They managed to get the various TV cables going through a double brick wall from the built in TV cabinet to the back of the wall hung TV without the need for any re-plastering! Asked Sharaf to give me a quote on installing my TV on the wall. He came around the next day as promised. I didn't go ahead with the job because I needed someone else to install a powerpoint but I was very happy with his service. He came when he said he would and his advice was very helpful. Used Antennaplus right before Christmas after finding them on this site and they were good. We built a new house and and after moving in and plugging in the tv realised that the antenna was not on the builder's contract. Contacted Sharaf and he gave us a free quote by txt for the antenna and hanging our 65 inch tv. He arrived on time and went straight to work after discussing the job. Amazingly the antenna only took 30 minutes to hook up but hanging the big tv took a lot longer as I had supplied the bracket. Even so they took their time and were very patient and hung it dead straight and right height and hid all the wiring. They even tuned the tv and set it all up. Would recommend him for any services and very knowledgeable. All the tv points work well in the house and we were all set for carols. Cheers.

Had rang them to get my antenna fix. The bracket broke due to strong wind. Sharaf and his staff had come by during the evening to take a look and found the bracket broken due to corrosion. Got down to the job immediately, swapped out the bracket and got the antenna up again. They did a great job that I got them to swapout to a new digital antenna at the same time.

Sharaf performed our TV antenna installation 3 years ago during our new house build in Eltham. We recently experienced some issues and Sharaf was more than willing to assist us and come back to the house which was the first positive experience. We had an extra foxtel point installed, antenna point, with all our wires concealed and tv up on a bracket. Looks amazing we should have done it years ago and my husband commented how perfect and level the tv was on the wall!! Friendly, efficient and they deserve all of their five stars, would highly recommend!! Also don't purchase your tv bracket from anywhere else as Sharafs is half the price.

They came within 3 hours of the call. They were polite, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. They tested the connection to the old aerial. Replaced it and checked the points around the house replacing anything that was inadequate. Tuned the tv and dvd player. They got channel 10 back!

Installed tv and sound bar. Arrived on time. Good work. I was surprised they didn't have wall plugs which they should have given this is the work they do and the result is the sound bar is a little loose on the wall. I admit it was a tricky job as the wall is solid old plaster. Having said that the tv does look good and yes i would use them again and would recommend their services. This is an honest review.

Sharaf and his partner arrived on time (a rarity these days with many trades) and performed an excellent and efficient job at installing 4 aerial points, an amplifier as well as cleaning up the existing mess left by a previous installer. As well he made up aerial additional cables at very little additional cost. He made sure that everything was working perfectly. The reception is terrific! Very good value for money. As many others have said - prompt and efficient and very friendly and communicates all the issues.

Wow its been a long time since we have had excellent service all round. These guys are fantastic, we got two TV's on the wall with all the cables hidden and set up for Foxtel with satellite on roof. They were professional and we had trust in them immediately leaving them in our home whilst they completed the job. We waited until today to make sure when foxtel arrived it all worked well. The foxtel guy told us it was a great fit out and it was neat & tidy up on the roof, he said it was done beautifully. we will be using these guys again to hide the wires for our sonos set up when we are ready. I highly recommend this business. Thanks guys great job !!!

We had a community organised event to display the cricket at a community hall. The team at antenna plus came through to provide and supply an antenna connection and a set top box at the hall as there was no point previously. They did the work even on short notice and on a Sunday. The reception and picture quality was perfect and without them the event would not have been a success! Will highly recommend to anyone in need of quality audio visual services.

Sharaf responded to my email request, to install a wall mounted TV for my elderly mother, promptly and then completed the job within a very short period of time. He was professional, helpful, patient with my mother's 'story telling' and completed the installation to a very high standard. There was no mess left, he had taken care with other pieces of furniture in the room and had thought of the safety and practicalities of my mother operating the TV. He also put the 'Fox box' neatly above the TV and all cables were discreetly tied together. Mum was thrilled with the job and I appreciated the care he took in making sure that all aspects of the job had been explained and completed in an appropriate time frame. We would highly recommend Sharaf and his guys to anybody.

