Have used Moveworx a few times now moving house over the last 10 plus years. Every time, great service, and easy to deal whilst being cost effective for every move I've done. I'm not easty to please, but without a doubt, they impress and deliver on every company promise Highly recommended to friends and family who all say the same. They say you're only as good as your last job ... they certainly have been on every job I've booked them.for.

Excellent service and organisation from end to end. Great communication throughout, clarity on costs, inclusions, exclusions, very well equipped to move everything you have with appropriate care. You get what you pay for - or at least you hope to - and in this case you get a team that deliver the preparation and execution they promise & the experience I had matched the reviews I read through before booking them. The team on the day were incredibly hard working and easy to deal with. On time and no lost time throughout the day. Would definitely use again.

Moveworx are brilliant. The team is friendly, and for me, were very flexible and helpful. Their storage is excellent, safe and surprising. I would happily use their service again. Remember the 2004. Well I had stored a box with Moveworx with them then. On opening the box, I was delighted at how brilliantly preserved everything in my box was kept. Everything was in the state they were in in 2004 when I put my box away. It was perfect. Papers and books were in perfect condition, (anyone need a Photoshop 1998 Manual?) Clothing and materials were fresh. Electrical equipment worked. Wooden bookcases and drawers were in perfect condition. One highlight I must say is that while things were stacked, nothing was damaged – I take this as they took great care if they had to move my box. They took extraordinary care of my things. In my opinion, the warehouse where everything is store must have a perfect level of humidity. Thank you Moveworx. I highly recommend Moveworx. Thank you guys.

Moveworx was professional, responsive and helped us manage a few tricky situations with a “no problems” attitude. We chose to have our kitchen packed by them as we moved Interstate. This is the second time I've used Moveworx - I used them 10 years ago to move my belongings into storage for 5 months then to my (then) new home and now out of that home to another storage facility until I purchase my next home. They are always professional from the time Scott arrives to provide a quote, to the moving day. I pay for the team to pack my belongings and they do so extremely well and the price is always very reasonable. I would recommend Moveworx for your relocations (as they were recommended to me from a friend 10 years ago).

We moved from Sydney to Kiama with 5 weeks storage in between. The team at Moveworx were friendly, honest, punctual and highly qualified. In addition, communication was excellent. Not one thing got broken in the move and extra care was taken not to bump furniture, etc. on the walls and woodwork. If you need to move I definitely recommend you use Moveworx.

Moveworx assisted us with a big move out of Sydney. Everything from the planning stage through to the logistics over the 2 days of our move was so smooth. The team were punctual, well organised, professional and super careful. They worked so hard but with a smile on their face. From the start I felt comfortable with the process at Moveworx. The quote was arranged promptly and tailored to our needs and the staff were very helpful and proficient. I had to make several changes/additions between the initial quote until the move day and the staff were always accommodating and understanding of these changes. On the move day the team were on time and were all great, moving quickly to clear our house whilst taking due care on all items as they first removed the items and then placed them at our rental property. I was very pleased with all aspects of the work undertaken by the staff at Moveworx and will be using them again on our next move when we purchase our new property. I have now used Moveworx twice in the last six months with our initial move away from Sydney to a rental down south and then more recently when we purchased a new property. Scott and Jonathon were professional and courteous going above and beyond with our latest move making the whole process that much easier. I would thoroughly recommend Moveworx based on my personal experience.

I recently used Moveworx to move from Sydney to Brisbane, pick up was 19/05/2022 and drop off 21 May. I was really happy with them from start to finish. I am a 69 year old woman and was really terrified I'd get a dud removalist especially after reading so many scary reviews with other companies. I'm so glad I picked this Moveworx. Fantastic experience working with Moveworx!!! Highly recommend Scott and his crew for your next move. Our family relocated from Sydney to Queensland during the crazy lockdowns and ever-changing border closure/restrictions. Scott and his co-workers navigated everything with ease. We were stuck in quarantine when they delivered our furniture to our new home. He kept in contact when he had any questions about where things should go. And I will admit to being a TERRIBLE packer of fragile items. Everything arrived in one piece, and I have no idea how they managed it! Great prices...and excellent service!

