I decided to contact Chris after reading the reviews. I am 88 and needed a computer upgrade. Chris was excellent in every way. He gave of his time freely, was great value in person and in value. He made several trips to ensure all was working well for me.

Chris arrived 30 minutes after my call - urgent, PC smouldering!
Fixed the problem, the PC had a 2 day holiday in the "shop".

Very helpful! Was prompt and able to fix my concerns in quick time. Had overheating problems where the Laptop would shutdown. Had it done last week and all is well.
