From the first contact to the last, the team were really great to work with. Within 24 hours of contacting your company my garage door was opening again. Chris, the service man, actually arrived earlier than booked, but contacted me first to confirm that it was convenient to do so. He was very pleasant, efficient and professional in his approach, replaced the motor, tracks, inside switch and remotes, and explained the manual working of the door, if I should ever need it. He removed the old motor and tracks, and left everything clean and tidy. At a meeting this week, everyone was complaining about their dramas and poor service they were receiving, when I said how impressed I was with my dealings with your company, several ladies who were having similar problems asked me for your contact details. I need to change my garage door remote opener as the old one has finally broken down after more then 20 years and Nick from AGG Doors did a fantastic job. He not just changed the opener in a professional and timely manner but also provide me with a lot of pointers on how to service and maintain the garage door myself. My driveway remote controlled gate would open but not close on an ad hoc basis. Dealing with AGG Doors was and open and shut case of simple good service, quick efficient quoting and a new installation that was done exactly when promised. I was most impressed by the whole experience. The initial phone call was great, I was booked in promptly and quoted quickly over the phone. I later received reminder emails the day before the service was rendered. Luke was the serviceman who came to my house. He phoned to tell me that he was 10 minutes away on the day and arrived promptly. He was a polite young man who attended to my garage door promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. All communications phone/email were prompt and informative. The technician did a good job of installing two new optical reflectors. It rained very heavily later in the day after installation, but the reflectors functioned perfectly. So it would seem that the problem has been resolved. Only one day has passed, but I am perfectly satisfied with all aspects of the job so far. High level of overall satisfaction.

I was very satisfied with every aspect of my experience with AGG Doors. I called on a Thursday afternoon to say that a spring had broken. I spoke to Nica and she was extremely helpful. She provided me with clear directions as to the photos and measurements that were required and she organised a technician to attend my property the following day. The technician arrived at the designated time and was thorough in his work and friendly. Both the technician and Nica provided excellent service. The door has worked perfectly since the repairs.

We had a door motor replaced through old age. The phone contact, follow up for available appointment times (,which were within 1 or 2 days), and serviceman calling 30 mins before arrival all worked perfectly. No fuss installation of the motor assembly etc., all went extremely smoothly, and we had a working door again in quick time. Really good service.

Initial phone call to book a service was answered promptly and politely, suitable appointment made. Service person was a bit late but did phone to advise his time of arrival. Service person was polite and carried out the service, the motor is worn out and needs replacing so the problem of intermittent stopping & starting still exists but I was advised this would be the case. I will seek a quote for replacement of door & motor as soon as I am able.

Nica had the service records for the motor at hand, quickly determined that I needed a new motor, and gave me a good price for a garage door motor as well. 1 call, a couple of photos and I was sorted. With my first call to AGG Doors, I was greeted by a friendly & professional staff member, who ensured they had all the details of the problem, including photos. Even though there were no technicians available that late in the day they ensured that I had an appointment early next day even though it was a Saturday. All up it was a great service from initial phone call right up to the technician arriving. Nick was great at explaining the issue and getting my garage door working again manually. Nick pointed out a crack in the roller bracket and highlighted it was too dangerous to use the Motor and also the door was on its last legs and needs replacing. I kind of expected him to say that as it is a very old rusty roller door . Nick gave me a high level estimate range of what it might cost for a new door and I have asked for an official quote to have it replaced. Look forward to receiving the quote and hopefully getting a new door . I would recommend you guys (especially Nick) to anyone Great experience, friendly and informative staff