Outstanding work. Thank goodness for Womo. Did my research and the reviews about Antenna Plus really were spot on. Don't know why but I just had it in my mind there would be hitches of some sort. But within a couple of hours of getting here I had perfect quality reception at all 5 locations within my home. They really do know their stuff. There is no way someone could do this stuff by themselves better or cheaper than a professional outfit like this. good businesses deserve to get reviewed and that's why I have written one.

Replacement antenna cable wall plate. Our TV started suffering from constant signal drop outs for no reason. Another unnamed Antenna company recommended to replace our antenna, roof mount, cabling and add a new provide an amp to solve the problem for over $800. Sharaf checked out the issue and simply replaced the spaghetti cabling and wall mount and we were back in business for a small fraction of the cost.

The roof is being replaced at my apartment building and my TV had been disconnected in the process. Sharaf and his associate came when he said he would (which happened to be Christmas eve), checked everything out and identified the problem, which was that the roof had been laid over the cable. Once the roofing people came and brought out the cable from under the roof, they connected it up and it was sorted out. He also checked out the internal antenna cabling for completeness.

Sharaf was out in a couple of days, found perfect signal on our roof within 10 minutes, and then came out again and set up pole for dish and cabling for Foxtel tech. 1) Review of TV antenna strength in new residence 2) Installation downstairs ethernet LAN port after 2 previous electrician opinions (which were hopeless). Gee these guys are really decent fellows. Also came post Christmas day period they have an incredible work ethic. After 2 previous electrician company opinions about creating an Ethernet port downstairs that sounded dodgy (having to create a cable outside, drilling through living room wall), Sharaf and his co-worker found the ethernet wiring/telephone ports 'through 5 tiles in the roof'!, and successfully created a downstairs port with minimal fuss. They are also amazingly polite guys (e.g. ask for a 'towel' when drilled a new ethernet LAN port site to pick up dust/debri to minimise mess). Use these guys for Internet ethernet LAN points creation, not just antenna updates/repairs. Jesus they're good.

Had an extra antenna point added into my mothers home so she could watch TV at night in her bedroom. Was some distance from the original antenna entry. Once completed had already said we would have some difficulties with ABC reception due to the extra loss and an old antenna which needed to be updated to a full digital as it was still an analogue/digital type. Antenna Plus installed a new TV antenna on the roof and wall plate for a new television. They also provided clear advice on the best way to install the antenna using the existing Foxtel cable and clearly articulated why the position of the antenna was the best spot. They checked that the TV worked properly and were helpful positioning the wall plate, cords and TV. Plus, they arrived early (but with a prior courtesy call), were courteous, polite and efficient. I was able to pay with credit card and was emailed a itemised receipt on the spot. They also followed up with an email to check that we were happy with the picture quality given that the signalling in our area is quite weak. Great service.

Antenna Plus gave us a courtesy call 30 min before he was due to arrive. He arrived spot on time, and before entering our home was courteous enough to ask if we wanted his shoes removed, which he duly did. We had problems with our TV reception, he changed some leads on the antennae on the roof and the aerial socket in the lounge to get everything going. He also checked the signal in the bedroom. These guys are brilliant, they arrived on time and were extremely friendly and professional. I had numerous Cat6 points installed in total, five for data in all the rooms and four in the roof cavity for security cams, not a small job but the guys made short work of it. The installation was clean and accurate and they were finished with all ports tested and site cleaned in half the time I had expected and the final cost was very competitive compared with other quotes I had received. Review of old antenna situation situated high up in an older style rented townhouse. Newer antenna 'piggybacked' onto older one at edge of roof, change of wall plates, rewiring via manhole in roof. GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS. Had this done after being rejected 'twice' by the franchises/one person business (e.g. Mr. Antenna and the like). Most of all, Sharaf is just a good guy and extremely polite/down to earth.

