Corrective work, Non-surgical nose job for pointy nose, lip-filler + anti-wrinkle treatment. Phoar! get ready for a long review... I begun seeing Dr. Erik over two years ago when I relocated to Melbourne for work. Initially I had seen another new clinic who had left my face lop-sided (google spock brow) and refused/ lacked the knowledge of how to repair. I had concerns that my face was unnatural looking and that while it is fine for some- it was not the look for me. Dr. Erik acknowledged my concerns and agreed that my expectations had not been met by my original clinic. He then took a detailed history, helping me to track down exactly what products had been used in the past few years across two clinics and gave me a manageable plan to reduce the projection of over filled lips without needing to dissolve and start over -helping me to avoid the longer recovery times. Now two years later, Dr. Erik has minimized the projection of my pointy nose with well placed filler, using HALF the product of my initial clinic. He has reduced my use of anti-wrinkle to soften my face; corrected my once lopsided, overfilled, duck shaped lips into lips of the same size with a much more squishy and lush look; and used otherwise wasted left over filler to correct a slight asymmetry in my chin that I didn't even see (until he mentioned it and then I wondered how I ever missed it ha). Dr. Erik Koppert is an incredibly honest, pragmatic, playful professional who clearly sees the face through the eyes of an artist, a surgeons ability to spot the capacity for improvement. I can see his honesty may not be in favor with all his cosmetic clients- but appeals strongly to the perfectionist in me- He absolutely saved my face and I will never see another as long as he is working in injectables. He has since seen my partner for bruxism and many of my friends are working up the courage to see him for corrections to their nose after seeing my results. HIGHLY recommend.

I visited Dr Koppert in December 2018 for a non surgical rhinoplasty. I cannot recommend him enough. He was knowledgeable and very thorough with the consultation. He offered his advice yet listened to my expectations and I am incredibly happy with the result. The procedure itself was virtually pain free and I really appreciated his assistant Natalie taking the time to get before and after photos so the improvement to my profile was detailed for me to see. I had my eye troughs done by Erik in October 2016 and they are just starting to dissolve now. He was fantastic and his assistant Natalie is a dream. I forgot to eat before the procedure and she went to source some food for me to make me comfortable. Pain free and professional!

I definitely give Dr. Erik Koppert at ‘City Skin Kew’ 5 stars. For starters, it was a breeze to schedule a consultation. I received a reminder before my appointment which I appreciated. The location at Cotham Private Hospital, was easy to find, and had ample parking. The office is immaculate, clean and very inviting. Nat the receptionist is lovely, and very friendly. It can sometimes be a little daunting, especially if it’s your first consultation for procedures, however, Nat and Dr Koppert put me at ease right away. He listened to my concerns and he offered a number of different options that would meet my budget, while also giving me the results I was aiming for. He really took the time, and went over different procedural options for the areas I was concerned about. At no point did I feel pressure to get treatments done. Dr Koppert was easy to talk with, and you can really tell that he genuinely loves what he does, and wants his patients to feel as comfortable and happy as possible. My treatment involved botox and fillers. He was extremely knowledgeable with what products would give me the desired results. Dr Koppert explained the risks that would be involved along with costs before any treatment. Overall, he put me completely at ease in going further with my treatments. He is the consummate professional, and I highly recommend him. He is wonderful! During the treatment, Erik explained everything that I would experience, so I knew exactly what was happening. I was blown away with the instant results filler gave me, and the before and after improvements were incredible. I had no after effects from my botox or filler treatment, but I was reassured by Dr Koppert to contact him if I experienced any problems, or was not happy. If you are considering any kind of injectables, you need to book with Dr Koppert. I promise you will not be disappointed. He exceeded my expectations by a long shot, and I couldn't be happier.