Initial contact was prompt and professional, with a booking scheduled for the next business morning (8 -10a.m Monday. The technician arrived as scheduled after he had placed a friendly courtesy call to advise he was about 15 minutes away. He was able to very quickly identify the issue with our roller door, and set about just as quickly correcting the problem. We were also provided with some simple tips and advice re: maintenance. After a couple of technical issues with eftpos beyond his control, a call was placed to the office to arrange payment (as quoted) over the phone. A receipt was provided by email shortly after the technician left for his next job. Had an emergency break down on roller door at holiday house, at a time I could not attend, but my young son was there, so I called your office and they provided a quote , arranged time to attend ( arrived as advised ) and fixed the issue providing maintenance advise as well. After the installation of my b & d roller door, I had a shelf removed close to the door to enable the door to lift up a further 20cms. I was advised by the installer, Luke that they would return to do the adjustment. I called the office to ask for an appointment and within a few days, Matt, your very competent tradesman who had done the quotation, arrived to adjust the door. My initial phone call was very helpful, and the person on your end of the phone was also reassuring and informative, and particularly patient as I had no idea of what to do. The person on the phone guided me through how to find the number of the Merlin Unit and other details they needed. On the day of the Service call the Technician (Frank) gave me a courtesy call half an hour before he arrived which was extremely helpful as I had to drop children at School. When Frank arrived he was very courteous, in helping me understand the problem with my garage door, and explained fully what was the problem, and costs involved in replacing/fixing the motor (the circuit board in the motor had malfunctioned). I needed a new motor. Frank set up another suitable time and day with me to come back an install the new motor. Frank again gave me a courtesy call before he arrived. He was very efficient in his work, knowledgable, and friendly at the same time. Once Frank had installed the new motor, he patiently went through all the instructions on what to do if I encountered any other problems, and explained to me the use of the 'hand held' remotes, the remote on the wall, and the hand release mechanism for manually operating the automatic roller door if necessary. Frank also Serviced the Tracks on the automatic roller door whilst here, and when questioned he filled me in on when the door, tracks, and motor should be serviced. Frank also offered to take away with him all the old excess materials from the job, which was a Service I really appreciated I can totally recommend Frank.... and may ask to have him come back for when my service is due.......

We had a tilt double garage door that had been operating erratically for several years and decided to have it fixed. I tried several places but without luck. Then I found the web site of AGG Doors and Nick came out quickly. He dismantled it on the spot, showed me the problems and what we needed to do. When I booked it in for repairs, Nick and assistant Travis came out on time and renewed the whole tilt mechanism and put in a new motor and pulley. They did a magnificent job and were super friendly and helpful. Fixed in no time and it works perfectly. Couldn't ask for better service. Awesome. Initial contact by phone provided helpful advice and gained my trust. That resulted in booking for prompt attendance to assess whether motor was fixable or required replacement. Serviceman arrived on time with a call 30 mins beforehand to confirm. Replacement was required and was done promptly. Some discussion about the model actually being fitted, compared with what Merlin had advised, but explanation was satisfactory and installation completed. Good demonstration of operational features on completion.

AGG texted me with a service offer that I took up. The office called quickly after I took up the text offer to arrange a maintenance visit and ended up coming next day! Everything went smoothly, technician called about 15mins before arriving as arranged, was efficient, thorough and very knowledgeable. Gave me some good tips to keep certain moving parts clean etc and went that little bit extra in a couple of areas which I really appreciated. Nice friendly bloke too (Sebastian). Overall great service and a fair price for what was a comprehensive service and clean of my AGG gear, which has been going well now for near on 20 years. That's my kind of product and service!

I found it very easy to schedule a repair visit with AGG Doors. One phone call, and they were out in just a couple of days to perform maintenance on our garage door. The repairman was on time, thorough, and very professional. He made some adjustments, cleaned and lubricated the door and now it works like a charm with minimal noise. I called to have a horrible screeching noise fixed and he did that and more.

