, she organised all she does around 6mths of tradesmen creating havoc in various parts of the house following an extensive termite infestation. Christina goes the extra distance in her thoughtfulness - right down to a coffee being placed in front of me on a couple of days I was feeling overwhelmed by all that was going on. I can't fault Don't Have Time - I'd recommend them to anyone. As to Christina - I'm willing to share - but only so you too can share in her awesomeness!

When Olivia cleaned our house for the first time this week we were even more impressed. She is friendly, hardworking and we are looking forward to her becomming a regular member of our household.

Don't Have Time cleaning service have been very impressive cleaning our office areas for Zen Industrial. Christina our regular cleaner goes above and beyond our expectations. Nothing seems to much for her. I would highly recommend her services. In fact I would personally use Christina or the cleaning services for my home cleaning if they operated in the Sydney area. The Don’t Have Time team are professional and reliable. Christina, Cindy and Chelsea have not only taken work off my plate, they have done a much better job than I could have! Not only is my kitchen and bathroom sparkling, these ladies take initiative to go above and beyond. I came home yesterday to find that Chelsea had organised my special tea cups so they looked nice on display. She also took the initiative to fold clean washing that had been left in a basket in the dining room. Christina and Cindy worked together to make sure my house was sparkling, even the kitchen cupboard doors and splashback - something I never have time to do! The central coordination with Jen and Jess means communication is excellent. Thanks DHT!

When you have 3 kids that love to collect things, have lots if activities, and you’re running a business as well, there really isn’t much time to devote to cleaning our own house! Glad I bumped into Jenny one day and decided to finally get a professional cleaner to help us out. She quickly organised an initial clean via Jess and the rest is history! We have Olivia coming to us now on Fridays fortnightly and she is just awesome! Our house probably needs 5 hrs to clean, but she does an amazing job in just 3 hrs. I can honestly say that it’s a real weekend coming home to a clean and fresh house, especially the bathrooms! I’m pleased to finally get some of my sanity back with one less thing to stress about on weekends. Thank you, DHT ladies!

Cathy does the most amazing job of my home. Thursdays are my favourite day to come home from work because the place is sparkling. Cathy takes special care to make sure my house is organised again. Cathy uses special products that are baby friendly to clean things like my high chair! It's the small things like cleaning behind the bathroom door that I notice sets 'Don't have time' apart from other business's. Thank you for looking after my home as if it is yours Cathy.

Nothing is too much trouble for Letka and her friendly nature is infectious. Even the dog loves her! Thanks to the awesome Christina who has been regularly looking after our home for some time now. She's always happy and friendly, always happy to do something extra where it's needed - and more often than not, because she noticed it needed doing. She's been incredibly understanding of my current physical challenges following surgery, and works in with and around the other helpers I have occasionally attend at the same time she is here. My home is always left clean and fresh and she is a professional who clearly knows how to achieve what is needed in the short time allocated. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a lovely clean home without any fuss involved.

I have had two awesome cleaners. Firstly Jess, who unfortunately has left due to illness and I wish her well for the future. Jess gave over and above every time, worked quickly, did more than expected, had initiative and found time to do things she noticed needing attention and was always so pleasant and obliging. She was meticulous and I will miss her very much. Bella on the one occasion she has come, was very pleasant, obliging, attentive to my needs and she is aware she has big shoes to fill, and I am confident she will do that admirably.

Brilliant!! Dan has been cleaning our commercial premises for a while now and every time i am pleased that he has not missed a thing. He even thinks of extras to do that we don’t have to ask for!! Tracey and Cathy have been cleaning our house each week for the past 18 months and every week our house is left immaculate when they finish. Both ladies have an amazing attention to detail, whether it's going the extra mile and washing and folding clothes or dusting and cleaning the blinds, a very high standard is always achieved. DHT is a great company who are easy to deal with, I can't praise them enough!

