Always met with a smile and friendly service. The staff know the regular pet by name and are always available to answer any questions. The chews are available for purchase individually as well as mixed treat packs which are excellent for those picky pups! Great pet store!

I am a new Pup Mum and have just started shopping at Pet Café. I am very happy with the new Premium food "Meal for Pups", my puppy loves it! I have also tried their fresh meat and she loves that too. Quite a large range for what appears to be a small store. With a growing puppy, I'm sure to be back often! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they don't jump on you instantly and push products.....They leave you to browse, but are happy to help as soon as needed. I've also signed up for their rewards program, looking forward to discounts and specials! Definitely worth a look if you're in the area.

Have been shopping here for quite a long time, and always found the staff very helpful. Recently though, David excelled in their helpful service by coming to my home and constructing a large bird cage. Greatly appreciated! Also loved the 20% off everything sale recently! Great job!

I shop at Corinda Pet Cafe regularly for the needs & wants of the various the pets we have. It's easy to shop there as the staff are lovely and very helpful and they have a great range of stock catering for all sorts of pets. The parking is easy and they help with the large purchases. The loyalty program is also a bonus of shopping there regularly. I'd recommend shopping at Corinda Pet Cafe to everyone as it's a great local business.

We're new to the area and so happy to find such a wonderful Pet Cafe! Clean and beautifully laid out shop, easy to find what you're looking for, more products than the other Pet Cafe we've been to, and really lovely people! Right from our first visit they were happy to get our dog's favourite treats in for us as they didn't currently stock them. Can't get much better service that that!

Have been going to this shop for a couple of years. The staff are so friendly and helpful including information on injured wild animals to lost dogs i have found. The loyalty card is great and I accumulate a good discount every 6 months off my pets flea treatment!

I have used this store almost every week since it opened. I have to travel to large barns for anything cheaper. The quality is always good, the staff very helpful and my dogs are always welcome when we shop after the dog wash. It is a great family run store. There has been a recent refresh of the whole store. Love to support local, well run and presented businesses.

The staff here are lovely, and they stock a huge range of quality pet foods, water fountain filters, and litters - Amongst other things! They also take notice of requests, and can order specific things in for picky pets.

I visited Pet Cafe for the first time the other day, the staff where friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They have quite a large variety of stock for just about every pet. I was there for some food and the staff member walked me through the different types and then offered a 100% Guarantee even if the dog didn't like it, and the price was very reasonable. I can highly recommend this store.

These guys are variable in customer service and products provided. They have an extensive range of the usual pet products, but are probably around top of the range in their pricing. Biscuits from here are more expensive than from the Vet, for example. I used them for about 4 years but recently stopped going there - not because of the staff, but because the particular product they used to provide (Pet Cafe Meal for Pets) became so poor in quality that my cats would turn their noses up at it. I never had any success in discussing this with the proprietor but I never felt he was actually interested in discussing it with me. That's why I no longer shop there. (Granted, I'm pretty fussy!)

We have been coming here for years to get pet food and goods for my two golden retrievers, the staff are informed and polite and always ready to answer your questions. We can even get the dogs bathed there on Saturdays now!

A Great shop with every pet accessory you could want. Very friendly and helpful staff, I was allowed to take my dog in with me and he received a treat. The shop is much bigger than it looks from the outside, and the prices are very good. And best of all they don't sell pets!