I found it hard to get on to a person to take my call initially - although from memory it was after-hours. When I eventually made contact - the fellow could not have been more helpful. He explained it all to me - told me exactly what to expect. He told me to expect the Technician to call half an hour before he arrived, (which he did.) The Technician (Jason) came and we decided the motor needed replacing. He gave me a quote immediately and told me what to expect. He finished in the time he said, he cleaned up any mess, and was very approachable. I have had you people many times. The doors are over 20 years old. I am more than satisfied with your attention. Arthur took time to understand my issue, and did his best to fit me in with an appointment which suited us both. Chris, the technician came and took time to analyse the problem, explain it to me, and adjust the system to improve it's performance. When he left, it was working well. My first contact by phone was with Josh who was super efficient, friendly and highly knowledgeable. Chris the Technician came to inspect our security gate and tried to fix it. The next day it was still malfunctioning and so we opted for a new gate after liaising again with Josh. Installation took over 3 hours and Chris was unbelievable with his skills and expertise. My garage door ceased working at 4.50 p.m. on a Friday. I phoned AGG and the nice man I spoke to said he would get someone out on Saturday if possible, He followed our phone call up with a text message and another phone call that I missed. When I returned the call to the number, I got Josh, who said he would make sure it all happened. Sebastian arrived ahead of time, and in dreadful heat, worked hard to get the door going again but the spring was broken so he couldn't fix it. He took all the measurements and photos he needed and he says that on Monday someone will phone me to make arrangements to install a new door. It was great service all around.

Step 1: On Xmas eve 2018, we accidentally pressed the button on our remote and lowered the garage door onto the car roof as it was being driven into the garage. Step 2: In Dec 2018 / Jan 2019 we tried to contact V&S Roller Doors P/L (Greenvale 3059) who our paperwork indicated was the supplier/installer in Jan 2004 of our then new electric door opener. (Ours is a tilt-door, not a roller, and the door itself was new with the garage in very approx. 1972). Due to holidays we had to leave a message on our first phone call -- no problem. Step 2: When our call was returned we learned that V&S were no longer involved and AGG Doors had taken over this work. Step 3: This is getting too long and I haven't got time to give the whole history of the case. I'm sure you've got it all on record anyway, so I'll just jump to the important bit! - - - - - - - - - - Steps 4 to 99: .... The main thing to put on record is that we are MOST impressed with Jason who visited us and did the repair job. The first day he inspected the door etc. and decided what parts were needed, the next day he couldn't get back to us due to our phone being busy, next day returned and finished the job. Obviously he knew his work 100%, and gave us advice to help us now & in the future. Door seems to be opening & closing OK and we have no doubt it will continue OK. Jason is a very nice guy with an excellent customer manner. A great experience dealing with him and thus your company!

A shuttle was replaced in late October, early November but it seemed to be faulty recently when it wasn’t working properly. I called early this week to report it and a technician was sent who checked the shuttle and agreed it was faulty and replaced it with another new one under warranty. Overall the service via the telephone call and then the technician was excellent.

I almost never write reviews but your charitable donation inclines me to make an exception. I also believe that reviews that are in someway rewarded should be treated with caution. However I truly am very happy with the service I have received from AGG all 3 times I have engaged them, The latest was no exception. The technician was, friendly, more than competent and extremely helpful, not only fixing the problem but checking other aspects and even lubricating the roller door. There was no additional charge, unlike many businesses. In fact I feel that I was given a service in excess of that contracted for. On the basis of this visit and the 2 previous visits (years apart) I can truly say that I trust them, would contact them in future and feel comfortable recommending them to others.

Very helpful with advice regarding our damaged roll-a-door with honest feedback about whether we could repair or replace the door. Sebastian arrived on time and immediately saw the reason for my roller door jumping out of alignment. This fact amazed me since the problem has been ongoing over a substantial number of years, the previous installer unable to see a reason for the problem. Sebastian worked quickly and efficiently, re- seating both uprights engaging on either side of the drum. When asked how he spotted the problem within seconds of arriving, he explained that his main qualification is that of diesel mechanic, so my problem was simple! I am truly grateful for his visit. We used AGG Doors to replace the springs on our garage door. Their service was excellent & prompt. Our technician's name was Eddie. He was polite, prompt & did a great job. After he finished installing the new springs, he checked that everything was working properly, lubricated the working parts & rails, made some minor adjustments and cleaned up. I have no hesitation in recommending AGG Doors and I'll definitely use them again if & when required.