New directional antenna installed + new TV antenna point which required many metres of cable in conduit from roof of tall 2 story building to ground as well as drill through wall + master head amplifier to boost reception. It was a complicated job in a poor reception area. Sharaf and Jez were professional, definitely experienced, calm and respectful. Sharaf replaced old damaged antenna with new high gain one for digital, upgraded 4 wall plates and installed new splitter and replaced TV lead. Service was prompt, on time and they were clean workers. Sharaf explained clearly what was done and why. Sharaf and his associate were able to fit in an installation on Saturday (election day) with only a day's notice. He came early, worked quite efficiently and the whole installation took less than 2 hours. He also capped the cabling for us (double brick house). Reception proved excellent even though we were in a shadow area. Processed our payment on the spot and the invoice received in 5 mins via e-mail. Price is on par with others and he was accurate to his quote although I didn't realise the labour is extra (do confirm with him). Sharaf and his team were outstanding while doing the following job for me: wall mounting a 60" (45Kg) and three Bose front speakers. They had the challenge of running into insulation behind the plaster board and with delicacy they have managed to complete a spotless installation. I recently called Sharaf to move my Foxtel and television to another room. It was not a straight forward job, as there were several wall barriers and book case to put the cable through. Sharaf listened to my briefing well and then set to work. I was very happy with the finished product, the quality of his work was fantastic, excellent customer service and his quote for the job was spot on. This is the second time I have used Sharaf's company and I would not hesitate to recommend him for the services that he provides. I would like to re-iterate it is very hard to find a service provider that is ontime, polite and courteous, efficient, provides excellent service and is transparent with their costs. After reading reviews about Sharaf I made a booking to get a new aerial and if possible moved in anticipation of future works on the house. I received a text confirming the booking and they arrived on time. They spent some time as I think they struggled to find a stable part of the house for the pole. Sharaf talked me through everything they were doing which included putting a port in my lounge as the previous owner had the cable running from the aerial to the tv through the window. Great job and price.

I have engaged AntennaPlus to do the CAT6 cabling, Digital antenna cabling, Foxtel cabling and door/intercom system to my brand new house with 13 network points and each 3 digital antenna and Foxtel points. They have done an excellent and very professional job for a very reasonable price! With their help I manage to set up my own personal home based cloud system with 8 TB (Raid 2) storage. I had an external antenna installed, a foxtel connection relocated and a data cable installed. I'm amazed to finally see professional technicians going back to delivering quality service. Throughout the process Sharaf communicated his recommendations clearly and provided solutions that were easy to understand and make a decision on. His team went beyond what was expected especially in terms of what the completed work looked like aesthetically. Too often I've experienced contractors trying to do the cheapest possible job in the minimum amount of time. With the result being you never get what you've paid for. We had a DTV reception problem with the signal weakening over time. A couple of channels started breaking up then dropped out completely. After a while all channels except for one were like this. Sharaf and his assistant came on-site, measured the signal with scanning equipment and diagnosed the fault to the antenna. He tried three different antenna designs before he found the one that suited our area in Prahran and spent about 1.5 hours tuning the signal till it reached a level he found acceptable. All channels were available after that. We even got a second point active as a bonus on top of all this. I found Sharaf's communication frequent and informative. I had a lengthy pre-sales discussion and he even offered to talk me through a few things to try over the phone before he came out. The way he did his work was very professional. He was well equipped and used CB radios so he could be in constant contact with his assistant as they both worked above and below roof. Apart from one slip-up with the initial appointment, Sharaf made up for this by rescheduling quickly and executing his job well so I'd highly recommend his services to anyone.

Mounting a tv high in a wardrobe with no visible wiring. Amazing result. Sharaf and his team worked tirelessly to ensure the positioning and the mount was the best that they could do. From a customer perspective I was delighted with the job. Furthermore Sharaf showed initiative in helping us fix a problem with our other tv. We used to have to open a cupboard to access our Denon and foxtel boxes every time we changed the channel. This was both frustrating and unsightly. He installed a remote extender that allows us to now change the channel from the couch with the cupboard shut. This has transformed our tv experience. I thank Sharaf for his professionalism, initiative and dedication to implement a quality solution.

We had a Foxtel box shifted to where Foxtel would not install it. We also had an IR extended added to it so Floating TV remaind cableless. Overall Sharaf from Antenna Plus did a fantastic job. Neat, Tidy, clean and prompt. no hesitantions reccomending him to anyone for their AV requirements.

We had new TV points fitted by an electrician, and after he'd finished we couldn't get all the channels. The electrician couldn't find the problem. Phoned Anntennaplus and Sharaf and his team came the next day and had the problem fixed in half on hour. Very friendly, on time, reasonable rates, and fixed the problem with ease. I'll definitely be using them again, if needed, and would highly recommend them. Thanks.

