I moved from Sydney to Yass in December. My two cats stayed a few days in a cattery. Britts picked them up and drove them to me. Two lovely ladies were so kind and caring, the cats arrived relaxed and calm.

I used Britt’s Pet and Animal taxi this week. She transported a puppy from Dubbo to my home 5 hours away. The benefit of her service is that she only transports one animal at a time, so your puppy comes directly to you, door to door, without any other pick ups or drop offs which would prolong an already long car trip. My puppy arrived safely and I can recommend her reliable service.

Amazing service given by Britt who offers a facility that transported my lowchen from Brisbane to Newcastle. Britt arranged everything including the crate that Tumbles came down in. The icing on the cake was the lift Britt gave me with Tumbles to bring us both home to Lisarow. Britt transported our new puppy from a breeder to our home while we were in lockdown and unable to travel to collect the pup ourselves. Britt was very helpful, friendly, provided excellent communication and updates, fitting us in with very little notice. I would highly recommend Britt for animal transport.

I contacted Britt several years ago to collect us in Sydney to take us to the Airport for our flight home to Brisbane. Britt was more than punctual & her van is very safe with our Afghan Hound very secure & the van is extremely clean. Britt is very professional, friendly & has an excellent affinity & ability with dogs. I recently contacted Britt with the view of collecting myself & our Afghan Hound at Sydney Airport, drive to accomodation near Show Grounds, return trip & found her rates very reasonable. Britt also remembered us from those years ago. I phoned Britt yesterday as I am unable to fulfill the latest trip due to a back injury, Britt was very understanding & empathetic. Britt collected our new puppy an hour out of Newcastle, only to be told at the airport that there had been a mix-up and he couldn't fly until the next day. Rather than drive puppy all the way back, Britt rang me and explained the situation, kept the puppy overnight, and took him back to the plane next day. She rang me when he was checked in and rang again to make sure he had arrived ok. The puppy was in great condition and clearly well looked after. Her service went above and beyond what had been expected of her. Highly recommend her service. She deserves all her awards.

Our German Shepherd had a slipped disc and was unable to walk. We needed urgent transport to the Vet that allowed room for her condition. Recommended by the Vet, I contacted Britt for help. Britt was very caring and accommodating. She helped ease our concerns with genuine care for our dog who was in extreme pain and needed an easy access vehicle, with room for me alongside. Can't recommend Britt's animal taxi highly enough.

Britt got up at the "crack of dawn" this morning to take our dog to Sash. She was just wonderful with our big boy and nothing seems to be a trouble to her. She is cheerful, a great driver and a joy to be with. She certainly seems to have a special love for our animals and I can't recommend her too highly.

I had Britt taxi my 3 dogs from the Sutherland Shire to Central Coast when we moved house recently as they wouldn't fit in the car with us. Her service was amazing, showed up right on time & even looked after my puppies for a couple of hours after driving them up the coast while we finished up with the removal and headed up to meet her. Highly recommend her for anyone needing pet transport and will use her again if the need arises in the future.

I used Britt to transport my cat from my vet where he was boarding back to my place, after I had foot surgery and was unable to drive. I was super happy with the service - Britt was friendly, reliable, and punctual. She delivered my cat back to me safe and sound and it was reassuring to know she has a wealth of knowledge and experience with animals should the need arise where it might be required. I engaged Britt to handle the transport of my cats from quarantine in Sydney to Adelaide. Britt organised everything, including transfer from quarantine to the airport and arranging for their flights to Adelaide - all I had to do was greet the cats when they arrived at Adelaide. It was great knowing that they were in good hands and that I didn't need to stress over anything. Thoroughly recommended.

Today I flew myself and my cat from Sydney to Adelaide. I had booked crate hire with Jetpets and was completely stuffed around by them when they didn't hold up their end of the deal. Britt was nearby and really helped me to keep my calm and assisted me with my pet who was also stressed with her first time being in a crate and flying. As I'm moving house shortly I contacted Britt through a referral. I needed to transport, ahead of my own move, 2 half feral cats that I'd befriended and desexed a couple of years ago to a friend near the destination I'm moving to. So these weren't your average pet cats as I'm the only human they trust. Britt arrived on time as arranged and they were transported without incident. It's good to deal with reliable, punctual and obliging people like Britt. I'd have no hesitation in using her services again and would happily recommend her to all.

We used this service some months ago to bring grandma's beloved pet dog down to Sydney to be looked after by us whilst she was undergoing medical treatment. It was fairly priced, as we found other services to have a ridiculous price tag but not britts, they were fairly priced. The service was hassle free, took the stress out of the situation for me, and it was punctual and reliable. I would def recommend it to others.