We didn’t have to wait long to get a technician out which is fantastic. Sebastian was our technician and calling us half hour before coming was great. When he arrived he was very friendly, informative, efficient and I felt he was honest in telling me what was wrong and recommended the best course of action. He also helped shore up our sinking garage ceiling plaster and touch up the paint on our garage door which was above and beyond what I expected so u was very very pleased with his extra effort. I had a 15 year-old Merlin opener which was playing up, so a quick web search took me to AGG Doors. The good quality parts photos let me identify the correct circuit-board for my unit. Ordering was easy, and the part arrived by normal post in 3 days. 10 minutes of hard work to swap the board out, and the door's operating like brand-new. Great service, good quality, and fair price!

My initial phone call was handled by Arthur who was very professional. He advised me that he would call me back with timing for the technician's visit and also arranged for Sebastian the technician, to call me when he was approximately 30 minutes from arriving at my house. Sebastian was also very professional and completed the work in quick time. The function of the garage door is now much improved. I am very satisfied with the service provided by AGG and have no reservation in recommending them as a quality company.

Called AGG re major problem with my very old Firmadoor. AGG were very helpful and promised to send a technician the following day around 1000 or 1100. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem rapidly, installed a new motor and ensured, after some adjustment, that the door operated correctly. Hence, we were completely satisfied with the service provided and would have no problem in recommending or using AGG again in the future if needed.

Amazingly positive experience! The garage door at my parent’s house had a spring failure which left them unable to open the door manually. I called AGG only because their reviews on google were fantastic. As we couldn’t get the car out of the garage I was looking to get the door repaired ASAP. Rom at AGG asked me some basic information and to send a couple of photos of the door for assessment. He said the springs had to be custom made as we had an oversized door (6m wide). I called at approximately 1pm and he placed the order to have the springs made by the end of the day where installation took place the following morning at 7:30am. Tommy from AGG arrived promptly that morning and left straight work. He was so professional, thorough and polite and he was able to provide answers to all the questions l asked. I can see why AGG has been high praise. They have obviously built a solid business providing great products and outstanding service. Lastly, their quote was very reasonable considering how quickly they were able to get the job done. Definitely recommend this company...thank you AGG. One of the best customer service experiences I've received to date. Thank you Rom and Tommy.

I have found the whole experience very professionally handled. I was given a cost for the call out and an appointment date on the spot. That was followed up on subsequent days with a confirmation e-mail and a reminder in the days leading up to the appointment. The technician arrived in a timely manner, was competent and had done his homework. The matter was resolved on the spot with a replacement unit. Before being asked to respond to this survey I had come inside thinking I was impressed with the quality of the service. It is too early to voice any opinion on the operation of the door following the repair as it has only been hours.

I had given AGG Doors a 5-star rating after they replaced a snapped torsion spring in my garage door. Very happy with Karen who booked the service and Thomas who fixed it in about 45 minutes. Thomas, who is strong like Hercules, knew exactly what to do and was very proficient and friendly. I will recommend AGG to all my friends. I wish them prosperity. I phoned AGG doors midday Friday because I was unable to use our garage door after the large spring broke. My car was trapped inside the garage as I was unable to even open it manually. AGG Doors technician came Saturday afternoon and fixed it. It's even a whole lot quieter than before. The technician was friendly and courteous and I believe did a good job, offering advise how often the door should have maintenance.

The door was purchased in 2001. This is the first service since purchase. I was pleased to see that the same business phone number was still in use and found the person I spoke to to be very friendly and helpful. A service call was arranged and I received two email messages to confirm the date and time before the chosen date. On the day of the service I received a phone call from the technician, saying he was on his way. After the service was completed I was given an explanation of what had been done to the door and it was working smoothly. It was also explained that an area of the door might require some further attention in the near future. The technician was helpful and friendly.