I arrived home and was so amazed I did have tears because they had taken all the pressure away from me in dealing with a 2 storey home that was covered in dust top to bottom. Because it was short notice, the owner of the business herself showed up and did everything she would expect her staff to do. 3. What a service! I called Friday mid-morning with a desperate plea (in laws coming the next day!), I needed help with the house cleaning THAT DAY! Jenny & Jess went above and beyond to get me some help within hours. Our cleaner Jess was absolutely fantastic, so thorough, absolutely lovely and really put me at ease (it was my first time and I was feeling very guilty!). We have been using DHT for a few months now,first for unpacking and now for regular cleaning. All the girls (and Mick) have been fantastic during this whole time. Very thorough, effective, pro-active and great character. Tracey. Letka and Tanya are all recent visitors to our house and always do a fantastic job. The finishing touches and then the extra focus on areas on rotation are a cut above other cleaning services we have used. Monty, Winny and Comet (the fur kids) love their company as well.

The ladies from Don't Have Time arrived at my house yesterday to do a thorough clean after I'd been sick for a week, and the house hadn't been cleaned for a fortnight. I've got to say I'm over the moon with the results - I honestly don't think this house has ever been as clean - the kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling, the floors are all mopped, the carpet vacuumed (even under the beds!) and even my window sills received a thorough clean! Definitely the best standards I've ever seen, and I won't hesitate to ask them back again. Soon!

Wow...Jess is our cleaner and she is amazing!! A truly horrible experience. Regardless of the fact that the cleaning was sub-standard - eg cushions never removed from lounge, cobwebs behind furniture and on windows, dust on furniture and bathroom fans, etc - it was their refusal to replace a broken perfume bottle (RRP $186) that most demonstrated their unprofessionalism. They instead credited my account for $114 and said I should purchase a replacement bottle from some obscure online source for $114. No discussion, no alternative, take it or leave it. And then they charged interest on an overdue account despite not resolving this issue. Suffice to say I purchased a new bottle from David Jones for $186 (and remain out of pocket $84.90 (incl. $12.90 interest)). Their website and paperwork look very impressive, but don't judge a book by its cover - and don't waste your time with Don't Have Time.

Heavily pregnant+ dirty house = big problem! Lucky I knew what to do.... Call Jenny and ask for help! I have had the girls come and clean on a regular basis before so I had a casual clean done by Gillian. She was fantastic! My house was filthy and needed a massive scrub. It was nice to come home to a beautiful, clean home having had someone do the 'nesting' for me!!!! My husband arranged for Gillian to return when I was in hospital having our baby so when I came home, I could relax and focus on our three children. Happily recommended them to my mum and (very picky) sister who tried them out and now get regular fortnightly cleans with Estelle. They have both used other companies before and weren't satisfied. Both are extremely happy! Don't have time are so honest they even reduced the hours for my sister as they could finish the job in shorter time. What company does that???

Monique comes every Friday to clean my house and I am constantly amazed at how much she can get done in just 2 hours! She has reliably turned up every single week and has often agreed to work extra hours to iron my clothes (which I hate doing!). I actually can't remember the last time I turned on the iron and I couldn't be happier! Monique has gone above and beyond what would normally be expected from a house cleaner. She has even befriended my dogs and they get so excited to see her when she arrives. I try to keep them out of her way while she is working (when I'm home), but they insist on being near to her and being petted and cuddled while she works. It makes me feel so happy that I can have my house cleaned and be able to also have my dogs inside out of the cold weather while Monique works. Hiring Monique through DHT has truly changed my life. Hi Ladies, I want to give you a quick message to give my thanks to Letka and Mary. I got home last week and Mary had even delved into my linen cupboard of doom and refolded and packed my entire cupboard. I'd been putting it off for 6 months or moreJ I opened the cupboard and nearly cried. It was really like the fairies had been. Today Letka braved the swamp that is my backyard to take all the soaking towels and bedlinen off the line, spun and dried them all. There's not a single load of washing undone. It's all done, dried and folded beautifully. Other things like finding my dishwasher emptied and everything even put where I keep it, windows and lots of little detail items looked for and taken care of that I am happily surprised by. I smile like a kid with chocolate when I find these little things thought of. It really means so much you and the ladies really work so hard to ensure there is really nothing left to worry about, no little niggly things that I need to â€˜get around to'. They think of them and just get it done being pointed out or asked for. That's all, quality like that shouldn't go unappreciated, unrecognised or unpraised, so thank you so much! All my expectations have been met, the ladies even hung the washing out for me this week and accepted a parcel from the courier. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to have someone anticipate needs even when it's not on a job sheet and take the initiative to be helpful! I'd definitely love to have Tracey & Dayle visit again! Last minute booking and Jenny was able to organise a team without an issue or fuss! We had a team of 4 girls who were all very pleasant and knew what they were doing working away behind the scenes whilst we were there. House was left clean and fresh just as requested.