Sharaf and his colleague were able to identify and install a suitable satellite system that would allow us to install Foxtel - something which Foxtel technicians had not been able to do previously. The system works brilliantly and there has been only minimal impact on the appearance of our 1880s terrace house. I am very happy with their work and intend to call on them when we begin renovations on an apartment (again,housed in a heritage listed building).

We were getting serious pixilation. Sharaf was very accommodating when we needed to change the appointment. They arrived when they said they would and quickly identified the problem as a faulty masthead amplifier. Replaced it quickly and even offered to relocate the power supply as it was not in the most obvious position. They were very careful and cleaned up very well, and also identified a broken tile on our roof. Very happy with the service, and would happily recommend.

Had nio HD receiption in a downstairs unit. They are arrived, checked that they couldn't use ay existing antennas before they advised that I would need a digital one. They were only there for 45 minutes andwere exceptional. They were clean and tidy, punctual, didn't waste any time and most professional. I highly recomend them.

We have a difficult (wiring wise) 3 storey dwelling in which we needed to have a new Foxtel connection installed. Sharif worked out a solution, weaved some magic installing it and I am very happy with the result. They even cleaned up very well afterwards! I required my dvd and VHS player, Foxtel and Apple TV to be connected to my television, which was completed in a timely and professional manner. Sharaf solved two further issues by offering cost effective solutions; one being a HDMI Cable requirement which he supplied at a very good cost and the other a wireless device which allows me to operate my Foxtel through my cabinet. The latter saving me having to purchase a new cabinet to hold the electrical equipment and television. The quality of the service was excellent, right down to cable tying all cables to keep them off the floor and tidy, The service was professional, courteous, honest, on time and Sharaf listened to what I was trying to achieve. The value was excellent, which included a very reasonable call out fee of $90 and the equipment that I purchased was also very reasonable having previously purchased good quality HDMI cables. The overall experience was fantastic, I now have new improved sound quality and a total unit that works brilliantly. I now have great sound, picture and a configured unit that functions well together. What is important to me is having service people in my home that I trust. Would I recommend Antenna plus? The answer is a big resounding yes. Well done guys keep up the good work. Finally a service provider that has lived up to my expectations.

Efficient, friendly and professional service. I had recently moved into a 5 year old townhouse and was having trouble getting digital reception. I was also having difficulties with my analogue reception in the upstairs room so decided to get someone in to check it out. I got a quote from a couple of places and decided to go with AntennaPlus. Sharaf was really accommodating and was able to squeeze me in between jobs and came on the same day. He arrived on time with his co-worker and was able to report back on the situation within minutes. Sharaf gave knowledgeable advice and a reasonable price on the work to be done. I replaced a 5 way splitter and upgraded to a digital antenna. When I first rang Antenna Plus and spoke to Sharaf, all I knew was that our TV antenna was not standing upright on our roof, and wasn't sure if it actually needed replacing. Sharaf was very courteous, and advised me he couldn't give me an accurate quote on the phone, but gave me a couple of rough prices subject to the problem. I was happy with his manner, and booked him to come over to inspect the problem the same day. I called him back shortly after, as I needed to reschedule for later in the day, and he was happy to oblige. We agreed on an estimated time, and around that time, he sent me an sms informing me he was on his way. Sharaf was very polite upon arrival, and his co-worker climbed onto the roof to inspect the problem, which turned out to be a snapped mast on our analogue antenna. Sharaf explained that it could not be repaired, but would need to be replaced, and suggested I replace it with a digital antenna, as I would need to have one soon enough anyway. He gave me a couple of options, and offered very reasonable prices on both options, including a much safer and sturdier stand to mount the antenna to our roof. Once his coworker had installed the antenna, Sharaf came inside the house to check the TV tuning was set correctly, and checked the signal strength at the antenna point, which was all excellent. If I had to mention anything negative, which is only minor, it would only be the fact that our old antenna was not taken away as rubbish, but this certainly wouldn't stop me from recommending Antenna Plus to others. It was a pleasure to have a decent and respectful business at our house.

I had numerous tv and ethernet points put into my home. Its not easy when the roof is colorbond and its pitched. A large part of it you cant even access without taking off some of the roof. These guys were fantastic. They changed their schedule to fit into mine and the quality of their workmanship was outstanding. It was excellent value by people who really seem to care about what they are doing..Its not often I will write a review but they were seriously good.
