Would highly recommend using Timeless Car cleaning. I got the ceramic paint protection and window tinting. Received a complimentary car clean 3 weeks after getting the service to ensure everything was as it should be and there were no issues. Unfortunately there was a minor scratch found on one of the tints however Christian ensured it was fully replaced then and there, no questions asked. Very happy with the quality of the job and also the professional and friendly service. Would use again!!

Timeless are excellent. They’ve just handed me back my 200 Series Landcruiser after an extensive clean following a full outback lap of Australia. The car was only 2 months old when it left on the trip and it was a mess by the time it got back. 19000km of outback road and red dust ingrained in every seal and nook and cranny. The guys at Timeless went to work and did a great job restoring the vehicle to near new condition. Good friendly crew. Easy to talk to and clear in setting expectations. My car will now get cleaned here when ever it needs a bit more than a hose off. Well done Timeless.

Lucus from Timeless Car Cleaning just completed a detail on my car (mobile service - he came to my home) and I am extremely happy with the results. The car was a disaster to start with - hadn't been cleaned in well over 12 months and no detailed cleaning for far longer than that. Lucus did a fantastic job and the car looks amazing! I also found the business itself very easy to deal and communicate with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lucus and Timeless Car Cleaning and I'll definitely be using their car cleaning services again in the future.

Dave and his team carpet shampooed my car today. My partner got dirty tyre stains on my back seat and Timeless car cleaning went above and beyond. They did more than they had to and were very quick cleaning my golf. They did an amazing job and took all the stains out. I would recommend Timeless car cleaning every day.

Couldn’t be happier with the work. Fast, friendly and affordable. Jumping on any chance to recommend them in future. The staff at Timeless took my car in for the Full Detail Package and added on pet hair removal. Having a short-haired dog the hairs never go away. The boys removed them with a promised 95% accuracy, which looks more like 99% to me. I’m definitely returning for the Pre-Sale Detail when it’s time to move on from my car. Maybe even the Premium Detail!

We were concerned with taking our newly customized Land cruiser unprotected to Fraser Island. We found Timeless Car Cleaning to give us good advise and carryout a thorough protection plan of under body chemical rustproofing and electrolysis which I guess only time will tell. We also had the ceramic coating applied to our car body wrap as we found it difficult to keep clean, we are thrilled with the result, rain now keeps it looking great. Thanks to Chris and the boys for you excellent care to detail and a job well done we would highly recommend Timeless Northgate to anyone thinking about these processes.

Astounding service from a dedicated team. These guys know what works to get rid of baked on stains and bodily fluids. I work in disability services and as such, sometimes accidents happen in transit. I had a passenger side filled with liquid bodily waste that had dried, and in a little over two hours, the car was better than the day I bought it. Fast, affordable, friendly and a comfortable waiting room too. Had the interior and the exterior done while I was there, the outside looks like a million bucks too.

I am completely dissatisfied with this business. I took a one week old "VF Holden Black Edition Ute" to Timeless Car Cleaning for a Modesta coating. Since then I have only had the car washed by Timeless mobile detailors and never washed the car myself. After less than 18 months, scratches in a swirling pattern appeared all over the car, which I feal could have only occurred by washing or drying the car incorrectly. I recently booked my car into the Timeless workshop two weeks in advance to be assessed and repaired, only to be told by the business owner David that the lead Modesta applicator / repairer had been sent on a mobile detail, to work on "an important clients car". After stalling me for hours and avoiding the topic of who caused the scratches, whilst admiting no liability for my car and the Modesta coating, David told me of his reluctance to apply Modesta to another past clients more expensive car due to the subsequent liability thereafter. One week later after having the scratches repaired via mobile detail I was sent an invoice for $450. I feal as though i am being charged for damage to my car that I did not cause and I am starting to wish i never took my brand new car to Timeless Car Cleaning.

Timeless Car Cleaning did a great job with a full detail on my SUV, including a lot of my Bull Terrier's hair. I liked the fact that despite running out of time on the day, they were quite happy for me to take the car & drop it back again the next morning to finish it off. Once I saw the amazingly clean finished product, I knew I'd made the right choice. I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends & workmates.

I took my Toyota HiLux in for an interior clean to prep it for sale. It had years of Australian Bulldog hair embedded in the seats and carpet and the guys at Timeless managed to make the interior looked next to brand new. It was a big job and they spent at least 16 hours in my vehicle. They went above and beyond what I had thought would have been possible. I can not sing these guys enough praise. It blew me away the attention to detail and the effort they put in and the end result was more than I what I expected. I can not recommend these guys enough.