The service was excellent. I was offered next-day service, but couldn't manage that, so took the day after. Bill was polite and smiling, and went to work as soon as he had assessed the situation. He made the best repairs he could on a 26-year-old door and suggested that I get a new one, just quiet marketing, no hard sell. I've always been delighted with AGG service, including the young lady who once told me how to get the gate going again and saved me a service call. On another occasion she advised me to wait one day so that I didn't get a financial penalty for an emergency call. I'm so pleased my husband chose an AGG door when he put our doors in all those years ago.

We called AGG Doors on Friday morning to attend to an urgent garage door that was rammed by a vehicle and not working for a commercial/residential garage. I was looking for new key fobs for a roller door as they had been lost by the Tennant. Our local door installer had closed down, then i got a call back from AGG doors, who were able to supply replacement key fobs along with instructions on programming. An over the phone purchase arrived 2 working days later, and the instruction sheet was so easy to follow, after 5 minutes the two new key fobs were set up and the door working again. Initial phone call followed by emails were fine. I was told that the cost was $180 for the service visit plus parts but it wasn't mention that it was COD. That was fine- it just would have being good to know that as I assumed I would be invoiced. Daniel called before arrival, was on time, polite and efficient - and quickly resolved the issues with my roller door. i was very happy with the service call.

AGG Doors arranged a technician promptly. The technician rang me when he was 30 minutes away. When he arrived he explained the options for fixing Merlin, and gave me time to ring my insurance company to see if any of the cost could be recovered under insurance. He was pleasant and made the change-over efficiently. It is lovely to have my Merlin working again!

From the time I spoke to the Agg Doors office to the arrival of the technician, was one working day. After phoning ahead to explain a half hour delay in the appointment time, he arrived and immediately commenced to replace the automatic gate opener, finalising in programming the hand controllers. The old unit was taken away as was the packaging for the new unit, leaving the driveway clean and tidy and, most importantly, the quote price was the final price. At all times the technician was courteous and polite.

I called AGG Doors as our garage door cable had broke late in the afternoon and as we have a house alarm connected to the garage we wouldn't be able to arm it until the door was down and fixed. Not expecting to be able to get someone out that day the sales person had the initiative to immediately contact the technician to see if he was in our area and could fit us in, and called me back as promised within 3 minutes to say he could and would be their within 30 minutes. Tech arrived early, very friendly and professional and fixed the issue at a reasonable price. Will be certain to use and recommend AGG Doors services in the future. Could not fault the experiance.

I was having a problem with my Control a door 4. A bush had worn out allowing the chain gear to bind on the chain guide. I ordered a part which I thought was the correct one to repair the CAD4 but after more research I realised I needed a sprocket assembly. This didn't create a problem for the staff at AGG. They cheerfully refunded my payment for the first order and packed my second order. The parcel arrived very quickly and I am very happy with the service. The local technician repaired the CAD4 and the door was back in operation 4 days after i ordered the part.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful making a quick appointment. She took down all the details of the problem. I received two reminder emails about the appointment. The technician arrived in the time frame mentioned and was quick to diagnose the problem and rectify it and serviced the tilt door as well. Experienced very good customer service from the moment I called AGG Doors. Spoke to Josh regarding my remote garage door problem and he was very informative. The following day a technician called between 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., as informed on the telephone (actually quite close to 11 a.m.) and received a confirmation email and a call around 20 minutes prior to site visit, so no mucking around with false promises that are not met. Its early days yet to speak about the garage door and new motor as the technician has only just left my premises but so far, so good. If the garage door operates as well as the customer service, I will not be disappointed!

This is the third time we have used AGG Doors. On all occasions we have found their technicians to be very professional and easy to communicate with. This time we had a problem with one of our roller doors on the shed. After investigating the problem, Tom (the technician who called) agreed that a new roller door motor would be the best solution. I had had great difficulty in trying to reset the Boss motor that was originally on the door. I followed the instructions to the letter but could not re-set it. Tom had difficulty with trying to manually adjust the Total Span roller door we have. In the end, as said above, a new roller door motor was fitted. The door is working fabulously now - Tom restrengthened the door frame by inserting more screws to stabilise the frame. It would appear that the stress put upon the frame by the old motor may have contributed to this issue. All is fixed now, so thanks to Tom for the work he did today and also thanks to AGG Doors for their prompt attention in sending Tom out to us. I will continue to use AGG Doors into the future and will ensure that I have them maintain the doors on a regular basis.

