Dylan arrived on time in fact a little early which was impressive as we have sometimes found other companies more inclined to be late . From the start he was friendly with a strong handshake and made both of us feel we were in good hands. He explained the process both before and as he went about regrouting and cleaning our shower. Based on Dean who did the original quote and Dylan who did the actual job we would strongly recommend GroupPro to anyone needing their services.

Meg regrouted our shower and cleaned the 30 year floor tiles and grout in the bathroom and toilet. Meg's care and her attention to detail during the whole job, from cutting out then colour matching the grout, then cleaning and finishing off with new silicone, ensured it all came up like new!

Originally had Belinda visit to provide a quote - she also proposed some re-grouting and pane glass cleaning in the bathrooms that we willingly took up. When the 2 contractors arrived they competently and quickly addressed the areas to be serviced in the bathrooms, laundry and kitchen tiles. We are very pleased kitchen tiles (14 years old) have come up like new, re-grouting in shower stalls, and the glass panes treatment is excellent. Very pleased with overall result and professionalism of the GroutPro teams.

Karan from GroutPro did a fantastic grouting job for us. We chose the epoxy grout, which can be difficult to use, however Karan went about the job with no fuss & got the job done quickly. Meg & Darren have grouted both my house and mums and their workmanship is fantastic. They were reasonably priced, punctual and left the effected areas clean. Meg was patient with me in choosing a new grout colour and I am extremely please with the end result and happy all the mould is gone. The showers look brand new. They were also very kind to mum who is fragile and made sure she did not have to clean up. I would recommend both Meg & Darren to look after your Kitchen, bathroom, toilet and laundry. Jalal from GroutPro Marrickville was outstanding. Got our tiles and cement grout even in the kitchen and high traffic areas back to new. Made the place look SO much better. I also got the grout sealed to keep it cleaner for longer. We had 108 sq metres. Was definitely worth the money!

Caleb from GroutPro Enfield SA repaired our shower cubicle grout, silicon and the waterproof membrane superbly. Top rated job and even went out of his way to do some of the work after hours to suit us. Cost was well within our budget and he explained everything along the way as he did it. We had the whole ground floor cleaned In our Brisbane home and one room completely regrouted yesterday by Belinda Lutgenau. We had old terra-cotta “clinker” tiles with wide grout - these were popular in the 1980s but have gone out of fashion. This was a very difficult job - the tiles are very “thirsty” - and I wasn’t expecting a miracle. But we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. It turned out almost as good as new. If you’ve got a tricky problem floor, you can entrust it to Belinda from Groutpro.

I had the pleasure of being assigned Belinda to my tile and grout clean. What an absolute pleasure to immediately trust and feel so comfortable with a professional that I had not met previously. I went as far as to leave my house keys whilst not at home so Belinda could enter the property alone and complete the job. Both Darren and Meg were brilliant. Darren quoted the job to regrout our shower and Meg Came and did the hard work. She was meticulous and very aware of the fine dust and mess that normally comes with a job such as this. She used drop sheets and had an extractor fan to suck out the dust as she used her power tools. The end result was a masterpiece - the Picassos of the Grout world. Meg cleaned up after finishing and we were left with a sparkling new shower alcove. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

GroutPro Golden Grove SA - Highly Recommended! Brett and Rodney completed cleaning, sealing, grout removal, re-grouting and tile repairs in two bathrooms and a laundry. The en-suite shower floor and wall repair was complex - requiring extensive detailed work around ageing Federation tiling. We are absolutely thrilled with every element of the job and the interactions with Rod and Brett. Thoroughly professional. My only regret is not asking them to do more work for us.

Found GroutPro on line. Made an enquiry and got an answer same day and quoted same day with Belinda. Needed our whole unit regrouted and all bathrooms to be cleaned and regrouted. Not a small job! Caleb of GroutPro Enfield did alot of work in our shower recess (regrouting, silicone replacement and cleaning as well as cleaning a large area of porcelain floor tiles in the kitchen and surrounding areas. Belinda from GroutPro Gold Coast did an amazing job yesterday preparing my 10 year old house for a resale. She work meticulously and took care of the things I did not even think of leaving it looking brand new. She cleaned all the floors, silicone and restored showers and steps, restored my shower glass doors and stone bench tops to its original state and re grouted where necessary. I highly recommend Belinda from GroutPro Coomera, she was easy to work with and made a big difference to our unit complex common area. We have unsealed terracotta tiles, and after the tiles were cleaned, the wastewater that came out of the GroutPro vacuum was brown. I think we may be making this a regular 12 monthly treatment.