Hi! I took in my Jeep Commander as rain water got inside the cabin. It soaked the driver's side carpet. Not only did David remove the water and dried the carpet, he tried his best to find out how the water got in. He couldn't pinpoint the problem however I was very appreciative as this was not part of his job. I will be back soon to give the Jeep a complete detail and I would definitely request for David to do the work. I am sure he'll do a great job.

Knox came to our house to do a pre sale car clean today . His attention to detail is impeccable and he restores the car to the true meaning and expectation of 'pre sale ' . Knox worked tireless on our asx for hours in 37 degree heat perfecting every little inch of the vehicle - leaving no spot untouched . It was not an easy task - two cars - rural location - both had extensive use as farm cars, with a lot of pet hair, fleece, hay and dirt. There was also no power or water source. Superb! Without equal! I have just had my Caprice V treated at home by Timeless. The car and paint was in great condition to start with but now its like I have just driven it out of the showroom. Attention to detail is unlike what you get from the "Shopping Centre"Car Washes. This car is going on a maintenance program with them from now on...I like the feeling of driving this car and the wax shine is to be seen to be believed.. $160 about 2 hours work and the leather is noticeably softer inside also...Its worth it!

I've had two cars here and had paint protection and detailing yet time and time again without fail the end result is beyond belief. My vehicle after paint protection here looked twice as good as the day I collected it from Subaru. These guys know how cars should be looked after and are A1 at their job. Motel owner was very impressed, advised me that the detailer had picked up 2 more jobs while he was there because of the finish to my car. My experience with these guys was nothing but awesome. They fit me in straight away, Richard was always contactable (and friendly) throughout the entire process, and the work Tavis and the team did was phenomenal. Considering the quality of the results, personally I found the pricing to be ridiculously good value for money. I brought them a 2007 BMW M3 which was actually in pretty good condition overall, but on closer inspection, the paintwork had some marks and scratches in it; some deeper than others. I wanted it showroom. The car already had an Opticoat layer, so these guys were tasked with removing that layer - a difficult job - and then as many stage polishes as required to get it back to showroom condition. After that, the car was layered with Modesta P01-a, BC-04 and M-1 Shot. Look on their FB page and you'll see the results. But not just my car, look at ALL their results. These Modesta treatments are breathtaking, sure, but they don't work unless your detailer has prepared the surface to the most exacting standards. It's that attention to detail that you're after, and that's exactly what this crew provides. I couldn't be happier. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

Excellent service - arrive on time and perform an excellent job. Best bang for buck!! Only my second time using the company, both times a pre-sale detail. My car was a "piggy mobile" after the kids having food and drink for an extended period of time. However the results afterwards were amazing, who knew it would be restored to something that looks like it drove out of the showroom?!!? Well done Timeless - great service and results. Thank you.

What an unbelievable fantastic service I had a full wash, wax and polish with a vacuum and wipe down of my interior for half the price I normally pay plus from the comfort of my own home. Before getting a 'pre-sale' detail done at timeless my car was valued at $8000 after the detail from Richard was done and the hours he spent on it, the first offer to come through was over $10,000! Thanks to Richard for the time he spent, it was an amazing result and will be definitely bringing my new car in for the paint protection next week!

Thank you to Steven and Timeless Car Cleaning for the very best interior car clean I have had, possibly ever! After an initial mixup with location and power access, Richard went out of his way to make sure he and the team were able to fix their mistake - my car was cleaned by when I needed it, and at a significantly reduced price to compensate. Not only is it difficult to get a good quality product/service these days, but when mistakes happen, people rarely make any effort to sort them out. Congratulations to Richard and his team for being able to deliver on both accounts. I look forward to Steven cleaning my car again in the near future.

There were some difficulties, due to unforseen circumstances, that delayed the scheduled start time. These were overcome and Jayson was able to provide me with an excellent detailing of my RAV4 SX6. Not only did Jayson do an excellent job he also had a great approach and I would recommend him to anyone looking for professional detailing work. This was the first time I have used Timeless but I am sure I will be using them again based upon my first experience.

Richard and Josh went above and beyond with my Supra they put in a lot of extra work, even helped with picking my car up and dropping it off, can't ask for better service. The car looks like new which is saying a lot for something 20 years old. Will definitely be referring Timeless and using again for new car! Great work and a good business model, finally a car cleaning place that actually cares about your car. Cheers Colin.

Very easy to organise, quick response and great clean. The car was pretty dirty inside to start with; it's now nice and clean but there are 2 stains that didn't come off with the shampoo.

