I have had some bad experiences with removals companies in the past (late arrival, broken items, inexperienced staff), and I must say Top Removals exceeded my expectations! Markus and Tomas moved my 4 bedroom house on a 34 degree day and made it look so easy! Hardest working boys I've seen. Would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great service for very reasonable rates

Moving house is very stressful but Top removal made my day stress free. Francisco & Valerio were fantastic. They did great job within less than 3 hours. Very efficient and cooperative. Grant was very easy to communicate. Price is very reasonable and service excellent. I will definitely work with them again.

Thank you to Mehdi, Driss and Guillaume who did a fantastic job moving my very heavy antique furniture. They were all lovely boys, they didn't stop until the job was done and seemed to have the strength of 10 men.......and just to top the experience off they all had beautiful french accents - pretty easy and enjoyable to listen to all day. Thanks guys I would definitely recommend you to anyone requiring a removalist.

The staff were friendly enough but service took a lot longer than expected and cost more than expected. We had everything in one room all packed and ready to go but took longer/cost more than expected. I followed up for an invoice and received one a month later.

Grant and Tomas moved the contents of my house which had been stored in a 20' container in Merrijig. They were professional, very hard working and a pleasure to deal with. It was obvious they knew how to take care of my furniture which made for a less stressful move than any prior removalist I have ever used. We've used this company twice and we could not fault them. Last week we've had Martial and Henri assisting with the move and they were absolutely fantastic. Silver and Shai were SO AMAZING. They basically did two removals in one for us. They were generous and obliging. Silver, in particular, has obviously been in the service industry for a long time and is communicative, patient and friendly. He is management material, without a doubt. A real leader. (Also, carrying a whole antique dressing table by himself?! What?!) Well done to both the guys for a VERY BIG removal and above and beyond satisfactory job well done! 10/10 - already have recommended to others and would use again (and again and again and again)!!!

Mathias and Sebastian did a great job, they were efficient and professional, they moved 3 boxes each time!! Cant ask for more! It was a hot day, we offered ice creams to them, they didn't even want to take them. Will def use this company again next time. The only small thing was they over charged us $300, took 2 weeks to refund to us after a few phone calls, we get there at the end! Much better than the one we used last time! Thanks again.

Grant and Mate (right spelling?) moved me with a full 16 ton truck from Melbourne to Bendigo, and I could not be happier with the care they took. Martin and Ben were our removalists. They were polite, caring and made great use of their time. They dismantled and reassembled the beds without any fuss. They didn't complain about the number of stairs in the property that we were moving out from. They really were a delight to meet. They're very hardworking and worth everything we paid.

We moved half of our stuff because we are downsizing to a 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom 2 storey terrace house. The move was from Essendon to South Melbourne. Jaime and Andrew were so great. They were on time, friendly, quick, efficient and very careful with our belongings. They amazed us at how they managed to get a king size bed up a narrow terrace staircase, they made our move easy, nothing was too much trouble. It took them just 3 hours to load our stuff, drive to our new house and unload. Martin and Thomas turned up on time, and gave me a call about 35 mins before arriving, which was handy during my move day. The reception staff also called earlier that day to confirm everything. The guys were friendly and helpful and got everything done - including moving a whole stack of pot plants for me.

Carl, Scott and Suphyenn (I hope I got that right!) were brilliant. They rocked up early, got straight into it, and didn't stop. We had a big move with lots of heavy items up two flights of stairs, and they didn't complain and didn't make me feel like I was asking too much. The lime tree was worth it! These guys were amazing! Remo and Silver were not only nice guys, but were professional and knew exactly what they were doing and just got on with the job. They were fast but also took care of our belongings like they were their own. I would recommend them to anyone needing to move. They were also very competitive, being at least $25-$30 an hour cheaper than all the others and that really helped us financiallyas we were moving from Melbourne city to a town 3.5 hours away. If you want prompt,caring and great service, these guys are the bomb!

Definitely recommend this team. We moved 2 1/2 bedrooms unit within the innerwest Sydney. Both locations involved stairs. Nicole in administration was efficient and friendly. Our movers were Antoine & Eyal. They combined strong work ethic, care with furniture, plants and fittings and were intelligent and highly personable. They were great ambassadors for their respected country and a credit to Top for having representatives of this caliber. Top will be top of our list for any future move.

Wow, we have used other removalists in the past and have always been disappointed, not this time silver and remo were just incredible. We moved from Seaford to point Lonsdale which wasn't a little move, it took the guys 6 hours all up including driving, would recommend these guys highly 10/10 guys thanks.

If anyone knows about moving, it's me. I have moved 4 times in the last 2 years and each time has been horrible. I dread moving until I found Silver and Remo...These guys are the absolute bomb! They were so fast and efficient and managed to remove all my stuff - I had heaps, I'm talking 3 level townhouse - and they managed to pack it all up and move it to my storage unit with a matter of hours. They were so polite and friendly, I really cannot fault the boys. Silver and Remo, thank you for making what is normally a painfully experience a smooth one. FIVE STARS!!!

