Ember has been my go-to candle shop for years and I always manage to find something interesting and affordable. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I am just disappointed that they are reducing their shop opening hours to one Thursday a week, as I work and so won't be able to go in and browse anymore... online shopping is not quite the same thing for candles and fragrances... hope they decide to open on weekends instead!

Amazing boutique candle shop. The candles are hand poured and have a huge variety of scents, including Mendles - candles for men. The owner/operators are so knowledgeable and friendly. Forget the large mass produced candle companies, Ember is the only place to buy candles. A refill service is also available so no more wasting used candle holders! Thanks Ellen and family, you are my number one candle shop :-)

This company supplies the best all natural wax candles. There are four types of wax to choose from, soy, coconut, bees and palm. The essential oils used come in a wide variety of fragrances and there is a huge range of candle holders to buy. I love this shop and feel confident when burning my candles that I am not breathing in toxic fumes. The owner is knowledgeable about her products and very helpful and friendly. I would recommend a visit to anyone.

Was really keen to start playing around making my own candles at home as a hobby and got so much amazing information from the mother and son team at Embers! So impressed by the service and attention to detail. We have booked for a workshop on a few weeks time which I'm super excited about! Great value for money for the products I bought. Just all round excellent service and products.

I was blown away by the service in Ember last week. I have bought a few candles from here in the last year. The smell of one candle fills my whole house for hours. I can even smell it before I come in the front door. The last candle I bought was not as strong smelling as previous ones I bought. I mentioned it in passing to the man in the shop when I was buying another one last week & he actually gave me another large brand new candle for free. I was actually in shock as I was not expecting a new candle or anything of the sort. But he insisted of giving me a brand new one. I buy all my candles here they last for ages the quality is absolutely brilliant. The customer service is amazing. I think it's a family run business and they really are so friendly and so so helpful. They also refill whatever old candle jars that you have, so that's great and better quality again and it's worth every penny too. They are extremely affordable too. It is well worth while taking a trip out to Ember.

Ember's have an amazing array of candles. Went in today to find something for a dinner party tonight and came away with truely awesome candles as well as having the sweet orange and chilli pepper scent made into two tall round pillar candles. Very friendly atmosphere and nothing is too hard. Really recommend the quality of the candles and absolutely love supporting local business. Thanks so much for all your help today.

I've always enjoyed going to Embers and went there a couple of Sundays ago because I needed a last minute gift for a friend knowing I'd find something fabulous, as I've often done in the past. Ellen and Evan were very welcoming and helpful as usual. What I went home with was a custom made candle set with my friend's most favourite images around the side of each holder. It was made for me on the spot and I was able to hand pick the images. I was so pleased with myself for getting such a unique and awesome gift and my friend loved it! I always recommend Embers to people because of their service, their affordability and because they're a locally owned business that provide a quality product. Looking forward to my next trip back there. Thank you guys!!!

Good Morning last Thursday June 30 I was driving through Guildford on my way to Bayswater, I have driven past Embers many times with the intention to call in, but traffic and time restraints it never was to happen until last Thursday. OMG what a fantastic experience, I have a 130 year old federation home in Country WA, a very beautiful place but the get very musty on the cold damp of winter. With the fantastic service and great product knowledge of Ellen, my once apona time musty home is now fresh with scents of Antique Sandle wood. As soon as you walk into Embers the smell is amazing. You are greeted by the friendliest faces always to help out. I have recommended over 20 Family and friends to visit Embers especially when its my birthday or Xmas as they know exactly what to buy for me as I give them my list of favorites or a voucher.

The shop was light and airy - not dark and claustrophobic like other candle shops. The products were well presented and original. The sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy. Overall an enjoyable experience.

A beautiful shop with so many different designs of candles and holders, some handmade and you can have your container refilled!! Marlene is a complete joy as a salesperson and nothing is too much trouble. I support this business as it is a WA hand made beautiful product and leaves Dusk in its wake. If you want something truly special call in and see the guys at Embers it is worth the trip or give them a call as they may have a pop up shop coming to somewhere near you. Yes I am truly a customer. Hi Embers I bought from you for my Halloween wedding the hanging lanterns. They were awesome. My daughters and i now have them next to our TV's and on our dining tables. My experience was fantastic . As Soon as i approached the shop i was greeted by a team member. He was great at helping me get the right fragrance. He told me everything he knew about candles and how to look after them. The candles are very affordable too.

I was accidentally given the incorrect size candle and when I returned home, I called the young man and he offered to provide the correct size to my door. He apologised for the error and I felt valued.

I am a first time buyer/user of the Nice N Natural soy wax candles. I have used many candles over the duration of my life and can honestly say these are the best quality candles I have ever burned. They burn clean, leaving no dark sooty residue and they smell divine. The aroma lingers even when the candle is not burning! The selection of aromas in the nice n natural soy wax candle range is luxurious. The candles come in a range of decrative casings to match any decor. Online ordering is easy and delivery is quick. I sent an order to New Zealand, and another to Tanzania Africa with no problems. My friends who received them were stoked!
