I was in need of a towbar for the missus’s X5, spoke to Sandy on the front desk at Everton Hills who worked to fit us into their schedule and recommended their mobile service as it meant the towbar could be fitted the next day
James turned up in the van, tidy, professional, polite and accommodating, he did a thorough job and left the towbar looking like it belonged there, the Bavarians couldn’t have done it better themselves l reckon

Have been meaning to do this for a couple of weeks. It really takes something exceptional for me to leave a review, good or bad!! Had a tow bar fitted to our Audi by Speedy Towbars at Everton Park. Great job! Had my car rear ended before Xmas. No visible damage. Came time to hook up the van and became clear that the tow bar had been moved/damaged to the point where it was too close. Called Speedy Towbars and straight away they said to bring it over. Cut a long story short, not only did they fit me in but spent ages sourcing the correct replacement tow bar. Next day booked in for the new one. Supposed to be $950. Two hours later I go to pick it up. Not only had they managed to fix the existing tow bar but charged me NOTHING!! Not a cent! I can absolutely say I have never experienced such professional, honest and amazing customer service. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

We had to take a changed appointment and juggle things a bit to get a time that worked for us all and my comments now are;
• Getting to a suitable date was no problem
• The Installer came right on time
• Installation work was very neat and he took good care of our vehicle as he did his work
• The Towbar looks excellent
• The Trailer Connection Socket was very sensibly mounted
• He took all rubbish/debris away
• I am extremely happy with the job and would recommend you to anyone
who asks me

I purchased a tow bar tongue off you last year, I went back to enquire the tow rating on it which was 3500kgs , I also commented that I required extra room for my rock tamers as the existing one was not enough gap for them, you swapped it over with no hesitation , I was not expecting that but to pay for another and you would not take any money, the service was fantastic and your advice and experience was greatly appreciated, thank you very much.

Took short notice booking before Christmas. Quickly diagnosed brake controller wiring problem for Hydrastar tailer brake system. Rewired old system correctly plus additional wiring for very fair price with 1.5hr turnaround. Works perfectly.

Great customer service from initial phone call through to emailing the paid invoice. I had a 1400kg rated tow bar fitted to my Qashqai & Shane did a really neat job. I would definitely recommend Speedy Tow Bars. Terrific service.

Just had a towbar, Brake Controller and Anderson Plug fitted to my Jeep SRT. I was reluctant at first having to cut the rear bumper but the finish was beyond expectations. Great product, Excellent workmanship and very honest. Matt the installer was fantastic. I would not hesitate in recommending Speedy Towbars.

Took my 2 year old Kluger for a towbar at their Everton Hills workshop today. Was a bit concerned as everything to date has been undertaken and supplied by my Toyota dealer. Speedy did a fantastic job and provided great customer service. Looks better than expected and a big saving in dealer price. Highly recommend.

My 22 year old son took his ute to this company and not only where they honest and reliable with great service and advice but they went beyond to help him out that little bit extra without charge. We found Speedy online and spoke to Jordan at the Everton Hills office. He was very pleasant and helpful with advice. As a result we attended the Slacks Creek branch of Speedy. At Slacks Creek Brad and his team were courteous, friendly, professional, efficient and extremely helpful in resolving the problem we had with our caravan brakes. We highly recommend them.

Speedy were just great. I asked about a basic towbar for my Kia Pregio and was pleasantly surprised when Speedy offered either a standard or a heavy duty towbar. Others would only provide a much more expensive heavy duty bar which was not required. I dealt with Jade via email and she was most helpful. Service was provided professionally and efficiently. A great purchasing experience.

They responded to my emails promptly and when I call to book the job in the lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Last thursday i had a towbar fitted to my VX Commodore after finding it very difficult to have this completed in my local area i picked up the phone and spoke to a guy at the Everton Park shop i felt very confident that it would be no problem having this done . I had such issue's from other towbar business's claiming that they were the specialist but after being stuffed around beacuse my VX is fitted with a body kit i finally new i have found the SPECIALIST . Thankyou to the team at Speedy exhausts & towbar. I will always pass on their contact details for people that need their services .

These guys came to our home and install our towbar. They came when they said and were quick, they also provided Credit Card charge on the spot. The towbar was crooked but this was the manufacture of the towbar not the installer and they fixed it straight away without hassle. They also don't treat women like they don't know anything about car related products.