From my initial conversation with this family business I was impressed by their professional yet friendly approach. We had a shortened lead time to deal with and were feeling anxious. We knew we were in capable hands from the outset and they did an amazing job at two-thirds the price of another quote. 5 men came to load and, next day, 2 to off-load. All were efficient, courteous , and we were happy to give them all a generous tip and to recommend this company highly.

They were neither cheapest, nor dearest, but you get what you pay for - and I went with Moveworx because I felt confident that Scott knew his business, would look after our property and would be able to deliver a seamless moving and storage experience for a fairly complicated move - taking some stuff to storage and some to another address whilst we were overseas. They were professional, proactive, efficient and thorough. When we returned to Sydney, they accommodated our timing despite Covid uncertainties and quarantine.

I have moved quite a few times over the past few years - unwillingly - and although this move was willingly - I was not looking forward to it. My stress levels were already peaking. Was this going to be another one of those bang and bash movers who really had no care other than making money? I have to admit Jack and his assistant were careful, caring and very friendly. They knew what they were doing, and they didn't try and shove a square peg into a round hole to make things fit - the source of my previous moving experiences. Would I recommend Moveworx - absolutely. I have no intentions of moving again for quite a long time now - but I do hope that in the future if I have to - that they are still in business and that they hopefully have kept it in the family. I intend sending some excess furniture up to Qld with them on backload - I don't want to shop around to get other prices, I know how these guys operate, so I trust them.

Scott, the owner of the business is very much, a highly experienced removalist and has built a great team. He is polite & courteous, professional with his documentation, punctual and provided us with an extremely competitive quote. The actual move was to a remote country location over, in part, some quite rough roads, 4.5 hours away from Sydney. The whole operation went smoothly and we were delighted with the result. We used Moveworx to re located from Sydney to the Central Coast, from the moment Scott came to our house to quote and discuss our move we felt very comfortable with him. All questions were answered, nothing too hard or complicated for them to handle, they arrived on time with any army or men (two storey house to load) all care was taken with every item, beds wrapped etc, everything that was dismantled at one end was all put back together at the other. The ease and professionalism of the guys was outstanding, the move was stress free and the end result was fantastic, All in a days work with nice friendly staff with the upmost respect and care. Moving day: they turned up on time, with a great positive (yet understanding) attitude, and delivered all boxes safely and securely to my new home. During the unpacking, we discovered NOTHING was broken or damaged. After being let down by two other removalists who didn't even bother to attend appointments they had confirmed, I contacted Scott at Moveworx. The experience with them was excellent from start to finish. It was easy to get a quote and they delivered the packing and carton pack quickly. Their guys turned up on time, they were well presented, polite and incredibly helpful and careful. Excellent service, especially given that they were not expensive. So I made contact again and learned that Scott had taken over the company and it was now Moveworx. I had no need for concern. Scott was incredibly professional and pleasant and I had no hesitation in using Moveworx for my move and storage needs. Pricing was competitive, very transparent with no hidden costs, everything was clearly outlined, and Scott happily answered my questions. The move of my belongings to their storage facility by way of modular containers was excellent. The team took great care wrapping and packing my belongings. Scott impressed me with his professionality the day he came to quote. He explained the modular system and it totally made sense that my furniture would only be handled twice, seeing that it needed to be in storage for several months. communication was excellent and there was never any confusion about the cost or what was happening. The move was as stress free as you could expect at both ends from packing to storage delivery and unpack. I did this move solo from Sydney to the Gold Coast, after my husband passed. I could not have managed without the assistance of Moveworx. Professional in every aspect. I would definitely recommend them.

