Amazing staff, and that goes for the receptionists ladies, they are also amazing!!!!
staff are very friendly and understanding. I highly recommend brining your children and yourself here.

My son had his first dental appointment today I was so worried how he would go. The team at family dental care were amazing . Kelly made the whole experience memorable and easy. Josh and brittany were amazing very good with kids . Highly recommend for children to make sure they have a happy memorable experience with the dentist .

Staff are lovely and genuine. Dr Kaur is very thorough and efficient, but attentive and caring. She performed root canal therapy and installed a crown, and took great pains to make sure there was no gap between my gum and the base of the crown. I cannot tell by looking in my own mouth which tooth it was!!

Matthew White and his team are amazing. Both my son and I have been coming here since 2007. At first I had trouble even walking into any dentist, now through the patience and gentleness of Matthew, I can now even come and have a procedure done by myself, that is all to the thanks of him.

Great setup
From the moment you walk through the door, the kids have exciting and fun things to play with so they are calm when entering dentist room.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Have just swapped over dentist due to sausan moving on. Luke is very friendly and puts my kids at ease. Definately recommend.

As far as I was concerned, the dentist and her assistant or nurse were absolutely fantastic and explained what was happening the whole time and also they explained about the filling material and what to expect. Would recommend this practice to every one I know

Dr White is just the best, very gentle when giving needles, during fillings and I have never felt any pain after numbness wears off. Pricing of dental work I think is extremely reasonable. The dental nurses and receptionists are always happy especially Kelly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff are outstanding and I didn't have to wait long when I got there to see Dr White. He was attentive and friendly and the way the treatment and options were explained to me was outstanding. All my questions were answered. The dental assistant, Audrey, was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere, appearance and comfort of the practice was outstanding. Their concern for my privacy was also outstanding. What I liked best was the great waiting area options and the efficiency of the staff. I would recommend Family Dental Care to my family and friends.

She explained my treatment and answered all my questions. The dental assistant Jenny was friendly and made my visit comfortable. My daughter was fine, but I was a nervous wreck.
Dr Ibrahim was fantastic. He made it a great and fun experience for my daughter and put my mind at ease.

Found this Dental practice on a Google search of local dentists (having moved to the area recently and needing a check up). Boy am I glad I found them!! A lovely welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Friendly receptionist, thorough and professional (also chatty!) Dentist Dr Sawsan and lovely assistant Audrey. I am well pleased I found them for my dental care and look forward (yes!) to my checkup in 6 months. I will also be taking my Miss 2 1/2yr old next week for her first visit

I first came here because the dentist I used to see regularly moved overseas so I was on the look out for a new dentist. A friend recommended Dr Matthew White, and I was not disappointed. He is very professional and friendly and communicates with you all the way so there are no surprises. I first went to Family Dental Care due to cost. Their prices were significantly lower than my previous dentist. Due to the price difference I didn't have high expectations. Now, I couldn't be happier with this practice. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The dentist I have seen a couple of times is Dr Sawsan Shiyab. She is wonderful.