Thank-you very much for the excellent service. Our removalists Guillaume and Robert (I think, from NZ) were amazing. They were like machines, came in assessed what needed to be done. Where, how and what things needed to be placed for the different deliveries and shifted our whole home within 5-6 hours (including travel time). No task was too hard for them and not a scratch on our precious load nor our walls and floor-boards. It was just fabulous. Very professional and they barely stopped for a break. My wife and I are very thankful for your service and excellent work on that day. I have no hesitation in recommending your company.

Big move! 2 trucks, 6 guys, 7 hours!! All went down on speedy way. Firstly excellent administration done by Dionne and Co, making sure everything was right. Secondly, the guys, Guillaume, Bobby, Israel, Jaime, Rob and Yomi, turned up on time, and went straight into business. They really took care of all the furniture, and were very quick to take apart and reassemble all the beds. Very friendly and efficient people. Would definitively recommend.

I was so happy!! I only wanted a price as i was still shopping around but they made it so easy to book it in. Their boys which came to move HARRIS and TONY were AMAZING!!! Very efficient - literally the movers were jogging! Careful and polite and on time! Did very well navigating our small streets and went above and beyond hoisting our bed onto the second floor when it couldn't fit up the stairs. More than happy - great value for money and customer service.

They didn't come on time but the lady we dealt with is very friendly and keep us up to date with the delay and manage to arrange their other team that finish earlier to do the job. The removals are fast. They finish the move without resting. We get some scratches on some furniture but overall happy n satisfied.

Moving can be a hassle at the best of times. The last thing you want is unreliability , damaged goods and unhelpful people doing the job.. With Top Removals I got NONE of this, From my first contact with the lovely Dione in the Office, to the magnificent Silver and Remo who did the delivery, I was so so happy. I messed Dione around with dates etc but she always remained calm and just lovely, and those two lads couldn't do enough for me. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble.I will definately use this company when I move again, and will be requesting Silver and Remo.To top it all off everything arrived and not one thing was damaged.

Arthur and Stav did an incredible job moving our very full 2 bed unit into a first floor apartment today. They turned up on time and were full of energy from the start. So efficient and lovely to work with too. They took great care with everything, and just knew how to move and pack big,heavy,awkward things with ease- even up narrow stairs! They made our move so easy! Dion in the office was also great to deal with and answered all my many questions. She booked us in at very short notice. Yohan and Aurthur were the guys who assisted with a move from South Yarra to the Macedon Ranges. They arrived on time and had to work pretty hard to move an assortment of heavy items over numerous trips down a flight of stairs. They were careful with all the items they moved and communicated well at all stages of the move. When it came to moving the items in they were very thoughtful in the way they assisted assembling the furniture and were very familiar with several techniques for effectively fitting cumbersome and odd shaped items through narrow doorways and into small rooms. I'd highly recommend them to anyone, as trustworthy and professional guys who get the job done on time and to a high standard Thanks guys

When I started searching for a removalist, I didn’t like the way the other companies put on the hard sell. Natalie from Top Removals talked me through their simple method for calculating the cost of a move without all the confusing extras like insurance and weekend penalties. Their time estimate for loading and transportation was accurate: it took bang on three hours as quoted, compared to the six hours I was quoted by their competitors. The move itself went very smoothly: the guys were very polite and what impressed me was the great care they took in handling my possessions. They were very patient and easy-going and a credit to their team. Lastly, when I compare the final bill, I think I saved approximately $200 compared to the other three quotes so Top Removals proved to be excellent value for money as well. Thank you Natalie and team for making the stressful process of moving house bearable! I would not hesitate to recommend this friendly company.

These guys were by far the cheapest, and friendliest sounding on the phone! They don't charge stair fees which was really crucial to me seeing as my new apartment has a LOT of stairs. They also helped me carry up new ikea furniture that the ikea delivery men refused to carry upstairs! The guys were really friendly and funny. I really appreciated their help. I trusted them with my stuff, and it made moving so much less stressful. Couldn't recommend enough!!

excellent move by top removals. The guys came on time and were pleasant to deal with. Booking was also a breeze with Natalie. Both of our movers are friendly and wore a smile while doing all the lifting and moving. It was our first time to move and i would definitely use them again if ever there will be a next time.

We had a great experience with these guys. The quotation vs. the actual cost was very close. They arrived slightly early which was a bonus. It was messy move involving multiple drop offs and moving furniture around in our house also. The two blokes who did this were particularly affable and patient.

Update - Top Removals offer a 5% discount if you write them a positive review. What they didn't tell me is that you have to write and post the review before the move is finished in order to get the discount at payment. Not sure how you can write positively when the job is not yet done. None the less I was happy with the service despite missing out on around $40 discount. I know it's not much but moving is expensive so every cent counts! Here is my original review: Thanks Top Removals for making moving day so easy for us. We moved a short distance within the same suburb but had a lot of stuff - a full house plus garage, large pot plants, bikes, BBQ etc. Barak and Ben were careful and professional and handled the move so well even in the pouring rain! So impressed with the way they packed everything into the trucks like Tetris masters. They were well planned, courteous and quick to unload. Nothing damaged or broken. Thanks guys.