From the initial contact through to the move itself, Moveworx set a high standard. They confirmed all details in writing, were clear in pricing and responsive to communication. The boxes, paper and tape supplied were great. Come move day the boys were excellent. We have a big home (2 adults and 4 children) so we knew it was going to be a big move. The guys simply got to work and got it done. We had our kitchen packed, which really reduced the pressure on us in a hectic time. The quote was reasonable and compared well to companies offering this level of service. Highly recommend this company.

I've used Moveworx twice now and I wouldn't use anyone else. (I had previously used different removalists so have a basis for comparison. Moveworx are far & away the better.) Very helpful from booking to moving. Willing to fit in with my requirements & the removalists were fast but careful & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Moving can be stressful but using Moveworx removes one area of stress. Excellent work. Would highly recommend.

From the moment Scott gave us a detailed quote; through pickup - including some "fragiles" packing; storage and re-delivery to our new residence, everything was conducted with a "minimum of fuss". I would like to thank Scott and his team (Chris & Roy) - They moved us from Sydney to just north of Forster / Tuncurry. I had three Companies come and give us Quotations - two (including Moveworx) were roughly on a par (and the third more expensive). Movework turned up on time - used Software on an Ipad to itemise our House - and provided the Quotation broken down as I requested within 24 hours including the itemised listing of our possession by Room. They appeared more professional and flexible than the other two organisations. Scott was always available for discussion as we juggled dates - and determined whether we would pre-pack ourselves- and providing boxes as requested. The move itself was seamless - they turned up on time - worked with us in terms of order of packing (noting any items of ours that had any marks/chips) - and in particular located Furniture and Boxes where we requested at our new residence. The end result was about 6 hours of loading two Trucks - and 5 hours of unloading. The important thing - no damage to the house or walls at either end - and no damage to any of our possessions. I would have no hesitation in recommending Moveworx to any of our friends - Great result - and pleasant to deal with and be around.

A must read before using this company. We recently move with this company which was so poorly managed from the time they arrived back on the 28th of December and still trying to get this sorted all furniture was totally damaged and or missing 120 days later even after insurance taken out full replacement insurance through moveworx this still isn't sorted the insurer makes the claim process nearly impossible to finalise they are quick to take your money but do all they can to not payout or replace your damaged items. Too date I still haven't received a returned phone call or an explanation from Moveworx or any care factor that 120 days after delivery kids have no beds to sleep on, TV to watch and all furniture was damaged although they have requested me to which I completed to take all damaged items to get quote to fix or repaired which is nearly impossible and another 6 days in lost wages with still on come an insurance adviser has inspected the damages but yet still no outcome apart from taking items for further inspection at a cost and inconvenience to me.Once payment is received no care factor was given. No basic removal practices were followed no inventory list was completed no damage reports completed even with items insured. The insurance wasn't worth the paper I signed and paid for . It seems that Moveworx doesn't care hasn't retuned one phone since the day if pick up. If moving house nothing with moveworx is easy but getting anything sorted after payment was impossible

By far the best removalists we have ever had. We were dreading this move as we had way too much stuff, 2 little kids and a grandma to transport from Hornsby to Wollongong. We had also previously had some rogues for removalists and I was very nervous. I wanted reliability and a reasonable price and asked for 3 quotes from the members of AFRA, the removalists association. Scott from Moveworx provided us with the best quote, $1000 cheaper than the most expensive and $500 cheaper than the other one. Reviews on the Internet were great and we decided to go with them. The job was done by Jamie and his mates and they were absolutely fabulous. Very professional, extremely quick and a pleasure to deal with. I just got tired looking at how quickly they worked! MOVEWORX were amazing !!! A fussy friend had used Moveworx a couple of months ago to move from Sydney to Canberra and told us they were fantastic. I can now also vouch that they are the best movers that we have ever used. Jim and the team were so efficient and nothing was too much trouble. I thought I might have stretched the friendship when I changed my mind about a sofa that was not going at the very end of the move, but Jim didn't bat an eye and just said 'NO PROBLEM' Nothing was a problem They have put all our stuff into storage for a couple of months until we move into our new house so we are looking forward to seeing them on the other end. We had these come out to move my daughter (1 bedroom apartment) from Sydney to Camden on the hottest day in November. they were great. did a fantastic job, covered and carefully moved all furniture. dismantled bed and reassembled bed, covered all furniture, nothing was broken. We used Moveworx to relocate on the 4th November 15. Raph & Chris arrived right on time. The day was rainy and uncomfortable but to the boys credit they continued on and loaded all our possessions with no fuss . Chris gave us a quick lesson in wrapping glassware as well. At the new address the boys unloaded every item and could not do enough to help us . We will recommend and use these guys again. Well done fellas , hope Chris enjoyed AC/DC .

