By far the worst place i have been too. Told me i needed 2 new headlights as they were cracked but it was only the protectors cracked, also told me my gas tank is out of date. I guess they didn't find the certificate for retesting in the glovebox from 2 months earlier. Said there was pitting and scratches in the windscreen so i asked him to come show me. He couldn't find anything so blamed the guy that wasn't there at the moment.....worst ever

It's very rare that you find a business these days with the high standard of service shown by the team at Alpheys Garage. I'd had an ongoing problem that a previous "specialist" wasn't able to solve, but Ian and his team did a great job getting it sorted. Their communication was first rate so I always knew what was happening, and I even had the car back a day earlier than expected. I highly recommend Alpheys Garage, and even though they're not in my area, I'll be going out of my way to get my mechanical work done with them in the future.

The guys at Alpheys garage are always so helpful and friendly. They give great advise, and assistance in practically any question I ask (being a female) i don't know too much about cars but they always take their time to explain things to me and are always honest and helpful. I will never take my car anywhere else! Thanks guys!

Ian and Mike are the 2 most trustworthy, efficient & reliable mechanics in the area. they are always willing to offer advice and assist in solving your mechanical issues along with helpfull hints to save you money - who else does that nowadays ? Highly recommended, I and others I've sent there wouldn't go anywhere else since we found them. I wasted alot of money with other so called proffessionals prior to going to Alpheys. Thank you guys for running a true old fashioned great serrvice business

After having some terrible experiences with local mechanics, I am so glad we have found Alpheys! Their work, customer service and value for money is excellent. We have used them for the past few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I'm not usually a person that write reviews but the guys from Alpheys Garage are great. They always give you the best advice and price for the service. Also they always get done the job on time which is fantastic cause I got a terrible experience with other mechanics. The customer service is just great.

Alpheys garage is honest and offers good service. The two major attributes unfortunately often missing in this trade. Had a major service with a washer pump replaced. Asked less than initially quoted. Advised of things that may need fixing later. Also dropped me back home in the morning. Coming back here for my yearly service.

I am avery happy with the work from Alpheys Garage. They spent a lot of time trying to work out what was wrong with my car and kept us informed about what was going on. Also did an excellent service at a reasonable price!

Both my husband and myself had our cars serviced here for the first time and we will definitely be back. Fantastic service. Went above and beyond, very clear and concise with his recommendations, and value for money for the service done.

Wow these guys know there cars, there customer service and repairs are just fantastic, i would recommend everyone taking there car's to these guys if you want a guarantee 100% job. My family would never take our car's to anyone else

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I found Alpheys garage on WOMO and I really wanted express my gratitude. In an area which has many mechanics to choose from I have tried several but I don't have to look any further. Ian and the guys at Alpheys were great. I dropped my car off at 8:30am, had a phone call from them just after 9am to say they had done the safety which a list of their recommendations for my car, after telling them what I wanted them to do I received another call by 10:30 to say it was ready. I've never had such a great experience with a mechanic ever!! Without even driving out of their driveway I could feel the difference in the car and how much better it was running. For all those in the Cranbourne and surrounding areas I can't recommend them enough. The price was very reasonable and service was next to none!! If you're looking for a mechanic give them a go!! Thanks guys!

Ian has looked after my car for a number of years now! He even checked it over before we purchased. He is always friendly and takes an interest in what you have to say and always rings or alerts you to issues that may come up before your next service so you can be prepared. Great service from a great team.

If you can find a cleaner workshop show me! Alpheys Garage is professional, friendly and most of all honest. I have been taking my car for new car log book servicing for the last 2 years, Ian and his team are always giving me advice about how to keep my car running at its best. I highly recommend Alpheys Garage they are a 10/10!

Found Alpheys on womo as I want to use local people Rang re a roadworthy I required. Was booked in for the following day. Service was excellent. Staff super friendly. Will now use them for my car servicing in future. Also have just dropped into Alphys with a small fuse issue, they said they would have a quick look for me, fixed the problem straight away and always the staff and Service was excellent. Really cannot believe the wonderful service Alpheys give. Definatley will recommend Alpheys to all I know. Thank you guys and keep up the brilliant work

These guys are great. Always helpful and friendly. I have had my car serviced here a couple of times now. With my last service done in Feb, I rang to book in without much notice and they booked me in with no problems. I let them know when I am able to come and pick the car up, and it is always ready on time, and I receive a phone call to let me know. I recently noticed my back globe had gone, so I rocked up at Alpheys without notice and they fixed it there and then, no problems and they are always happy to help. Highly recommended.

Ian and the team at Alpheys Garage Service my fleet vehicles. I find his service second to none and prices are very reasonable. This is the cleanest mechanical workshop you will ever see. They are a pleasure to deal with and nothing ever seems to be to much trouble. Thankyou for ensuring we are on the road in reliable well maintained vehicles.

We have been getting our cars serviced, seen to, assessed and any other requirements for many years. Ian is always friendly and you are never greeted with anything less than a smile and easy conversation. With any service, I am guided to any upcoming items that may require attention at a later date. Alphey's Garage provides a very honest, upfront and affordable experience. Our recommendations have lead to our 4 family cars and also my parents car, who travels from Mt. Waverley.

I had my car serviced. They were polite and helpful and they rang me before fixing any extras on my car. Also quoted pricing for extra things I needed so I was aware of these before they gave me the bill. Price was reasonable.

The team @ Alpheys Garage are true professionals. I needed a battery charger for my e350 and they were able to source the right product for my car and fitted it with no fuss. Although a small job it was not a problem for them. If you want quality old school service with a smile then look no further. I would always recommend Alpheys garage to anyone.

Made alot of phone calls looking for prices etc. Ian was by far the nicest person i spoke to that morning and price was great too. When i called him back he fitted me in the next day and even drove me and the kids home and picked us up in our car so we didnt have to swap car seats over or organise for someone else to pick the kids and i up. He explained everything and even showed me the actual defective part. Found the service wonderful.