I have visited Dr. Erik Koppert on several occasions. It sounds cliche, but I cannot recommend Erik highly enough. After visiting him a few times, I thought I would try somewhere else just for a change. Big mistake!! Very big mistake! Erik is by far the most professional and thorough surgeon I have ever visited. You would find it incredibly difficult to find someone as knowledgeable as he is. Natalie his assistant, is also excellent. The care and concern they show from the beginning is outstanding. The treatment itself is also extremely thorough. You need to put Erik and Natalie and the top of your list if ever considering cosmetic treatments.

This was my first time getting dermal fillers, for which I traveled 3.5 hours for, and I am so glad I chose to see Erik and his assistant Nat! I had filler placed in my nose and in my chin, and I am extremely happy with the natural looking results. They are very personable and make you feel at ease when you are in the clinic. The chat I had with Erik before the procedure was really informative and at no point did I feel pressured. They will listen to what you feel you need, and also make recommendations of what will suit your face. If you are a newbie like me, don't be afraid to book in with Erik!

Amazing!, amazing! amazing! I will never go elsewhere again for botox and fillers. I felt extremely comfortable talking to Dr Erik Koppert about little things I wanted to change about my appearance. I found he gave honest feedback, he was friendly, and was also extremely professional. He spent time explaining the process of every procedure I had, and no question was too much trouble. I love how Natalie, his very friendly receptionist, is always able to find appointments for me that suit around my work schedule, or when I am wanting a little touch up to look my best before a special occasion! Great job, and team Erik and Nat!

As I began to age, I noticed my appearance was changing. I didn't like looking at myself anymore in photos. I highly recommend City Skin Kew! I was really nervous about the whole process, but Erik and Natalie made me feel really comfortable, explained everything and were very patient with me! At no time did I feel pressured to "just do it" in-fact I was even encouraged to go home and think about it before booking in. Again, highly highly recommend!

One thing that made me nervous about having anything done to my face was that I would end up looking puffed up and ridiculous but I have had nothing but positive experiences at this clinic. The doctor and his lovely nurse have always made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The procedures, products used and pricing were clearly explained prior to treatment. Erik and Natalie at City Skin, Kew are amazing! City skin, Kew are by far the BEST practice I have used for my fillers and botox. I am extremely happy. I actually couldn't be happier. I have had a wonderful experience at Cityskin Kew. I couldn't be happier! The service (comprehensive free chat), and care that I received during my treatment with Dr Koppert, and the attention of his support staff was truly exceptional! The level of professionalism and the quality of information provided made me more comfortable to proceed with treatment of areas I had previously hesitated to treat, and I am extremenly happy with my results! I felt that Dr Koppert paid a lot of attention to what I was looking for in my own treatment. Also, it was confidence building to attend his own rooms in a private hospital, rather than walking into a beauty clinic off a main street, or shopping centre. All in all a brilliant service, at better prices than the other places I previously went to for my treatments. I too highly recommend Dr Koppert at Cityskin Kew.

I have used about 4 different doctors for Botox and finally found Eric. He is fantastic and the best injector I have had. Highly recommend him. He has the most lovely assistant Natalie. They make you feel very comfortable. And he only charges $12 per unit - the cheapest I have paid. I had forehead, frown lines, and crows feet done.

This was my first try at botox and i initially went in for masseter treatment which still hasn't taken effect as its only been over a week. But whilst in rome i decided of getting some in my forehead and crowsfeet, and the results are incredible. I am extremely afraid of needles but Erik and Natalie made me feel so welcome and comfortable that it was all done and over with before i knew it. I will definitely be back! Highly recommended

I've been seeing Dr Erik for Botox for almost two years now, and he and his trusty sidekick Natalie are friendly, gentle and extremely competent. I've never been disappointed with the result. Dr Erik always takes the time to fully explain what he's doing, and checks in to make sure I'm ok. I'd highly recommend seeing him for a consultation if you're considering Botox.