From the first call, we received very helpful advice and a reasonable quoted price from Roy in the office to move from Baulkham Hills to the Central Coast. As we didn't know our actual moving date/day at the time, Roy was able to give me a few days/dates that they could help us out. When I eventually called back Phil was also very helpful arranging the move for us with short notice. Moving day, Alex & Jim arrive and swing into action, before we know it the trucks loaded and we are heading to our new home. Thanks to the boys for suggesting the PORTABLE WARDROBES, we were going to put the hanging clothes on the back seats of the cars,but thanks to the wardrobes we wont need to re iron!! Alex & Jim were extremely helpful and placed all the furniture and boxes where we asked (and even gave us some styling tips). The whole nightmare of moving, was made a much better experience thanks to the all the staff at Moveworx. Our only regret was that we couldn't locate where the kettle was packed to give the guys a cuppa... We would highly recommend this company and if needed we will use their services again. Our new address had a steep driveway, and they were unable to drive the truck up, so everything had to be taken up this steep driveway manually. Looking for a removalist to collect my things from Sydney and move them to regional Victoria was SO challenging. I trawled through 10-15 companies. In the end I chose Moveworx because they had the best reviews and a rational price compared to others. I promised myself that if they did a good job I would write a review because they would have taken the worry and stress out of what could go wrong. Here is my review. These guys did an EXCELLENT JOB, nothing damaged...all the boxes undamaged, pick up on time and drop off on time, no fuss....the pick up guys were totally friendly and focussed and polite and the drop off guys were great too. If you are considering this company I say go for it. I was extremely happy with what they did in all areas. A relief and they were easy going - hard working company. Well Done!!

During my recent move the guys from Moveworx were fantastic. Given they had to use a lift to get everything up to my unit, it was difficult to estimate exact times, so they kept me informed throughout the job of progress so I could choose to adjust what I'd like them to do etc Howver, as they worked so efficiently they were able to assist with all he things I needed, putting the beds back together, installing my washing machine, making sure I was happy where furniture went etc. Compared to my last experience with one of the big brand name companies who didn't care and just dumped everything and got out. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Without doubt the most seamless move yet (& I've done lots). I will be sure to recommend them to everyone.

We had the guys do a full pack and move for a large 3 bedroom house. The kitchen alone had a massive amount of stuff to go yet the whole house was packed and ready to load by midday. The guys also dismantled and reassembled a large wall unit which we'd all been dredding , so that was a huge bonus for a us and for which we were very grateful. This is the 3rd time we've used Moveworx. On the 20th of March 2013 we moved some furniture from Bowral to Northbridge. I just want to say the guys were fantastic. They did such a professional & efficient job at both ends. Very obliging & provided great service with a smile!

We booked our move with MOVEWORX based on their professionalism and price competitiveness. The quote they gave us was very detailed in comparison to other companies and MOVEWORX were the only company that we contacted that were prepared to include our large 8 person outdoor spa in the move. On the day "the hottest on record in Sydney" they faced trying conditions. Never once did they lose their "can do" attitude and they completed the move on time and with good humour. Friendly, easygoing and efficient. Connected washing machine, arranged furniture, etc. Actually left them to it whilst attending son's school presentation day and found everything in order. Definitely would recommend and return for our next Move. Take all the stress out of moving!