He also did an excellent grout/bath/shower screen grout restoration and gave us a tin of slate sealant to cover any future scratches as well as an excellent tool to keep the shower cubicle sparkling. STAY AWAY I would not recommend this company. Our silicon was not applied correctly causing water to get behind the tile causing the tile to change colour. The guy who did the work has gone to great lengths to avoid fixing the problem. He has disconnected his phone!! Head office are no help. We now need to outlay big $ to fix and take legal action. We contacted Jack Au (Groutpro Balwyn) to restore the grout in our large double shower area. Jack came out to quote the job and explain the procedure. Darren and Meg from Werribee Grout’ Pro have just finished 2 1/2 days working on our 20 year old home cleaning all the floor , wall and bathroom tiles , replaced any grout that needed it and applying silicone to all areas that required it. We knew it needed doing but had no idea how bad it was until we saw the finished job ! Our home looks like new , the tiles are so clean as it the grout , Meg has made the chips in our floor tiles “ disappear “ !! Our showers are sparkling ! We would highly recommend this business, GroutPro, based in Werribbee. The wife and husband owners are very personable, professional and the reliable. We ( me, the househusband ) had severely neglected the main and quite substantial bathroom in our home and the good quality Travertine which unfortunately had never been sealed properly developed into an ugly nightmare. Meg attended punctually on the day and time arranged to assess the situation and provided a very detailed quotation at no cost within twenty four hours. It required five hours for extensive cleaning, partial re-grouting and very thorough multiple applications of sealer to protect the surfaces and prevent re-staining and mould development. Caleb (Adelaide GroutPro) spent considerable time inspecting the bathroom in order to prepare an accurate quote. He was always polite, punctual and professional. We have been amazed by the improvement he has achieved in our ensuite. It is a 10 year old bathroom that now looks brand new again. He's achieved such an amazing result that we're now going to repeat the process in our family bathroom instead of putting in a brand new bathroom. Not only did cleaning the tiles and grout make a big difference, but Caleb finished off the job by replacing a lot of the stained silicon behind the basin, in the shower etc. The end result was excellent and worth every dollar.

After an SOS phone call to Karl at Grout Pro Nambour last Monday morning, Robyn called in on her way to another job to view our problem. Caleb from Grout Pro spent 3 days doing 3 bathrooms ,laundry ,family /kitchen area and front and back patio's. So quite big job . He did excellent job in shower area and regrouted tiles looked like new new bathroom. Family/kitchen area had ceramic tiles cleaned and the expansion joint resealed ,matched perfectly. Caleb from GroutPro Enfield (Adelaide) completed a small job removing and replacing silicone sealant around my bath. I was really pleased with the job. A few months later I decided to replace the grout and silicone in my shower wall. I contacted Caleb for a quote and as before he was prompt to return my call and arrange a time to come and quote. He was reliable, punctual, polite, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. As the bathroom is quite old, I was extremely happy with the result. It looks fantastic! Feel like I have a new bathroom. I cannot recommend Caleb enough. I even had a little trouble with one of the tiles that he fixed for me. I would definitely have Caleb back if I need anything else done in the future.

I had two bathrooms done - each including remove and replace of the grout in the shower recesses - grout renewal in the main floor area - with silicone sealing around the edges - and it all looks great.

We found Jalal through a recommendation from a friend. From day one he treated our property with respect and was so careful not to leave any mess. The bathrooms look brand new and are literally sparkling. The tiled floor in the kitchen looks better than ever. I stupidly got a handyman at first who did a terrible job, even returned to fix it and still did a terrible job. I called GroutPro and Nick came the same day and removed all the terrible work the handyman did and then fixed it. It looks exceptional and I can't recommend these guys enough. Especially Nick. Have had a lot of tradespeople recently and Rod and Brett from Adelaide were absolutely the most trustworthy hardworking and dedicated of the lot. At times a difficult job of refurbishing intermittent kitchen chipped tiling with left over tiles that were no longer in stock. Have and will continue to recommend them for grout cleaning as well to my friends. They will stay in my phone book permanently.