Very happy with the great job done by Richard on both of my cars, which he completed in one visit. I live on acreage & have a dog who loves his car trips, so both cars were very dirty & full of dog hair. After Richard finished with them they looked as good as new - such a pleasure to get into a clean and hair-free car once again! I would recommend Timeless to anyone who wants a great car detail experience - lovely guy, great service, and excellent results. No call out fees charged, despite the distance he had to travel to come to me out in the "sticks" and I thought that the cost to fully detail two cars was one of the best out there and certainly worth every cent. I will definitely be giving Richard a call again once that dirt and dog hair gets out of control!

I've owned my '97 BMW E36 328i Alpine White sedan from new and have embarked on a project to restore it to an "as good as new" condition. Even thought I've kept the car in great condition (inside and out) a paint correction was necessary as I'm a stickler for perfection. After extensive research I engaged Timeless Car Cleaning for the task. Richard knows his car cleaning tech and after 10 hrs of TLC produced results which were astonishing. The service from beginning to end is first class. Nice guy, excellent products, attention to detail, great care, great value for money. Will definitely use again.

I have a Hyundai Getz that had so much dog hair it was part canine. Nathan from Timeless Car Cleaning was punctual, professional and worked really hard the whole time he was here to get the huge amounts of dog hair out. Timeless car cleaning. The reason I decided to call Timeless car cleaning,to get my car interior detailed was my little one power spewed all through the back on the car. So this job was not for the faint hearted at all,not desirable in anyone's eye's! Richard had one look or should I say smell, and just said no problems, she will be good as new in no time! And let me say I was not disappointed it looks fantastic as well as smell like a new car!!! I was that happy he is coming back next week to do our other car!! :)

Richard did a pre-sale detail on my Honda Civic last week. I look after my cars and I thought it was pretty clean to start with. But after Richard had finished the job i realised just how much better it looked after the detail. Unfortunately, after the peak hour traffic from the Gold Coast delayed his arrival, Richard was left with less time than he really needed to finish every detail (such as the wheel arches). I mentioned this and he said he would return at a convenient time and attend to this, free of charge. I believe he will do this and appreciate the offer. Once this is completed I will be happy to give 5 stars to quality and overall. I'll probably have him back to spruce up my new car in the near future and would recommend Timeless to anyone. Richard is committed to doing a really good job. Additional comment 8.8.13: Circumstances didn't allow the return visit before the car was sold (see comment below) so I'm more than happy to bump these guys up to straight 5s. You couldn't do better than Timeless.

Ubelievable! Richard worked his magic, and i dont think my car has been this clean inside since the day i bought it! I have two dogs, and we generally go to the beach once a week. So my car (which hadnt been cleaned in what felt like a million years) was full of sand, dog hair and the odd mcdonalds chip. So to anyone that has dogs or enjoys the beach/mcdonalds Timeless Cleaning is really your ONLY option. Thanks guys so much and i will see you in a month :)

I had a young man come to my door telling me about a car cleaning service. I'm normally quite cautious about that kind of thing but my car was filthy so I thought I'd give it a go. When I called Richard to book a time he told me they could clean it while I was at work to save me the tine. A young man turned up and must have worked for at least 3 hours but the results were amazing. I'll definitely be booking again! Thanks guys

these guys are fantastic with prices ranging from 70 to 130 for a decent detail when it saves you time going to the carwash they collect your keys and when complete they return them that takes the hassel out of waiting they are not far from the southbank markets on weekends so give them a try

I found this business through an email from WOMO advising me of businesses reviewed in my area. I'm not normally someone who would spend money on having my car cleaned because I am particularly fussy about the job that is done but in my moment of meltdown I decided to give this company a go. I am very happy with the service that Richard and Jamie provided. The product used really does a great job and has to be seen to be believed and in the recent rains the water has just beaded off my car. Richard is very enthusiastic and keen to have happy customers and in my opinion it is definitely worth giving him a go. I had 2 i30's cleaned and a people mover for a total cost of $360. Both men worked for most of the day on the 3 cars and they were cleaned without water. I was very sceptical but the result was amazing.

My car looked fantastic after Richard had finished with it! It was a real mess but he spent a few hours on it and it was shinier than I have seen it for years, I swear the carpets had never looked that clean. I usually go to Hoppys and pay $95 for the deluxe wash, I decided to try one of the mobile cleaners to save me having to drive there, wait and then drive home. He came to my work, picked up the keys then dropped them back off a couple of hours later with it all clean. Didn't interrupt my day atall and now I have saved time on my weekend. I was looking around to get it done and for only $120 (from their flyer, I think its usually $130) it was way cheaper than alot of the detailers I had contacted on google which were asking for $150+ The only thing I would say is that they don't do engine cleans but I that didn't matter to me, I just wanted my car to look spotless and thats exactly what I got. Very happy, thanks again, see you in about 6 weeks!