Having a three storey (mainly floorboards) house with two children I knew would be a little daunting for any cleaning service however Amanda and Monique were fantastic! Very professional and courteous and accommodating. I was very impressed given our last cleaner experience. There wasn't anything that stood out that they could improve on, they just got stuck into it after I briefly ran though the three levels with them. I came home to a very clean house with a lot of little personal touches like folding the toilet paper and rolling up mats. I was impressed that they were uniformed and worked from a personalised checklist - very professional. Booking in for a regular clean!

Don't Have Time clean my house fortnightly and do a great job. If you request something to be done in a certain way, you can be assured it will be done. I love the extra things they do that you don't find elsewhere such as take out the garbage and recycling and empty the dishwasher. Give Jenny a call and try them out, you won't be disappointed.

Today i had 2 bathrooms and kitchen cleaned, while also having all the floors vacuumed and mopped. Each room was left tidy and clear of dust. The wooden floors look great! Dont have time is absoloutely fabulous. They had Natasha come out the very next day as asked and she was brilliant, managing to clean my whole list of items for an end of lease clean and ensuring they were done within the time frame i had requested. I would recommend dont have time and particularly Natasha to everyone, the cleaning completed was spotless and better than expected and at a fantastic price. Being a single parent to a chronically ill child, working full time, studying via correspondence, and an unexpected pregnancy, cleaning was the last thing on my mind. Cue Don't Have Time and their awesome team. A weekly clean meant that I was able to spend precious time with my daughter and relax whilst waiting the arrival of my son. Monique did a fabulous job turning my nightmare of a house into a haven prior to coming home from hospital after giving birth, which meant I was able to enjoy newborn snuggles and not worry! Paula arrived on time. She was friendly and polite and worked hard for the entire time she was at my house. She cleaned the oven, windows and tracks around the windows and doors. Cleaning. Not only did I end up with a clean house, they also folded my washing, hung washing out for me, cleaned my washing line and straightened all the beds. It's a great service. I so look forward to each fortnight when the house gets cleaned.

Just fantastic service. Corinne is a gem - I'm packed in my car and off to ballet and swim lessons with my 2 and 3 year old and come home to a sparkling house and things done that I didn't even need to ask to do. Great initiative - super fast - super conscientious and a very happy client!!

I can't believe the amount of work the girls got through in the 3 hours they were given. Most people would think 3 hours is a great deal of time but when you consider that there are 2 businesses being operated from a 5 bedroom house, 1 16 year old teenager and a crazy cat they did a monumental job - this is a service is a keeper!!!

I have used this service three times now and I'm very impressed. Jenny is fantastic to deal with and Amanda and Corinne have both done an awesome job. The kids loved how they've tidied their rooms. Which is a big thing for a 15yr old girl to say about someone coming in and touching her stuff. Also amazing how much they can fit into 2 hours.

Spring clean... windows cleaned, bathroom, vacuumed, kitchen cupboards, fridge etc. I've never seen my windows so clean! Lucas must have worked really hard. They helped out our family in a super busy time.

General house cleaning and window cleaning (big job for any person). Spring cleaning of dust and mildew, as post winter dampness had set in (a job I definitely do not like doing).Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and toilets .DEFINITELY would use them again, and highly recommend them to friends. Have a work ethic that would outshine any other similar businesses.

She took care of my home (putting away shopping, cleaning, tidying) and my dogs (Samson and Bella) in the same way she would take care of her own home - with love and attention to the little details.

Jenny babysat our two young children. She was incredibly energetic and enthusiastic and listened carefully to all our instructions. The children absolutely loved her and Jenny seemed to genuinely love our children too! We were really happy with the service and the price.