Repair completed quickly and door is now working. Technician also applied WD40 to the door and motor. Had used AGG doors before when we replaced our door opener a few years ago. Had a good experience then so went with AGG to replace our derelict tilt door with a B&D Panelift sectional door. (9 Oct 2016 Keilor area) 100kms winds unhinged our double garage door, it was very stressful as the strong winds continued for some days later (double garage door flapping as if weightless). I tried to contacted B&D twice, (as they originally installed the door) got their answering service, 5 days later still no one called back. Decided to call AGG Doors, actually spoke to someone who works there and received an immediate date and time for service. Serviceman arrived when he was meant to and even called before hand, he balanced and repaired the door (thought the door was a goner tbh), he put in extra bolts to make the door more secure, he also replaced the motor at a competitive price. More than happy to highly recommend them to anyone.

Finally decided to upgrade my manual garage rollerdoor to an automated one and my friend recommended these guys when he did his a couple of years ago. After the installation of the motor, the bloke also showed me what the buttons on the remote do and how to overide the motor to set it to manual should I need to. Chris rang 30mins before arriving and was within the timeframe for the appointment. He serviced the gate and fixed the problem. Would recommend to anyone who needs their gates serviced. We contacted AGG Doors in Hallam when the springs catastrophically failed on our garage door locking both our cars in the garage on a friday. They made arrangements to turn up in the early afternoon of the Monday and quoted a price for the replacement of the springs and other potential costs. Jarrod turned up within the agreed time frame and when he couldn't get a response at the door phoned two numbers to contact me. He then efficiently fixed the problem and advised me as to maintenance of the doors and issues that I might have wight he motor into the future. The service was efficient and effective and informative - and the price was as quoted, without any additional costs. I have no hesitation in recommending AGG Doors and Jarrod.

My old roller door of 24 years finally gave up - I rang AGG and a very helpful guy stepped me through all the beeps and possibilities from the wall panel to try and find a fix, before we both realised the motor had expired. A few days latter Jarrod arrived and within an hour had installed a new motor, adjusted the door and made everything run beautifully, all with courtesy and good humour. A couple of years ago AGG fixed a broken bracket, and my experience then was equally as positive. It's a delight to find a company who you feel you can trust to do the job efficiently, promptly and at a very reasonable price (haven't bothered getting other quotes, so can't say for sure, but prices seem fine). The roller door for our two car garage stopped responding to the remote control. Phoned ADD Doors on Tuesday after Australia Day. A service call was arranged for the afternoon of the following day. A chap called Jarrod turned up at the appointed time and installed a replacement door opener motor on the spot after lubricating the door springs and adjusting the door guides. Jarrod was very helpful and very much on top of the job. The exercise took about one hour. The motor came with a 5 year warranty. Total cost was $650 which I thought reasonable. Overall - very easy to recommend this firm.

I rang to have my automatic roller door fixed as it was not opening properly. A tradesman named Jarrod attended my address at the time specified, and was very cheerful and helpful. As the gears were not working properly he suggested a new motor, I was not pressured into buying it and in the end it was my choice to have the old one replaced. He gave me an approximate length of time it would take to install the new one and he was spot on with that. He then checked all the other hinges and bolts to make sure of the working condition and then replaced some faulty screws and bolts. He then had to lengthen the track which wasn't long enough for the new motor, and this was done at no extra cost. Anyone thinking about using this company I cannot recommend them highly enough....And would definitely use them again and also pass on their information to others.

Garage roller door finally came of the drum and broke the motor. I knew it would happen eventually. AGG has replaced another door motor, so I called them up, they came out within AC couple of days, fixed the door and replaced the motor with a new one that works. All worked well and not too expensive. Would recommend, as the garage door is definitely not a DIU job!