We moved from Castle Hill to Camperdown, with a number of items going to storage. Right from the time Moveworx came to give us a quote for our move, everyone has been so professional & friendly. Whether it be answering our endless questions about how to pack etc, all the guys who handled our removal were friendly and careful & even were prepared to go the extra mile with some rather large works of art etc. Nothing was any trouble. Â We will certainly have no hesitation in recommending Moveworx.

Best I have every had so frendly helpful and frendly they didn't mind doing extra for me connecting my washer and it was a very hot day but they still worked at Avery fast pace

We moved from a unit to a house. The job was done, door to door, in under 5 hours. The staff were helpful, from the point of booking the job, to completion. I would use them again.

I had a one-bedroom apartment packed up and moved into storage for several months, then had it all delivered to my new apartment a few hundred kilometres away. Everyone I dealt with at Moveworx was friendly and professional; the storage rates were great and the moves were done carefully and efficiently. The delivery guys were cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. I'll definitely move with them again next time.

We used Moveworx for our move from Turramurra to Lindfield in March 2012. We went with Moveworx following a friend's recommendation, and the impressions formed when getting the quote, which was competitive. Come the move, we were very impressed with Phil and his team, who were very pleasant and helpful as they loaded then unloaded two full removalists' vans! Our "new" home had just had its wooden floors re-coated a couple of days prior to the move. Moveworx placed thick mats down the hall, and damage was avoided. Overall we were very happy with Moveworx, and would recommend them without hesitation.

We were stumped trying to get a huge Grandfather Clock in to an upstairs unit. The clock would not fit in the lift and was blocked from the stairs at one point that was proving to be impossible. The guys from Moveworx were just fantastic in the way they juggled this very heavy and difficult item beyond the obstacle point after everyone else had given up. Fantastic and very helpful people.

I would definitely use Moveworx again without a doubt. We recently moved from Mt Colah to Hornsby Heights. Our move had a late start and late finish, but this didn't put the Moveworx team off they just worked around it. We also had some difficult aspects in terms of access to and from our properties. Phil and his boys carried off the job with with no problems at all, thanks to Phil's expert experience. Great customer service from start to finish. Well done Moveworx! The Clayton family.

When looking for a removalist to pack up my apartment and store my goods for a six month period, I was at a loss to know where to go. Close friends however very happily advised of their excellent experience when using Moveworx to pack and store their goods whilst awaiting the completion of their new home and then having the goods delivered once the house was ready. I called them and was treating most efficiently by the Office Manager and promptly was given a quote that to me seemed competitive with the market. They arrived on the date arranged. The staff were fast and efficient with the packing whilst also being professional and friendly. The 85 cartons that were packed took 14 man hours from beginning to end. After I arrived home from my overseas travels, the goods were delivered promptly at my convenience and I am thrilled to say, although there was a lot of fine glassware and breakables, not a single item was broken when I unpacked. The office staff were excellent in keeping me updated on the processes and were immediately familiar with my needs and requirements whenever I called. As a former business owner, I can wholeheartedly recommend Moveworx as a thoroughly professional organisation and I would very happily recommend them to my friends. I certainly would choose them again if and when the need arises.

we moved from a large home into a smaller home. our whole house was put into storage for approx 2 mths until our new home was ready. when we did move into the new home, we asked to have a split delivery , this was no problem for phil and the team.all the staff were great, friendly and efficient. great job, thank you

We moved a two bedroom townhouse within the same townhouse complex but with a LOT of books! The two guys were cheerful and energetic and worked really, really fast given the amount of stuff that had to be moved. Phil is great to deal with - he sent a written contract in advance so there were no surprises.