Fantastic! We moved from Melbourne to Ballarat (over 100 kms distance). The 2 guys who moved us (Yo Tam and Florian) were courteous, considerate and really efficient - recommend them any time. I left Melbourne before them and drove at 110 kms/hr most of the way - they arrived in Ballarat in their 4 ton truck with all our furniture just 10 minutes after I got there!! And only charged for the time it took - which was less than the quote! Amazing - you wouldn't find anyone better to move your stuff.

We had the best removal experience ever 12/12/2014!!!! The guys (sorry cannot remember names, Israeli guy with beard and Estonian guy with buzz cut. They were fantastic worked so hard and quick. Moved us quicker than we were ready!! Nothing got damaged and the guys friendly nature was what topped it off. I have already told many people about Top Removals so hope you get many referrals. Price of the job was better than what we had budgeted for so topped off the whole experience.

Had a long move from Noble Park to Wyndham Vale and decided on Top Removals based on the positive reviews i read. I must say I was very glad I went with them. I had Rob and Arthur, who were very friendly, polite and bought a positive attitude for the entire 4 hours on the job. They even dissembled and re-assembled my bed for me. After learning they had been subcontracted to do my move by the removalist I had hired (without my knowledge!) they were fantastic, supportive, efficient and above all incredibly professional and understanding when explained how frustrated I was to learn that they'd been hired on my behalf. Yahor and Dima provided the expertise with the removal and delivery of our contents on the 20/09/14 Chelsea to Langwarrin. They arrived on time, and instantly proved to friendly upon introduction and carried themselves in such a way that it was a delight to watch. They managed our contents like it was their own and were very precise removing the bulkier larger items without causing any damage to property or contents. Communication from both to myself was 1st class!! They did not time waste at all, Yahor and Dima worked very well together as a team. I would tell anyone to use this company as we also used top removals about a year and a half and was equally impressed! We wouldn't even consider using anyone else in the future especially with employee's like Yahor and Dima working there. Thank you so much again for making our move a huge success! Yanor and Syazwi both arrived on time and with smiles on their faces ready for a big moving day ahead. They were both friendly and courteous and very hard working. Great service, having moved four times in the last four years I'm becoming a bit of an expert in the dreaded move. Aside from being a little late this was probably the best experience so far. The guys who came worked like machines and pretty much moved my entire 4 bedroom house and then delivered to the new site in just under 6 hours. With an hourly rate of $100 this was also the most affordable move of the lot. Cheap rate, courteous/professional service and hard workers, pretty much the trifecta you want when it comes to getting a removalist in. Thanks guys

Collect transport and deliver one house lot of furniture and chattels after hours. Do not even consider this company !!! We were mistakenly enticed by the low hourly rate and the helpfulness of the female sales representative. However, when it came to removal of our goods in safe, timely manner this company failed and provided no formal resolution process when we followed through on a complaint for damages. Firstly, the company doesn't visit your home to provide an accurate quote. Initially the sales rep suggested we only needed a small truck but, due to our concerns about this, we itemised all our belongings via email and she agreed a bigger truck was warranted. On the day of our move, the removalists arrived with a smaller truck but convinced us all our belongings would fit. Then, when the truck was three quarters full, four hours into the move, they informed us they would be unable to transport all our belongings as the truck was too small. Their solution to this was simply to do two trips. This was not an option for us, given the trip was going to be 1 Â½ hrs away. We were being charged by the hour and their progress so far was much slower when anticipated. Due to our concern that our costs would at least double, we hired our own truck and drove ourselves in addition to our hired truck. The company would not allow us to speak to their manager but agreed to reduce the hourly rate yet this was hardly compensation for our overall costs and stress. The removalists then arrived at our destination an hour after we had â€“ we had already unloaded our own truck by the time they arrived. They blamed the GPS but our destination was extremely simple to reach. They did give a slight discount for the delay. Over the following days as we were unpacking we noticed significant damage to our furniture and belongings which had obviously not been packed safely. We asked for compensation for these items and for the cost of our additional truck hire. The sales rep asked us to forward receipt and photos as evidence which we did but then we were told, after multiple contacts, that the removalists denied the damage so we would not be compensated. After multiple contacts she finally provided us with the mobile number for a nameless French manager who avoided our phone calls and was then extremely abrupt and rude when we explained our concerns. He repeatedly avoided us by responding that he would need to â€œcheck the fileâ€ and repeatedly informed us he would ring us back but failed to do so. After a lot of pestering the sales rep arranged for us to be reimbursed $100 but this was in no way compensation for the damage and stress. Our feeling was that this a common method for this company to make money from customers and no formal complaints mechanism or insurance for customers. In fact, I overheard one of the removalists attempting to placate a person on the phone obviously seeking funds from him whilst he was at our job !!! Horrible, horrible experience, with absolutely no consideration for customer service.