Installation of automatic garage door closers and servicing of doors. The servicemen, Jarrod &Chris were very friendly, obliging and very professional. It would be impossible to rate them too highly!! Would recommend the company to anyone wanting a top job at reasonable cost.

Called AGG as my garage door was too low for my car. The service was amazing!! They made sure they could fix it before coming our so as not to make me pay call out fee for nothing. When Chris came he double checked everything before starting. He worked quickly and efficiantly, fixing my problem in under aen hour. No mess no fuss, good honest company!! highly recommend!!!! 5 star service!!!

The spring on the garage door needed to be replaced so that the door would work. Service was provided promptly and we were phoned in advance to alert us that the technician was close by. Friendly staff all round. Girls on the phone very helpful. Would highly recommend AGG.

Had broken spring on Tilt-type garage door replaced. Very impressed with the service - came on time, knew what he was doing in replacing both springs and balancing door, etc. Can't compare pricing - everything with doors seems expensive - but happy with the $350 bill as it's given the door a new lease of life.

My Garage roller door needed some urgent attention. AGG Doors replied to my appeal for help very promptly and arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour time frame they gave me. Not only did they fix my door but did some improvements so I would have the same problem occur again. The trades person attending was pleasant and friendly.

I ordered some special lamps for my roller door in the afternoon and they were delivered at 8am the next morning - to Altona Meadows. Super cheap, friendly and efficient. Would recommend highly!

Worst ever service i have ever experience. Book time slot for 2-4pm and the guys turn up at 5.30 as i was heading out with no apologies!!!! Look at my garage door and basically told me because the ground has elevated nothing can be done to fix it. I had to pay $140 for a call out fee which was not even told to me when i book the appointment. I had four loose bolts and so since i had to pay the $140 i told them to screw it for me. Today i call the company to make a complain but was once again put off by the whole attidude of how this customer provides their service!!! $140 for 15 mins of lesson.... i had to learn the hard way but hope it helps people out there to avoid them in future!!!

I needed advice on how to reinstate an aerial connection to a Merlin Power Lift door control unit. An online chat box came up on the AGG Doors website and immediately on seeing my need, Arthur offered assistance. Within an hour I had emailed Arthur photos, received instructions and completed my repair. I am greatly impressed with this prompt and helpful service

I had wanted for a while to purchase an automatic garage opener but could not justify spending so much money on one. One day i noticed AGG Doors was having an early christmas sale and i managed to buy one over the internet for a great price! Received it within a week complete with remotes and instruction manual. No more getting out of my car to open the garage in the pouring rain. Cheers guys

From the time I rang AGG to let them know my roller door had rolled up past its stopping point on one side and had begun to unravel, the service was excellent. I described the problem and asked if there was any chance that the door would need to be replaced, and I was assured that it would only need to be repaired and most probably retensioned, including the costs of everything. I was told the service guys would be here between 1 & 3pm; at 2:00pm, the AGG van arrived with 2 friendly and courteous gents who worked efficiently and took the time to explain everything to me. These guys know their stuff when it comes to roller doors and were very reasonably priced. After having my fair share of unreliable tradesmen and service guys as part of renovations over the past several months, AGG came as a very nice change to what I'd grown to expect. Highly recommended.

Our main garage door started playing up, so I called AGG Doors, after I found them here. The gentleman who took the call was very friendly and helpful. The technician showed up right on time, was friendly, courteous, helpful, but most of all, he was honest. They could have told me that we needed a new motor, however, he gave the motor and door a service, replaced the necessary parts and gave me some advice on how to get the motor to last longer. The motor will eventually fail, but I would have no hesitation in using them to replace it or in recommending them to anyone.

I had a problem with the electric motor on my automatic gate. I contacted AGG Doors who arranged for the attendance of the repair crew to attend to fix the gate on site. they did the work and repaired the electric motor.