My experience with Britt was outstanding we had our dog travel from the UK and Sydney was the best quarantine station for us although we still needed another flight to get us to our new home. Britt organised pick up of our dog crate hire and all I had to do was sit back with a coffee at the airport and meet her there, easy as that! I would strongly recommended her services as the price I received from Britt was just a 10th of the cost the airline wanted for the same service Britt was kind and is obviously mad about pets which is a comforting feeling when your beloved pet is in need. Our cat had been in quarantine for 4 weeks in Sydney and we needed to have her transported back up to Queensland. When I contacted Britts Pet taxis about the possibility of using their business and approximate costs I received an email within the hour with all the details and different ways we could go about using their service. Once we decided that we would use this company, Britts Pet Taxi organised everything from tickets to Coolangatta airport, to taxi pick up from Quarantine to personally ensuring she was handed over to the airline. They informed us every step of the way and ensured I was given apple time to organise release forms and pay any outstanding bills so it was a smooth transition. They not only contacted us by email but rang personally to ensure everything was in place. Once they had delivered our cat to the airport they again rang to put my mind at ease that she was on her way safe and sound. I highly recommend this service if you live interstate and need to transport your pet. They are not just a business with high standards but their love of animals is very apparent.

After running into car problems, we needed help collecting our dog from a kennel 40 min away. I called Britts and made the arrangement within minutes. Only after a few hours, we were reunited with our beloved dog. The driver was kind and communicative, calling us when picking up and dropping off. I will use Britts again and recommend them for pet transport.

I am so happy with finding an easy way to Transport my pets (2 cats and 3 dogs) to the kennels. Britt is able to take them all in one trip I used to have to make 3 because one of my dogs doesn't like the others. Now because they can be separated for travel the time out of my day is vastly shortened .We have recently introduced the pets to being dropped off without me home. I find this fantastic because they are there to greet me when I get back from my trips away ...

My animals travel with Britt very frequently as we run our own business here and overseas Britt has organised to pick them up with out us home ,so as we can go about our business without worry. We often book trips months in advance .and the pets leave often as we do and arrive before or as we do depending on Britts day . She lets them in settles them feeds them often and they greet us as if we had never been away. Her skills have meant we no longer worry her advise on pet matters has saved us money also ..she has prevented worthless vet trips ..

I was referred to Britt's Taxis by a large dog transport company when we were looking to move a dog from rural Victoria to Sydney and then to the airport. Britt was recommended for the leg of meeting the transport and taking him to the airport. Not only did I find Britt to be friendly and competent but her knowledge of the dog trainer and kennel industry in Sydney saved us hundreds of dollars and hardship for the dog. Because of an unusual requirement for the dog to travel I had rung many establishments in Sydney trying to find a simple solution. Britt suggested that I ring one of the best trainers, one I was unfamiliar with, and they quickly helped me sort our problem. Thank you Britt! If it hadn't been for you our dog would have been unnecessarily stuck in a kennel for days. Britt's compassion, ability to think laterally and excellent knowledge of the dog industry in Sydney are great assets when she has your pet in her hands. As it was not a viable option to do it myself, I used Britt's Pet Taxi to pick up my dog from Sydney Quarantine and book and transport him to the airport for a flight to Brisbane. Having checked the price of freight with the transport company myself, I feel Britt's price was very reasonable for her time and service. Britt is a lovely person and a pleasure to deal with, I would recommend her business to anyone! (Note : While I originally found this service searching Google, I also had other transport companies that weren't able to do a direct pick up from quarantine recommend Britt's Pet Taxi to fill the gap. With Britt's experienced advice we were able to organise things much cheaper and minimise the time my dog spent away from home, after a 30 day stay in quarantine.)

Very accommodating, friendly, reliable. Price was comparable to getting a public taxi for the same distance (Eastern Creek to Sydney Domestic Airport), which was and estimated $150.00 (without tolls). The pet taxi included cost of tolls.

wanted a puppy to get picked up from near the blue mountains and taken to the Sydney airport, Britts made all the arrangements, When I met Britts at the airport I could not have been more pleased with the service they provided. The puppy was happy I was happy and we went home to melb .I can recommend Britts pet taxi service to anyone who needs their pet transported, they do great work and very reasonable prices.

I recently relocated from Sydney to Hobart and used Britt's Pet Taxi to arrange shipment of my cat, Mojo. Britt arranged all the paperwork, airline approved cage, transport of Mojo to the airport and lodgement with the airline. Everything ran absolutely seamlessly and I was able to collect Mojo from Hobart airport as scheduled. Britt's advice along the way was spot on and she really put me at ease in what was an extremely stressful time. With very competitive rates and fantastic service I wouldn't hesitate to use Britt's services again or recommend her to others. Thanks again for you help, you really did help to put me at ease.

I called Brit up about getting our 2 cats out of quarantine she new exactly what I needed to do and explained everything clearly. She made me feel at ease that she would get our cats to us safely it was so nice not to be stressed about this . Brit's service is very good I would HIGHLY recommend them.

We moved to australia recently from united states, and Britt is helping us transport our family pet from quarintine to the sydney airport, so our dog can join us here in Nth Qld. Shes been amazing, and helped take off some of the stress of arranging more airline tickets. I would def recommend her to my friends and family.