Since moving down to Melbourne I have struggled to find an injector with an eye for detail who knows what they are doing based on each individual's face. I previously went to two other places with high reputations that charged an arm and a leg - hoping I would get results which I paid for. Unfortunately not. One doctor completely bruised my face to a degree that I could not leave home for several weeks as I looked like I had been hit by my boyfriend. The doctor did this by hitting a blood vessel and told me it is just some people's face - previously had never has this problem and still don't. The other place (DIV) accidentally placed Botox in my cheek instead of a filler so I couldn't smile properly for four months and all they did for me was give me a 10% discount off my next Botox treatment. The injector was in a rush and accidentally did it but it should not happen at all!! Moral of the story.. you do not always get what you pay for so don't pay extra if you don't have to. Anyway, luckily for me I found Cityskin KEW - make sure you go/travel to Kew as Erik Koppert the doctor there and his assistant Natalie are AMAZING!! I mean it from the bottom of my heart. They work well together, don't rush you through consultations, give an honest opinion and look after you (money wise). They tend to not charge as much as many other places and have specials on from time to time. Best of all my fillers and Botox are in all the right spots and look natural. So I am happy and will continue going there for as long as I can. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! (Coming from someone who has been getting work done for almost four years and seen a lot of doctors) Cityskin KEW is the best!! Trust me.

I had Botox with Mr Koppert 2 weeks ago at Cityskin Kew. He was professional, listened to my concerns and I'm delighted with the results. What I liked about the clinic was not having to pay a consultation fee - something I have had to pay at other clinics.

Wow...! As a 24 year old female, I was very unhappy with my nose. I had researched non surgical nose jobs and thought to myself that I think I should try this out as I'm no where near ready for actual surgery. I did some research to find the right cosmetic clinic that can do it, luckily my colleague recommended me this place and I called up and found that the price for fillers was a lot cheaper than some other places. I made an appointment and saw Dr Erik Koppert, he went through everything I could possibly think of and made sure that it's absolutely what I wanted to do. The review below me mentioned that he asks "Why?" You want it done. He also asked me the same question. He injected filler in my nose and thankfully it did not even hurt! Phew! Results came out better than expected! I made a follow up appointment with him for the week after, I just saw him today and he injected some more filler in the nose area and now I am 110% happy! There was some filler remaining and I used it to inject my lips! I'm a first time user for all of this and I am soo amazed at both results! I'm now in love with how I look and feel! Over the past few years I have received anti-aging treatment- I started seeing a cosmetic doctor who trained as a GP then went to a number of injectable nurse's before seeing Erik. The difference between Erik and anyone else I have seen is Erik asked the question ‘WHY'. He doesn't just look at an area and says ‘Lets just put some filler in there or let's Botox that'. He looks at the total image and wants to solve the problem of why you need filler or Botox. For example – I had previous comments to put filler around my jaw line - (Under mouth area) but when I saw Erik he asked the question to himself - Why is there a problem in that area? And instead of looking just at the problem he looked at the surrounding muscles and found the cause, which in my case were the neck muscles that were pulling my face down. As a result he solved the problem without filler and was a better overall natural look. Erik fixes problems; he doesn't just look at the area in question. He is trained as a surgeon so he has a better understanding of anatomy than any GP or Nurse. Plus on a financial level, you will find his rates are better then anyone else…I fully trust Erik and there are not too many people I can say that about. Highly recommend...

I have been meaning to write a review about Cityskin Kew for some time now. I have always had a great experience, and the results are always exactly what I am looking for. When you're researching anti-aging treatments, it can be really difficult to work out who you can trust and who is actually going to do a great job! I have always been really happy with the results Eric has achieved for me. The reassurance that he is an actual surgeon helps me feel comfortable - he knows exactly what he's doing! The price is reasonable (if not better than most actually) which is always a bonus :) If you're in the market for dermal fillers or anti-wrinkle injections, I highly recommend Cityskin Kew.

I can't rave enough about Eric and Natalie. I have visited 4 times over the past 2 years, and I can honestly say, I have always been so happy with the results. I feel like a new and improved version of me. They always manage to fit me in on short notice, the cost is very reasonable and I trust them 100%. Just brilliant!
