Kathy used to accompany me on the Piano when I was a student at Stuartholme. 20 years later I knew I had to find her again to play at my wedding. I let her choose the music as guests entered the Chapel and she knew exactly what was appropriate and set the scene beautifully. She is such a talented musician, she accompanied my friend as she sang and a string quartet did an arrangement around them also. The music was so perfect on my special day, I wish I could relive it so I could listen a 2nd time! I couldn't recommend Kathy enough.

Amica Jazz Duo (from Mood Music): Congratulations to Kathy Sander and Bryan Pearson on a wonderful performance at The Clayfield at Albion on 8 October. They are both amazing musicians, with Kathy on piano and Bryan on bass, adding vocals from both of them. They bring life to classic jazz, latin, folk and contemporary repertoire, and our village has been talking about them ever since.

Mood Music Entertainment provided the musicians for my daughter's wedding in September.
Kathy was most helpful in assisting us to plan the appropriate music for our event (we had no idea where to start!) and the musicians were just superb.
The soloist and pianist for the reception we amazing, followed by the Tracey Vaughan Duo for our reception. We danced all night long and wouldn't hesitate to book them again.
I would highly recommend Mood Music Entertainment for any event and thanks to Kathy for her assistance and patience with our endless questions!

It was so fabulous having Kathy playing at my mum's 80th birthday celebration. My mum absolutely loved all the jazz tunes and it created a wonderful vibe for all the guests. We loved seeing Kathy and Brian on the Kookaburra Queen riverboat and then had the pleasure of Kathy's great piano solos at our home. What a lovely, talented lady .

Thanks so much to Kathy and Bryan for their fabulous wedding reception music - absolutely would not have been the terrific night that it was without the ambience that their playing created. Guests commented over and over again how thrilled they were to hear such great music. Kathy and Bryan were also so professional: nothing was too much bother - working in with catering food service timing and perfect music to wrap around speeches. Thanks again from all. We got married in September 2016 and Kathy played the piano during the ceremony followed by the Gatsby band during pre-dinner drinks. Both Kathy and the band were amazing!!! Kathy was very professional and played the piano beautifully during the ceremony. Afterwards the band created such a fun atmosphere and the music was fantastic. Everybody really enjoyed the band. I would definitely recommend!

I booked Kathy and Bryan to play at my 60th birthday, with a request to play swing, jazz, Gatsby style and some latin. They are both very professional musicians and love playing, which created such a nice atmosphere and really helped everyone have a great time. They played keyboard and double bass and both Kathy and Bryan sing. I would highly recommend them.

I employed Mood Music to play at a 1920s themed Lawn Party event. They were fantastic. They created a lovely atmosphere for the event, playing classics from the era. The crowd was up dancing and people were singing along.
The whole band was very professional and easy to work with. They were very passionate about the event too, which was great.

I found Mood of Music online through a Google Search for an office warming party I was planning for our Brisbane office. Kathy was very responsive, friendly and professional in her communication. She was also very honest when I asked for her perspective given the details of the event. She and Brian were professional and talented and their choice of music on the event added that extra special element to the ambience and experience. I recommend their services and their presence.

Mood Music provided our pre-event entertainment at this years' 2015 Late Mail Luncheon racing event in Brisbane. Performing in the foyer at Sofitel Brisbane Central as guests arrived, the performers were superb. Prompt, courteous and professional, I got exactly what I asked for from Kathy. We will be booking through Mood Music again for 2016 and I have no hesitation in recommending them as provider of exceptional music.

Brett & Pam played at our wedding last Sunday and they were exceptional. Not only did they play the music we had discussed, they even accommodated my great niece's request to play "Time Warp". Nothing was too much trouble and everyone there had the highest praise for Brett & Pam.

We are one of Brisbane's Independant Schools and have used Mood Music Entertainment for many events. They are very easy to work with, and have a very good understanding of appropriate entertainment. Our events would not be the same without them!

Wow! What a great band. I had a Great Gatsby Garden Party for my 40th Birthday and these guys really made it. The music suited all; from the 10 year olds to the 80 year olds. Kathy's great to deal with and will work in with whatever budget you have - and of course any music style. And the singer sounded like Michael Bublé - Truly great!

I had the band "Little Brisbane" play for my 21st at my family's farm. They did an amazing job and everyone present at the party loved them. Organisation was top with no issues at all with prior arrangements through Kathryn with Mood Music Entertainment, band arrival time, set up, performing and packing up. I would recommend this band to anyone as they can cater for any age group and everyone has a lot of fun!

Kathy and Bryan played as Amica Duo at Dad's 60th last weekend. Kathy is a long-time friend of the family and it was great to have her and Bryan add such a special element to the evening with their live music. We gave them only vague directions about what music we wanted to have and just asked them to 'do their thing'. With Kathy on Keyboard and vocals and Bryan on Double Bass, Amica Duo struck just the right balance of casual sophistication with amazing lounge jazz. We and all our guests loved the mood they set and everyone said that it made the evening. Amica Duo were professional and prompt, confirming arrangements beforehand and arriving in plenty of time to set up before guests arrived.

We had Kathy and Bryan play at our reception in Norther NSW. The whole experience was sensational from start to end. Kathy met with us to discuss the music we wanted for the day and had loads of ideas and suggestions. They duo were even happy to move from an outdoor setting to indoor between cocktails and dinner.
The duo were happy to travel for our event and nothing was a hassle. We only had to talk a couple of times via email and everything was sorted.
I remember arriving at the reception in the wedding car and the first thing I head chiming away under the laughter and happy voices was the great music. I had many guests comment on how well the music matched the venue (an old barn-like hall) and the occasion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mood Music Entertainment.

We had Amica Duo play at our Cocktail Wedding Reception for the first couple of hours and they were simply delightful! The music was diverse, fun and great way to create a buzzing atmosphere while still having your guests being able to enjoy their conversations. I don't party often, but my 60th was the one! Great location, delicious food and amazing music! Amica Duo set the scene. They had a fabulous repertoire and really knew what to play for young and old. The dance floor was hot!! Amica Duo are incredibly versatile in any location. I have had them play at home around the pool too. They know just what music suits. My friends will be seeking contracts for their celebrations for sure!