Caleb from Groutpro in SA responded to my email request very quickly. He was working on the long weekend, and came and gave a quote and then completed the work all within three days. He removed and replaced some of the grout in the shower alcove and replaced all the silicone seals, due to mould damage. The end result looked fantastic! A much cleaner and fresh looking shower. We had Nick from GroutPro Canberra clean and seal our tiled floors, approximately 80 sqm. They are a light travertine colour and are only two years old but they had never been sealed. They were badly discoloured and our grout had turned black. From his first visit to our home we found Nick friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble for him. He explained why they had discoloured and how best to fix it. We highly recommend him and will not hesitate to call him again. I used Peter from GroutPro Caloundra to treat the glass on my shower screens this morning and it has worked a treat! The glass had scaling on them which I found impossible to remove. Peter came along with his equipment and cleaning products and 2 hours later it has never looked better. What a rarity an honest tradesman! Reliable, prompt and friendly. I really thought we would have to remove our glass screen and possibly replace it and retile the shower base. Nic rerouted the shower base and it actually looks better than did when it was new. He also cleaned and sealed the glass surround and it looks great. Russell from GroutPro Warragul did a good job on our shower tiles which had become grubby with ugly mould and the grout was deteriorating quickly. Russell was where he said he would be, when he said he would be and did the works as advised in an effective and efficient manner.

Jason from GroutPro Gawler was very professional. He was quick with a detailed quote and responded to my emails promptly. He was always on time and listened to any questions I asked. We have used Russell from Groutpro Warragul in two homes now. In total he has fixed 4 showers for us, and we have been thrilled with the job in each house. It is so much cheaper than retiling, when the only problem was broken grout or porous tiles, and leaking sealant. Definitely would use him again and have no hesitation in giving him positive reviews for his work.

This is the second time Michael Gibson has cleaned, grouted,sealed, and fixed cracked & chipped tiles for me. He has previously done an amazing job with my ensuite so I was happy for him to return and clean, fix, seal and whatever needed to be done to the rest of the floors in my home. The large living areas now look amazing! Excellent finish, and Michael is a very polite and clean tradesman always happy to give advice and pass on useful information. In my ensuite bathroom I had White Epoxy Grout applied to the shower base and silicone to stop any leaks around the door, white Colourseal Grout was put on the bathroom floor, shower glass restoration was done and I have never seen the glass door so clean. My bathroom looks brand new and can't believe the difference it has made. Also I had the silicone removed around the bath in the visitors bathroom and redone as was cracking badly. I was that impressed that I have organised for Andy Knights from GroutPro Mindarie to come back next week and Colourseal the floor in the Visitors bathroom. I found Andy to be both professional and very helpful. GroutPro also provide a 15 year Colourseal Grout guarantee and provide you with a cleaning product to look after your floors. Large home - tile and grout cleaning - Aaron from Grout Pro Cairns was so professional and did an immaculate job. Our home has glass from the floor up. There was not a mark on the glass or the skirting board. The tiles look amazing. If I could give him 6 stars I would. I will definitely recommend him to everyone. Thank you to Lester at GroutPro Oakleigh for doing an awesome job on our bathroom. We had grout colour sealed, silicone restoration, grout turbo clean and shower glass restoration. It looks amazing. Lester was a very professional and friendly tradesman, Lester worked very hard the 3 long days he was there and when I emailed him to say I had a small concern with shower grout, he came back on Saturday morning to fix it. We recently had our bathroom renovated and after 1 month the grout on the floor had already started to get dirty and I was unable to get it clean. We called Brian from GroutPro Miranda who offered to come out and give us a free quote. We thought the price of the quote was quite reasonable and went ahead. Had 2 x showers re-siliconed, 1 treated for mould under the old silicone. Jake from the Canberra GroutPro guys was brilliant. Arranged to quote within 24 hours - late on a Thursday, work was arranged for the following Tuesday and Jake did everything to work around us. Super professional, friendly and good at what he does. The work I have had done today is top-notch and I highly recommend him to others. Top quality work on the re-siliconing - makes me realise how bad the old one was!
